Coming from a massage therapist this was the best massage I have ever received- extremely talented and precision technique…I prepaid my next 5 sessions. Josh will be be an important part of my 2023 self care. Highly recommend !

Josh is the best! His entire demeanor and attitude, it’s very relaxing. He does an absolutely wonderful job with deep tissue massages, he always asks where he should focus, he’s an excellent listener. I have major tension in my back and shoulders, he does wonders to make me feel better. I always look forward to each appointment. Josh rocks!

Josh listened to my concerns and those that my trainer had. Prior to the massage, we spoke in depth on how my body was feeling. After chatting for a few minutes, he formulated an adjusted plan of action that we both agreed upon. Josh found problems that I didn’t even know existed until the massage was under way! I can’t recommend Josh enough. I first saw Josh in June when I was half way through the Appalachian Trail and experiencing a lot of back pain from my pack. He was able to get the knots out and it made a huge difference for the remainder of the trail. I knew I needed to call Josh again after the trail when I was a few months past my finish date and still experiencing back and foot pain. Not only did he help get a lot of the knots out, he explained why I was experiencing the foot pain (tight calves). This was a huge help as I like to stay active and was worried about being sidelined from the pain. Definitely book an appointment if you are experiencing pain!
