I was, for a short time, the manager at this complex in the summer of 2015. My daughter loved playing outside with the neighbor kids. I worked for a management company that had just taken over and the owner was starting to invest more into this property. I saw a lot of good changes beginning to happen as we dug in to address issues there. I hope the change continued after I left. There were some really nice tenants there, too.

Place is horrible management NEVER fix anything. The whole apartments are infested with bed bugs and MANAGEMENT won't take care of the issue. The pool has always been just for show its never been up and running because the apartments can't keep up with the cleaning. Really over priced for such little space. Code enforcement should be called.

Place is terrible. They never fix anything and the pool will never work its just for show. The pictures online are old. Be careful on a month to month with this place they will stop accepting rent and evict you for no reason other than you live above the manager with 3 kids. Terrible! good thing I won my eviction on the basis that we were being wrongfully evicted. Apparently then wanted the 2 bedrooms for refugee housing. Became friend with alot of them really nice people but let there kids run around with no supervision. Kids Will dart out from between cars. Parking sucks extra bad I mean can barely get in and out of parking if you can find any

If I could put a negative (-) sign in front of that star, I definitely would!!! Although the property isn't great, it has hit rock-bottom in the last 2 months. The resident manager refuses to unlock the pool, the property looks like a junk yard, and the laundry room is absolutely gross! There are no amenities and no benefits to spending your money renting an apartment here.

Orange Grove Apartments have really come a long ways. The new Manager is really awesome she works really hard to make sure all the tenants have what they need. She's very on top of repairs. She has worked really hard to clean up the Apartments. She is also really kind and is very easy to communicate with especially with any issues you may have. She is willing to work with you on issues. I am very pleased with our new Management.

New management is awesome works with challenged credit and paid off evictions. Cornellius the manager is genuine and will talk with you and works with you instead of going straight to the notices!!! And he actually knows your name haha I've been here for a couple months. I can't say to much about structure since it's an older place and they are slowly trying to make it better! Parking could be improved. Haven't seen any bed bugs or roaches!

We live there. The pool always was up and working. Family friendly with kids who always played outside. Washers and dries always worked. Open kitchen and walk in closets.

The apartments are in really good condition and they're huge one bedrooms with walk-in closets nice open space kitchens huge bedrooms however there's only a swimming pool and the washer and dryers you have to pay for it and its public for the through the apartment which sucks and they're kind of expensive however

A beautiful girl lives in that place....plus I liked the place, it's nice and so does my girl.
