I hope I could give them -ve star .They provide Extremely bad service .There should be a different alternative for that. The delivery person's behavior and their staff behavior are rediculous. They pretend to be so busy all the time that they don't even do their work in proper manner . Just hate their service . Inspite of having courier in the office ,they don't deliver the package , saying that they are on leave. Shame on them.

I have a very bad experience with Blue Dart (Sitamarhi) representative, He return my shipment without approach / attempt to my address. I already communicated with them on phone & their customer representative but they didn't help me to deliver my shipment.

Very bad service, everytime they report my consignment address as incomplete while it is complete, all other courier companies r delevring on time. Actually they have no any delivery guys. They r seating on pin 843301 and service for pin 843302 taken for which they r unable to deliver bcoz of short of delivery guys. Bluedart should look in as this is affecting their brand name.

To Bluedart company---a company like your's should be banned by the Govt.

PATHAK staff is having very very bad behavior and talk rudely to their customers and he is not receiving the call as well as making incorrect information to the customers. They are thieves, my order went partially missing as they just removed all the valuable and reduced a 45 kg parcel to 35 kg. Don't ever believe these and use their service.
