That’s what you get when you order a “Large” order of mashed for about $5. Are times really that hard to charge so much for a scoop of potatoes? Went out of my way to get some because daughter likes their potatoes and gravy but she was really disappointed it was only enough for one. Won’t happen again.

Ordered a 12 pc meal online and when we got there we were told that it would be an hour wait. Then they couldn't figure out how to refund the cost. This was the third time in a row this location messed up our order. Go somewhere else

The lady at the counter was very slow and hard to inderstand. We came as 2 groups. One group of 2 and one group of 4. The 5 piece tender big box only had mashed potato the 5 piece combo came as just the tenders. I told them we didn't have everything and the lady argued that she had packed it herself that she had put each side in with another box we even checked the Other people and they didnt have any extra stuff in their box .I tried to show her what we got and she wouldn't look. We ate inside so it isn't that we tried to hide stuff. so we paid for a combo and a big box and didn't get sides and they refused to fix it. Wont be going back!!!! Cashier was Odessa

Joke. All the way around. I’ve given this place a chance about every 3-4 months the past couple of years. Not sure why it gets worse every time. Tonight was the kicker. At 9:45 pm I was told they didn’t have nachos! On a Friday night. So, what could they have been out of? Chips? Available in literally everything on the menu, just cut up and fried(I know they don’t fry their own). Please close. When Wendy’s can outdo you, it may be time.

Absolutely awful customer service the drive thru speaker asked me nothing and only said "ok" over and over again never asked me if I needed anything else nothing. Gave me a bun that was half rock solid. I've never left a review in my entire life but felt inclined to for this experience.

I usually get away with sub par service and don’t complain. Tonight was the kicker. Ordered food for three in the drive thru tonight. Nothing crazy. Total came to $18 I thought I did pretty good! Turns out they forgot to punch in half the order. Aside from the missing ordered food. What we did get was ridiculous. My wife’s 5 piece tender box technically had 5 pieces. Yet they were the smallest tenders you could find. Maybe 3 inches long and extremely skinny. My burrito was 1/4 of the size it normally is. And our tacos were 9/10th lettuce with a dusting of beef. I went inside to try and remedy the situation. I was told to wait at the back of the line to figure it out and that they are currently busy. Mind you the line wrapped around half the interior of the restaurant. I gave up. Left and went to Wendy’s to get some actual service and my whole order.

Got taco bell, ordered two meals for $30 , took two bites and threw it out as my dog in the back seat wouldn't eat it and he'll eat just about anything. The food was not crunchy at all, it was old like it had been sitting under a heat lamp since yesterday. Just horrible horrible experience, can't express how bad it was. I'm not one to slam a business unless I feel as tho they truly deserve it but if I could give it a negative star review I would have, just complete BS and will never go back there again.

Twice now I have ordered 12 piece extra crispy buckets online and neither time have they had the food available. The first time it was a 30 minute wait to cook the food. Today, it would have been over an hour and thirty minutes per the manager! He said they were having a very busy night, however when I got there to request my refund there were no customers there and the staff were all standing around laughing at the customer in the drive through that thought he could get 8 fried chicken breasts. How dare he think they could have that much chicken ready in a reasonable time! I then had to stand there for 20 minutes while the manager called the "help desk" for their site and then he tried to tell me I had to make another call to customer service. I asked him to call, and after I pointed out they had no customers, he reluctantly agreed. Finally, after ahalf an hour I was told I would receive a refund.

3rd in Drive-up line. Poor service. Waited 10 minutes after ordering. Line did not move Poor.

KfC/Taco bell is definitely one of the places that I would frequent more if I could. I love the food, but I feel like no matter which I go to I always get something wrong in the order. Thankfully they are really good about fixing it, and very respectful about it.

Just about every time I get food to go, they screw up my order. Its my fault to not check the bag before I drive off to make sure its all there. But its annoying that its almost always wrong.

You guys have me food poisoning at the sco Maine location a couple weeks ago. Thanks! I didn't complain or ask for a refund I will simply never go again. And I've had plenty of less than favorable experiences there but that was the last straw

I was got yelled by the cashier (old ladies) by my order only 1 k-6 pls and and she give me 3 boxes k-6 boom weird... but some staff are good. One cuties staff help me in to make it right my orders. Thank you ladies forgot her name.

I have been to my local KFC 3 times in the last 2 weeks for their Pot Pie. The first time was told it would be an hour wait. The last 2 times was told they were out. Ordered 3 piece meal, what I got was 2 wings, 1 drumstick and no sides . Won't go there more

We ordered delivery from KFC in Saco Maine. When we got it, some of the food was missing, all the chicken was skinless and Very Mushy. We had to throw our food out. It took a few days and a lot of phone calls but finally got a refund issued to us. We had no problem with the delivery person from Uber but the KFC food was horrible. We usually love KFC just won't go back to that location.

I tried to order on line I got dropped out twice my order didn't go through I went in and told the girl she said they didn't get my order I wanted to get the special offer an extra 8 tenders with my 8 price bucket she asked if she could give it to me . Young kid manager I think said no that's an on line orders special I won't be back it's not my fault their on line kept crashing on me

I love KFC.THEY HAVE GREAT FAST FOOD. ALOT OF SIDES TO PICK FROM AND THEY HAVE TACO BELL IN THERE IF YOU DON'T WANT CHICKEN.

Kfs is the best from all fast food. This chicken wings are amazing. Hope they open door soon so we can enjoy them more.

Ordered 2 meals get to the window after 30 min wait! They only had one meal!! After I repeated myself twice! The guy said if I wanted the other meal I had to go around the building and reorder that meal...sure I love waiting 30 more mins!! Ugh not impressed

Great service and food. For the most part the food is perfect but there are times when I get the wrong items or I find macaroni in the mashed potatoes. It's not often. Otherwise, it's great.

Slow drive thru

First time I've been to this location, best kfc experience I've had to date. Employees were polite, and quick. Food was perfect. The only negative, which is no fault of the staff is the large pothole at the drive thru window. (Edit) Our order was pretty large and just realized they forgot to give us a cookie that was part of a meal, honestly I was so blown away with how great everything else was I'm going to keep it at 5 stars, keep up the great work guys.
