They are very slow I do an mobile order and it still takes them 30 mins to make 6 items.. then when I get home to eat, my crunchwrap supreme and 5 layer boretto have hardly anything on them. I will never eat there again. Oh I asked for mild sauce and guess what I got none. And 2 napkins and no receipt. This location is a joke..

Everything I come to this location there is something wrong. Unfortunately it's the closest one to my house, so I keep trying it again, hoping maybe I just caught them on a bad night. The first time, my chips tasted like stale, old ,dirty grease. I couldnt even eat my food. There was one time the chips tasted like stale grease and were so coated in salt we threw away 4 orders of chips. There was a night not long ago, 2 employees were sitting in the parking lot as we pulled in, they got our attention and basically said they were out of so much stuff they weren't open....? And then tonight.... they made all the cars in the drive through, drive through again to reset their timers. I didn't get my Doritos tacos, the flour tortillas were chewy and gross. And the burrito was about 2/3 it's normal size, and I am pretty sure it was missing it's sour cream (I was so disappointed at this point I didn't even eat it to see if maybe it was hiding in the bottom) I honestly gave this place a fair shot, but get it together.

Today my husband and I went to get some chalupas and crunch wrap. Wen we got home to eat the crunch wrap was bad the tostada was expired and it tasted really bad.!! We found out cause my daughter was eating it and my husband try it and he told me that it was bad.. mmm yah after my daughter had eat it all……. I called them several times but no answer…. 😠

I was watching kitchen nightmares and went here to get a little snack for the end of the episode. What a nightmare, 😡. The worst crunchwrap supreme I have ever had, the tostada was incredibly stale and went bad weeks ago. The sour cream was runny and tasted like it's been sitting out for a couple days. Honestly I had a good laugh because it fit the vibe of the show but super disappointed. Pay these people more so they start working please. Also fire the manager, that tostada is a health hazard and I am not the only person in the reviews here who has had one. Booo .

Car broke down next door so I figured I would grab some food and drink prior to closing. Nope walked in and only 1 guy working drive thru and 1 dude cooking. No one manning the lobby. I honestly couldn't tell if they were just ignoring me from rudeness or trying to ignore the homeless guy trying to see if they had found his lost phone in the lost and found. Either way after 5 minutes of watching the drive thru get cleared and still no attention I left. Looks like most reviews seem to point out the same lack of courtesy.

On our way to Tahoe we stopped into this Taco Bell on Thursday night 7/13 around 10 pm. The male cashier provided amazing service. He was kind, attentive and seemed like a very warm soul. Taco Bell is beyond lucky to have this gentleman as an employee.

Restaurant was dirty, trash on tables and floor. They called our order and walked away not given us our drinks. They were more concerned with eating cake. Freeze machine was broken. Needed to use the restroom, took over 5 minutes to get someone to acknowledge me. She took me over to input the code and the bathroom was dirty, with no toilet paper, soap or toilet liner. Probably won't go back. Order cinnamon twist and got half an order and my daughters order wasn't correct but she at it anyways

Service was slow, and employees were unattentive. Dining room had food crumbs on many tables and floors were dirty. Food was consistent for Taco Bell but not worth a 30 minute wait.

the service was very, very long, I waited for the order for 20 minutes while they prepared a small burrito, no one came to the customer, until they came to me, 10 minutes or more passed, I ordered a burrito without onions, but they made it with onions and a lot of onions, I am not satisfied
