Customer service is extremely bad. The cashier saw us walk-in and order from the kiosk, he then watched us walk up to the cash register, but continued to walk around and talk with other employees, 8 minutes later comes up to us and asks what we need. The place was absolutely filthy. Not once in the 30 minutes we were there that any employee came out and checked the lobby, table's or trash. They just kept talking. I see the manager was here the whole time. Cashiers at this location have a habit of giving you the wrong change back. It's always in their favor, so be extremely careful.

I'm so tired of coming to this tacobell and just hearing excuses. "We don't open till 7am" i came in at 630am "we dont have any eggs" 9am. Another time they didn't even put the sausage in the sausage breakfast crunchwrap.. If you mobile order and they dont have eggs, you're out of luck theres no number to call to refund. Tacobell makes it hard to get your money back. I have consistently been let down by this taco bell. Trash Edit: not only the above but they also don't open when they say they do. 6am, they don't even open at 7am. They open whenever they feel like it.

Food is always nasty. Do not get anything fried. Chips & the twists always taste BAD. they never get the orders right and when they do they pack them weird so they fall out the packaging. My mexican pizza looked like it was just thrown. half of it was out of the box. This was my steak quesadilla today. Gross.

Slow service and was missing items from our meal. Luckily we checked before we left. Ordered fries for the first time at Tacobell. Don't recommend. Nit worth paying almost $2.00 for a empty pack

Been to this store 3 times in about a month in a half. My fiancé and I typically get 3 chips and cheese to share with our meal. First two times 3 cheese sauces which are barely half way full and they forgot the 3rd side of chips . This last time once again 3 cheese sauces and 2 chips. Sauce isn’t even 1/4 way full. They also forgot the lettuce in one of my tacos and used the wrong kind of shell for their new crispy melt tacos. 3 times in a row this store has screwed up the order.. Poor management go somewhere else.

Ordered two breakfast burritos at 7:06 AM through the drive through. They had my order done fast and it was good. Thank you.

It seemed like anything we wanted to get, we had to make an alteration for or just not get it because they were out of most items. They probably should have just closed for the night. What we did end up with was pretty good though so definitely made up for it :)

Horrible service and missing my food items. After getting rush thru the drive through there soda machine wasn’t working . Get that fix !!! I ask for extra sauce and no show !!! Food and sauce missing. What a joke !!!

Around 6:15 tonight, the guy at the window was rude. He snapped at my sister. The person who took our order didn't listen to her. The food was okay, potatoes hard as hell. There was no communication between them. This is one of the rudest taco bells I have ever been to. If I could I would give the a zero stars for service and atmosphere. Won't be coming back again. 👎

This place gets worse and worse every time we come here. Just went and ordered food. Got to the window and the kid (malachi) told us the total. They didn't tell us the amount when we were ordering but the amount the kid said at the window seemed about right for what we ordered. He handed us our food but we were waiting for the drinks. Had to flag him back over to the window to let him know. He then gets an attitude saying we didn’t order drinks and when we told him we did he continued to argue with us. He then starts reading off the order he handed to us and it wasn’t ours. We didn’t realize he gave us the wrong stuff until he read it off because we hadn’t checked the bag. So we told him it wasn’t ours and handed back the food that he gave us. He then went on and said if we wanted to order we would have to go back around and place the order again, that he couldn’t take an order at the window. We then told him no we weren’t going to do that and to just refund our money. He then started arguing saying we didn’t order anything so there’s nothing to refund. He literally took our card and charged it! He finally figured out that he did actually charge us and then refunded us, but it was absolutely ridiculous. Literally the worst costumer service I’ve ever had. I don’t know how he acted like any part of it was our fault when it was 100% on them.

Can’t rate the food do to I never got my order. Upon arrival at the drive through I was greeted with hey what you want. And after finishing ordering I was told. I got you😂. Then when I got to the window I was told by Malachi that my order wasn’t even taken. This place is seriously the worst fast food place in Sacramento. And in April these fools will be getting paid more 😂😂😂😂🫡

Well, it's fast food. So what can you really expect? They get our order exactly right about 50% of the time, though sometimes it's wrong because we got extra food. The people are polite, not overly friendly in a fake way, but don't give any attitude. The prices are no higher than other fast food restaurants, and the food, while not Michelin-star cuisine, is delicious, hot, and fresh. Atmosphere is rated 3 stars because I'm not going to ding them, but it IS fast-food. It's DESIGNED to make people want to order, eat quickly if they stay at all, and leave soon. So, not ugly, but not what I would call "an experience".

I've never given five stars across the board to any establishment ever. But please bear with me, I live in the neighborhood and Taco Bell is my go-to place for fast food. The restaurant is located off Madison and Dewey, next door to Safeway. I've had the opportunity to see these kids, (young adults) in action. Not only will you be greeted by someone outside the drive thru, but these employees are so friendly. They even have their "regular customers who come to see them and say hi. The restaurant is spotless, parking east lots of spots. New remodeling allows all access for handicap, with huge automatic sliding doors in front. Well lit parking even late at night. Great area, safe, and kid friendly, as there's Del Campo High School, two blks away, and a Jr. High across from high school. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Stars go to the manager at this establishment. Hooray 🥳🎉 to this man , respectful, kind, great listener. Always motivating the youngsters to do their best and it shows! Come meet the best Taco Bell staff ever, you'll be happy to call this your only go to late night munchies spot. Keep up the good work, this mgr is going to get offers, so do what you can to keep him .

We visit there offen because it's in the neighborhood. Lately, the chips and twists have tasted rancid. I plan on calling to ask if their oil needs to be changed more frequently. Other than that, service is fast, and everyone is polite.

Was clean, staff was polite and very helpful. Order was prepared fresh an made to order. No complaints.
