This Holiday Inn exceeded all my expectations. This location is not your typical Holiday Inn. It is much more than that andnshould be called “Holiday” to set it apart from the rest. The entire Holiday Inn staff here has been excellent. From check in to check out. The housekeeping keeps your room cleaned and supplied. The dining room team offers excellent menu options, and all the food is fresh. The maintenance guy who assisted me when I got locked out of my safe. The cleaning service they use who kept my clothes clean and pressed. Make sure to book your massage also. You will not regret it. Take a stroll right outside, and you are on the beach! Don't let me forget to mention the ocean view from your room. I advise everyone to get that type. I would give individual shouts to specific staff members, but they all were good, and I didn't want to miss anyone. Even to the security and taxi team that they use to make sure you get to and from your destinations safely! I liked the fact that it was away from the crowd of downtown and only a quick ride to the excitement. I have greatly enjoyed my stay and will go back. If you don't book here, you will regret it!

Nice breakfast, beachfront, but the beds are totally unacceptable for a Holiday Inn brand of hotel.. I have stayed in multiple Airbnbs in Colombia with better beds than this place.

I liked the breakfast and the restaurant had great food for dinner. Problem was they had a construction going on and it was crazy loud all day, upon arrival one of the fake walls they had covering the construction fell down, you couldn't enjoy the pool, if you go down to the little beach area they have you are constantly harassed by vendors that they let in.

Fantastic hotel with excellent front desk staff, large rooms, great breakfast buffet and clean beach. Highly recommend this hotel for value. Only drawback is you need to travel for restaurants and cafes which are not nearby.

Everyone was so nice and attentive. The breakfast was incredible and the service was great. It was my first time in Cartagena and I really felt at home there… comfortable rooms, the bed and sheets were over the top… I’m very pleased with my visit to this hotel in Cartagena

The rooms are quite comfortable and their price is fine. The cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities is outstanding. It's a new hotel and it is really well located close to the beach...the airport, and the old city....I rate it a solid five. However, the quality of the food and the restaurant is not that good .. some dishes are fine but I would expect better flavours and more variety of food. Breakfast should be more varied and contain more typical dishes from the coastal area... Nevertheless the staff from the restaurant is quite attentive and charming.

This Holiday Inn is a perfect choice if you want to stay in this area of Cartagena. It has direct access to the beach and a private pool. The breakfast is really good, you can find restaurant service and bar. You’ll find clean rooms with nice views.

Excellent hotel, great beachfront location with swimming pool. Just completed our 4th stay and will return. Highlights are the breakfast spread, and kid-friendly setup. Friendly attentive staff, special thanks to the poolside bartender Walter and lifeguard Ismer, who always go out of their way and provide amazing hospitality.

Everything was great, The meals are explementary great, Great job by the hotel's food & beverage manger ( Don't remember his name), Looking forward to return, The fitness room was under renovation so that was a downer, but everything else was top notch!

Good hotel when visiting Cartagena, rooms are spacious and comfortable!! Great view if you get a sea view room with balcony!!!

Everyone was super nice and for the most part, attentive. The breakfast wasn’t best, but I understand the area we are in.

Hotel is on the beach and few minutes from airport. Staff is excellent. Front desk lady was excellent who checked us in. Breakfast is awesome with very courteous staff. Marianna surprised us with a birthday cake while excelling their daily service with smile. We will return here for sure!

It’s a nice place to be. The staff is super friendly. The gym is ok ( it could be better but is not bad ) the pools area is small but cozy with a bar near it and the beech entrance is right behind the hotel so there’s no need to move much to get there. It’s a quiet and nice place to rest and enjoy the Caribbean weather

Added items to my bill. Small but should not happen. Charge £20 per hour if you need to hold your room for a late checkout. Overall the hotel is not of value. There are better options close by.
