Good Sound & Picture Quality in better cleanliness with bigger Screen...

Awesome movie theatre..My only concern is cleanliness.. please clean the theatre after each show. There are many popcorn and wrappers spread all over from previous shows. Please maintain cleanliness, if you don't clean after each show and take premium money from us, that gives a bad impression on movie lovers.. So please maintain the decorum for a better audience. Please don't give us excuses that people don't understand. It's your work for basic clean after each show at least. My experience on the basis of 21 December 2022.

The sound and picture quality of this cinema hall is quite good but the behavior of the staffs here is very bad. I have not seen such bad behavior in any cinema hall in India. They consider it their pride to talk in dirty and abusive words.

R.D.Palace is the only place in Sitamarhi which has the combo of Shopping Mall with Multiplex. Shopping Mall has a decent collection of clothing for kids and adults. Presently, it has mostly winter clothing on display. The price range is affordable. The Multiplex is awesome with all facilities and high standards of cleanliness.

R.D Palace is the initiative of improvement in cinema halls available in Sitamarhi District, earlier all cinema halls were full of dirt and smell, although it was due to the unhygienic and uneducated people who were spitting and smoking inside the hall. If you want a decent place to watch movies and enjoy then YOU SHOULD ALWAYS CONSIDER COMING TO R.D PALACE ONLY. it has got cleanliness, shopping mall and a good cafe where you can eat. But if you want to 3D movies then you still need to wait because in RD Palace, they give 3D glasses with so many scratches on it.

Hindustan mein Jab tak sanima hai...log utiya bante rahenge 😀....need some improvement .... Inside food quality is worst and price is super expensive...sound quality is very bad...AC runs mostly on govt elecritcity supply...not on generator. No Soundproffing between two plex .

I personally liked RD Place very much because it is very good facility like mall, cinema hall and restaurant is also there which is very nice. Cleanliness is also taken care of here.

Now the new Remodified Site is well good, and there is a mall in lower chamber and in upper chamber there is many screens for movies. You must have take a chance to visit here, I promise you that you will enjoy it.

It's my second time ,watched Shamshera. After renovation it's totally changed. Comfortable seat, fully AC. But Sound quality are too loud in screen 2. In Canteen it gives you some refreshments like pizza 🍕, sandwiches, burger 🍔 cold drinks .

They charge extra Money for food like I buyed a sting drink which has mrp of 20 but they sell it for 30 rs should I do complaint on consumer court?

It's an Good Theatre but Need to be Clean The poster are Filled with Tobacco (Gutkhas) The Worst thing of this Theatre is that The Quality. The staff should be in there aaukat. They need to learn manner how to speak with their customers.

Usually people go to theatre to enjoy and get freshness. But this place was discussed. Ticket would not be allow to book before 1 hr of the show time. After wasting 1 hour in queue finally you get your tickets. Now the time to enjoy the movie. But wait, their AC is not working. Shame, now your remaining time will spend in hot auditorium.

We did not like to see the R. D place as it was earlier because its picture quality was extremely bad. The song gets spoiled. The seat also used to be completely useless, but since 2019, when it became a multiplex, after that you see today it has become much better.But just now I have recently watched 2 movies in Rd Place Sound quality Picture quality Seat everything I like now.Because now he is no longer the same. Ac is good but need to replace 2d screen as it has many scratches and dirt . Also dont know why they allow 3d screen customers first and 2d screen customers after 10 minutes and on anyground 2d screen customers can not go before 3d screen customers or along with them its kind a like discriminating . Management should think about it.

I was 4th one in the que they give me 1st row ticket... Only do partiality . They are not following protocol of box office no management.
