Worst experience ever. I have to be there on time n wait min for 20 min. Today I went 15 min late n i discovered that the receptionist (Ms.Reham)wrote on the system that i came 53 min late (still before the 30 min permit if there’s a miscalculation) n all the patients came after me entered to their doctors(n.b. I was told that there were 12 doctors at that day which made it worse to make me wait for 1 hour n 10 min). I entered to my doctor after 1 hour n 10 min n when i made a complain a lady replied back at 5:57 pm from 00 965 22251515 saying “we r following up with you that you won’t be late again in order not to enter late”. I told her okay I’ll come on time but it means that I won’t wait for a long time as usual n the reply was”sorry We can’t guarantee the future n also patients before you might be late 😁 so you have to wait”. It ended up that I’ll wait for endless periods of time either coming on time or late. The lady who said she’s the branch manager kept asking personal questions like if im working or not n if yes so better visit my doc on saturdays n kept asking me to change my doc n shifting me to an indian doc which wasnt a prob to me but i didnt want to change my doc.So unprofessional. Hope that the phone call was recorded.

Had to repeat 5x that I am pregnant and can't take an xray (statistics is one thing, my unborn child is more important than your numbers and percentage). Their doctors seem to be strictly specialized (i.e. Unable to perform a variety of common dental procedures), therefore, they'd schedule an appointment with a bunch of other specialists while you are in accute pain and in need of a banal intervention. Very disappointing.

One of the best dental clinics in Kuwait, the receptionist provided us an excellent service and they were very nice and friendly. Doctors have high level of medical education and and are very skilled especially( Dr.mahdi and Dr.omar). Will visit again, 5 stars for their professionalism.

It was a great experience with tijan, I had too much pain and difficult rct case but Dr Rola was amazing to handle my case profitionally and my pain was completely gone and I can masticate properly again.
