my
fiancé
and
her
sister
went
to
go
have
lunch/dinner
we
ordered
biggie
back
meals
and
we
were
waiting
patiently
and
almost
20
minutes
later
the
cashier
KALEB
started
using
unprofessional
language
and
calling
customers
the
F
bomb
and
just
talking
about
all
of
us
in
front
of
our
faces
while
preparing
the
food
and
even
an
elderly
couple
had
left
because
of
that
and
they
were
discussed
by
it,
and
we
went
up
to
the
counter
to
see
what’s
going
on
because
been
waiting
20
minutes
for
our
food.
And
kaleb
had
a
nasty
attitude
telling
us
we
are
rude
but
we
were
checking
on
our
food
and
someone
who
was
in
manager
training
should
not
be
in
that
position
and
should
be
demoted
and
from
what
the
other
manager
told
us
it’s
not
the
first
time
he’s
done
this.
And
another
customer
had
been
waiting
about
the
same
time
for
just
2
tacos
,
and
he
should
have
been
more
professional
about
letting
customers
know
in
a
polite
manner
letting
us
know
something
like
sorry
for
the
long
wait
but
we
are
doing
our
best
ti
get
orders
taken
care
of
.
But
noooo
he
had
to
come
out
all
defensive
and
I
hope
someone
in
upper
management
or
corporate
sees
this
because
he
needs
to
be
let
go
and
if
someone
is
comfterble
talking
ti
customers
like
that
then
he
does
not
need
that
job
enough
to
be
disrespectful
to
customers
and
they
lost
4
customers
that
day
and
I
wonder
how
many
more
complaints
he
will
be
getting
before
they
decide
to
do
something
about
it.
