I literally just had the greatest experience here thanks to Alicia! I hope I spelled her name correctly! She was so sweet and personable even when they were about to close. She offered to make me a custom drink and literally I am obsessed. It is so freaking good. She told me Starbucks loves it when customers ask for a special custom order! I highly recommend this to those who are indecisive at times :)

No kit kat frappuchinos, but still great service!!!

This specific location is awesome. Staff 5 of 5: Once had a solid 2 minute chat with a server when there was no one behind me in line. Today was was a quick hello, smile, thank you, got coffee and on my way. Price 4 of 5 stars: $6 for a Chai Latte feels crazy when I didnt alter it at all but that's what Starbucks is. A better Dunkin but you pay for it. Taste 3 of 5: I've had sandwhich here before that was clearly frozen and heated that was edible but not $7 worthy. Today's Chai is a great flavor wish it came with some cinnamon. Atmosphere 4 of 5: Went inside to check the bathrooms and they were clean. Floors in dining area were clean. Parking lot was mostly clean. IHOP has trash blowing over from their lot onto yours. Maybe scraping some of the stickers on the guardrail off would be a good idea too as their waterlogged and fading. Total 16/20 = 4 stars. One of the better locations for the franchise despite the crazy entrance & exit for traffic flow.

The staff is simply wonderful! Great senses of humor, they are friendly even when it's clearly chaotic inside, and just all around pleasant. Perhaps it's due to the location, but the wait is ridiculously long. I spent 20 minutes waiting yesterday and that's pretty average. If my drinks consistently tasted the same I would have given another start. Perhaps it's due to new people being trained?

The one time I go to actually get Starbucks and more than half the menu on mobile says "sold out at this store". Guess I'll be happy to save my money.

While staying in town for a couple days, I went to this Starbucks daily. They were so friendly and called me by my name. The service was fast and correct. Great job 👍

Always a friendly staff willing to assist. good location for a Starbucks as well. Their coffee and food are just like any other Starbucks, very consistent.

I went in today this morning and I had ordered an oleto coffee. This is the first time I’ve ever walked into this café, and it was very clean lots of smiling faces. when I was ordering, I had miss spoken and forgot to ask for an Oatmilk the cashier did their best to communicate to the barista‘s the mess up, but it was a very busy day so I definitely understand if they forget fix my mess up. I am going up to the cashier and asked if I could get it remade I didn’t mind paying for it, the cashier was nice enough to get it fixed for me without any charge. I do feel a little bad because I was a little short with her today, but it was nothing personal towards the cashier. She’s very lovely and sweet. The Bariša was very understanding and had complimented my outfit. Overall a great experience there.

Food is dry and tasteless, maybe over cooked. Service is okay but seem like they want you out of there as soon as possible. They got my order wrong once and then took my order wrong a second time. The atmosphere is dull and the workers aren’t respectful. There is a Dunkin’ right next door i’ll be going too from now on.

This is my absolute favorite Starbucks. No other Starbucks makes the vanilla sweet cream cold brew as good as them! Everyone has always been so sweet no matter how busy they are! My pug loves them and their pup cups lol

A nice location to sit, sip a drink, talk to friends and, I'm my case, work on a crochet project. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Even though I've only been to this location twice in as many months I feel almost as welcome as at my usual SB locations.

Starbucks Saco always does a great job! The coffee is always perfect! The white mocha latte is the right amount of caffeine to jump start the day. The entire staff works very well together which always makes it for a great experience! A great way to start your day!

Very chaotic this morning, if you can go to another Starbucks in the morning do so, lot of people waiting and waiting. Asked for a basic refill that all other Starbucks honor and was told to pound sand. Not sure if new cashier or what issue was on refill refusal..

Please tell the barista with the long hair to stop singing. It is extremely distracting for those who come to enjoy a coffee and get some work done. Music playing from the speaker is one thing but a barista singing the same thing over and over again is obnoxious.

When ordering three drinks all of them came out wrong! I asked for two extra pumps of chocolate in my hot chocolate and got only 2 pure my sticker! The coffee with cream and sugar had no cream. The sweet iced tea came out with no sugar. They all must be newbies. 🙄💔

The place was spotless and the service was prompt at 6:15 am. My egg, cheese and sausage sandwich was a step up from Dunkin the previous 2 days on a long road trip. Excellent juice too. The chocolate pastry was mediocre but I'll forgive that.
