El condominio cuenta con amplias zonas comunes. Se nota que hacen juiciosamente los mantenimientos adecuados. La piscina siempre está muy limpia y cuenta con asoleadoras. La zona de la playa es tan chevere puesto que se ubican carpas de personas externas y llega mucha gente.
