It
was
unbelievably
terrible.
It
was
horror!
We
had
our
flight
back
fron
Lisboa
to
Germany
on
02
June
2021
at
18:40.
With
enough
time,
we
booked
our
required
antigen
tests
for
4pm.
However,
when
we
arrived
at
the
UCS
testing
station,
there
were
technical
problems
and
we
were
told
that
it
would
be
delayed
by
a
few
minutes.
So
far,
so
good.
But
1.5
hours
passed
and
the
systems
were
still
down.
None
of
the
staff
told
us
that
we
should
rather
do
a
test
at
the
other
test
station
in
the
airport
during
this
time.
We
were
standing
there
with
our
suitcases
and
everything,
so
they
should
at
least
recognise
that
we
were
still
flying
today
and
couldn't
wait
that
long.
At
some
point
later
on,
only
the
PCR-test-attendants
were
taken
out
of
the
long
line
and
were
further
processed
manually.
Unbelievable,
because
the
people
who
need
a
PCR
test
for
the
flight
are
not
actually
in
a
hurry!
The
staff
left
us
completely
alone.
We
asked
an
employee
when
we
could
actually
get
our
antigen
tests.
She
said
she
would
ask
the
others
and
went
on.
But
then
she
continued
with
the
PCR
people,
totally
ignoring
us!
Only
when
we
asked
another
employee,
we
received
a
bored
reply:
"No,
antigen
tests
are
no
longer
possible
today,
you
have
to
do
the
antigen
tests
somewhere
else."
Well,
thank
you
very
much!?
Unheard
of!
We
only
had
an
hour
before
take-off!
So
we
quickly
sprinted
to
SynLab
on
the
lower
floor,
where
unfortunately
a
queue
was
already
forming,
then
we
had
to
quickly
move
on
to
the
security
check,
and
since
the
baggage
drop
had
already
closed
for
our
flight,
we
had
to
go
through
the
security
check
(also
full
with
people)
with
our
large
luggage
and
throw
away
all
our
liquids...
Ten
minutes
before
boarding
closed,
we
finally
arrived
at
the
gate,
totally
exhausted,
but
the
test
results
from
SynLab
were
not
there
yet
-
and
without
a
negative
test
we
could
not
board,
of
course.
Luckily,
the
SynLab
results
arrived
by
email
three
minutes
before
closing
time
and
we
were
able
to
board
just
in
time.
In
any
case,
the
TAP
staff
at
the
gate
were
still
very
nice
and
had
our
large
luggage
packed
in
the
cargo
hold.
If
the
UCS
staff
at
the
airport
hadn't
been
so
horrible
and
incompetent,
all
this
stress
wouldn't
have
happened!
