!!!!!!Tourist TRAP!!!!!!! Please stay away from this CLINIC at all costs. ( Ripping off tourist) Horrible experience that I hope no one can go through. Been there by chance as I was in so much pain from Bali belly that I couldn’t not go any further and I had no choice but stop there. ( at late night) Been quoted initially 5.3million for a specific treatment for it, I denied as it was way to expensive, even tho I was in needs. so they came up with a new quote that was 3.8million!!! After the treatment around 1h I was not feeling good and couldn’t walk, but the Doctor insists that I had to leave the clinic as per INDONESIA rules! So let me get this straight, you seek for help, you pay 3.8million (360aud )and then they kick you out as they can! The treatment didn’t worked for me and I needed to seat back and lie down on the bad but I’ve been refuse to do it, otherwise I had to be charge another 660.000!!!! Luckily less than 2km away there is the REAL HOSPITAL “KENAK MEDIKA” which I ended up soon after I left this clinic as their medication were given to me by guessing!!! At the hospital they run any sort of medical checks included blood test stool test,medication , 4 bags of liquid into veins plus all the medication needed and lots of understanding!! That was AN HOSPITAL. Left the emergency room after 7 hours they let me sleep there and all this for 1.900mllio!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope the karma will get you back you scammers!!!!!!!

This is my first time in my life where i visit the clinic with no expectation, but left with happy tears and feel whole again. The doctor and the nurse are communicative and friendly. They always give me the best way to resolve my problem. Even letting me to stay untill i feel better and do my work. This clinic is one of the best clinics in Bali. They are very professional and helpfull. We choose the clinic based on reviews in Google Maps and were not mistaken. Apart from the courtesy of the nurse, the doctor was a professional. I was carefully questioned, and the doctor gave detailed explanations to all my questions. Everything is clean and sterile. Thank you so much for your professionalism!

Thank you Abdi Medicca for getting me back on my feet! The upside of Bali belly being so common is they know how to fix it. Dr Ayu was great, asked lots of questions and explained everything clearly. The clinic is new, so feels more inviting than some others. They also followed up the next day via WhatsApp and were able to even give me advice on where to find the best recovery food! If you don't have travel insurance, you may want to tell them at the start though, I think it's assumed ;)

A quick google search this morning for a call out doctor for my 9 year old daughter with severe stomach cramps. A female doctor and nurse attended within 30mins and assessed my daughter head to toe. The doctor was so gentle and kind. Left us some liquid paracetamol, vitamins including zinc and anti nausea tablets. Iam a nurse in Australia and I was very happy with their treatment of my daughter. Would definitely use again if needed. Call out fee plus medications $134au

I can't be more grateful for all they've done for my husband. I took my husband with health complications, and they were extremely kind and caring. Dr. Ayu was very professional, and she did everything to help my husband get better 💯. The nurses were so kind and friendly, helping with all my husband needed. They helped me to contact my insurance company and provided all the paperwork I needed to make the claim. They followed up my husband's health condition the next day by whatsapp message. I went to the clinic twice for urgent treatment of my asthma. The staff there were very professional and all spoke English. The clinic was very clean, and have all the medicines I needed at their premise. They not only took great care of me but also sent follow-up messages to make sure I was O.K. They provided all the documents I needed for insurance reimbursement as well. Highly recommend this place. Thank you for your great care.

Never thought I would review a Doctors but as I had developed an ear infection I visited Abdi Medicca in Ubud. They were helpful, friendly and open early. Asked lots of questions and used translate for more difficult ones. I would use again.
