    It was unbelievably terrible. It was horror! We had our flight back fron Lisboa to Germany on 02 June 2021 at 18:40. With enough time, we booked our required antigen tests for 4pm. However, when we arrived at the UCS testing station, there were technical problems and we were told that it would be delayed by a few minutes. So far, so good. But 1.5 hours passed and the systems were still down. None of the staff told us that we should rather do a test at the other test station in the airport during this time. We were standing there with our suitcases and everything, so they should at least recognise that we were still flying today and couldn't wait that long. At some point later on, only the PCR-test-attendants were taken out of the long line and were further processed manually. Unbelievable, because the people who need a PCR test for the flight are not actually in a hurry! The staff left us completely alone. We asked an employee when we could actually get our antigen tests. She said she would ask the others and went on. But then she continued with the PCR people, totally ignoring us! Only when we asked another employee, we received a bored reply: "No, antigen tests are no longer possible today, you have to do the antigen tests somewhere else." Well, thank you very much!? Unheard of! We only had an hour before take-off! So we quickly sprinted to SynLab on the lower floor, where unfortunately a queue was already forming, then we had to quickly move on to the security check, and since the baggage drop had already closed for our flight, we had to go through the security check (also full with people) with our large luggage and throw away all our liquids... Ten minutes before boarding closed, we finally arrived at the gate, totally exhausted, but the test results from SynLab were not there yet - and without a negative test we could not board, of course. Luckily, the SynLab results arrived by email three minutes before closing time and we were able to board just in time. In any case, the TAP staff at the gate were still very nice and had our large luggage packed in the cargo hold. If the UCS staff at the airport hadn't been so horrible and incompetent, all this stress wouldn't have happened!

    I’ve used this facility on three occasions and the service is getting progressively worse. There is no queue management, no recognition of appointments and staff are unwilling or unable to provide any support. If you have time, do your test at one of the many centres in the city and give this place a miss.

    Travelling back to the UK tomorrow and needed a PCR test before flying. The UK government is confusing people by saying an Antigen lateral flow test (quicker and cheaper) is fine too, as long as it's accurate enough but the UCS test wouldn't be (and I don't think any antigen tests would). Went to the UCS clinic inside the airport terminal 1 to do the PCR test this morning. Everything was professional, and I got the result and letter sent by email 7 hours after the test was done, on the same day. Paid 90 EUR for the test, which is reasonable for a same day result. TAP Air Portugal passengers get a discount, but I am not flying with them. Overall, I would recommend UCS for Covid testing.

    We arrived at the almost empty building for our scheduled covid test, with nobody at reception. After some searching we managed to find out the queue for covid test but, there were doctors ready to do the test but staff was missing and they coudn't open the system without them. We left after 20 min of waiting because nobody could tell us how long we would have to wait. Luckly there was Synlab doing the test at the airport which saved us from missing the flight.

    Our PCR results were promised within 12 hrs on their website and also by their staff. We took our test at 1pm and because our flight was the next morning, we expected to receive the results before 1am. But we didn't receive the results until we had to contact them in the morning after a restless night worrying we're not going to make our flight because we don't have the results. And we didn't even get an apology for the delay. Not a good experience and would not recommend.

    Overhear someone saying 2 hour test (the quick test that I can't use) I say: "I only want the RT-PCR test" She says "There's only one test" Well obviously there isn't. While still resting her elbow, she lowers the passport, protruding slightly in front of the plastic screen, it doesn't look like she's giving it me as her eyes are still on the computer then after 6 seconds she says in a lazy tone "it's yours" Well I obviously know it's mine, are you not going to say something that tells me you are giving it back to me? Next Line a good member of staff, the nurse says Antigen or PCR. So there are two tests. I won't be in Lisbon again.

    The woman who was helping people out in the queue completely ignored me and refused to help me. She dealt with the people behind me in the queue and if I managed to get her attention she would walk away while I was talking to her. It was not until I was a bit more assertive that she actually helped me. I never got my result and when I called to find out what it was, the woman on the phone hung up on me while I was talking. I was polite on the phone and I am confused why she hung up on me. As well as this the email address did not work. had to go to the airport to get my results.

    Travelled from UK to Portugal (May 2021) and to travel back needed a Covid19 PCR test. Looked online and information wasn’t clear with other providers. Had trouble booking online so when I turned up at the centre front staff were berg helpful to schedule me in on the spot as I had emailed customer service earlier in the day. Ana Serra on the front desk (1400hrs - 21/May/2021) was very polite and helpful to sort everything out promptly. 5 star service. I hope the management appreciate what an asset she is as the front end of the establishment. Thank you.     They do not deliver the PCR results on time (more than 10h of waiting and nothing). They do not reply emails or answer the phone.
