Mittlerweile bin ich umgezogen, und immer wenn mein Mann und ich mal wieder in Saarbrücken waren, haben wir im Apero entweder gegessen und / oder eingekauft. Umso enttäuschender ist folgendes Erlebnis: Im August habe ich u. a. ein Laib Brot eingekauft und bezahlt. Zuhause habe ich festgestellt, dass das Brot nicht eingepackt wurde. Bei meinem Anruf am darauffolgenden Tag hat die Inhaberin Frau Sellnau zugesagt, den Betrag umgehend per Überweisung zu erstatten. Im September war das Geld noch immer nicht da. Nach einem weiteren Anruf passierte noch immer nichts. Auch nach einer Email erfolgte keine Reaktion. Am 14.12.2022 (4 Monate später) habe ich das Geld bei einem Besuch im Apero von einer Mitarbeiterin zurück bekommen. Unter Kundenfreundlichkeit verstehe ich was anderes. Mir geht es hierbei nicht um die 6,20 EURO, sondern ums Prinzip. Offensichtlich hat Frau Sellnau es nicht nötig, Kunden zu behalten.
