It is one of their many branches. It is located right behind Platinum gym. This branch carries the McCafe brand also. It has a good amount of parking in the back and a ground on the side as well. Also has a drive-thru. Seating is ample with two floors of it and they have a fancy seating arrangement inside and also outside. Service and food quality are typical McDonald's fare. They have two seperate ordering areas depending on whether you want to go for the cafe section or the standard restaurant section.

I was inside at 11:58PM and place order from self KIOS NGK and wait to pay 15 min and still they were saying wait wait coming. Your 3 GEL was just talking each other only. When i try to online pickup order system was closed but showing online in google. Some lady manager named jenifer or jenif. Waist of time. She was arguing with me and with some other when we questioned her about late?,i know about mcdonalds very well but still there was some people why is still trying to make make the McDonald's brand mission false. Still trying to make the McDonald's 5 value wrong. Management Please have time to flush out those who are on the right path. Thank you

Service is very slow even when the restaurant isn’t packed. Costumer service could definitely use some improvement. Overall cleanliness needs some work.

Bad service with only one person doing the whole work with a rude altitude. Dine-in or drive through is way too crowded because of not enough employees in charge.

Regrettably, the direction of Mcdonalds ant Sabah Salem doesn't care about the bad smell within the premises And sorry to say that the place is smelly, and the staff is very, very rude they have no idea on how to deal with clients. Don't even think on asking advice or help from them. Starting with the supervisor to the staff. Even if you get an answer, 90% is the wrong one. When you go to take your food you can easily see the dirty water on the floor and garbage around the tables. But I do not advise you to go there.

Large location with a McCafe and an upstairs. Only negative was I chose table service (which I rarely do) and they didn’t bring it. We had to go to the counter.

The most beautiful ambient and decor McDonalds could have is at their Sabah Al Salem branch. Service is very quick and noticed the way the meals are served whether take away or dine in, it’s never messy. The staff is very friendly. It’s usually my go to place before go on vacation (board a flight). It’s the safest meal unlike airlines meal.

Really specious place. You can sit and enjoy. Even small business meetings can be done there. Staffs and Service are amazing

If there was zero I would give , the drive through staff refused my coupon ( it issues she claimed) and the manager was really sorry . Needs a lot of training ( order number 1874 today )

Worst branch ever , i came to get a promo that says any 3 meals will be with 15% off , and once i arrived the staff and the supervisor was rude saying not all meals are included in this promo , although it was clearly mentioned in the app and website all meals are included ... instead of fixing the problem they said we follow what we see in the system

Their service is TERRIBLE i mean everyone who works there is rude and doesn't talk in a polite way. + it's literally 7 in the morning AND THEY DONT HAVE ANY HASHBROWNS! They're either lying or eating it all i swear to god i'm never coming back to this place again. Burger king is better, Mcdonald's is mid and the delivery they're always busy i have to GO THERE to order something

One of the best McDonald's restaurant in Kuwait, but of course not the best, the one near the Kuwait towers is miles better, but that doesn't stop the fact that it is a regular or normal McDonald's restaurant, students gather there after final exams, and it also has a birthday place which is nice

Impressive Staff / Team on Duty. Heavy foot traffic … Dine-In and Delivery orders. Good number of families with kids. While, there were some isolated order’s accuracy were “missed” yet Managers on-duty were able to Professionally handle the unfortunate mis-step. Good job Team. 👍👍👍
