Amazing food and great service! Tucked away in a small strip mall is a gem of vegan mom and pop restaurant! I ordered the rose on the grill roll and it was the perfect combo of crunchy and soft, warm and cold, I demolished them too fast to take a photo. For my entree I got the Mongolian - spicy with noodles. So yummy! It's spicy but not tooooo bad, think Siracha level spice. I will definitely go back.

I ordered the Angel at Peace and it was delicious! This dish looks so simple but it’s so well seasoned and balanced. The service was great and the atmosphere of the place is very calm and nice. My husband is not vegan and he was really impressed with his noodles. I really recommend this place to vegans and non-vegans, and would definitely love to be back next time I visit Sacramento!

There are no words to explain. Great, excellent, fantastic! A house party of flavors on your taste buds. I am very happy that my fiance and I switched from an unhealthy choice of food products to a vegetarian plant base diet. With a restaurant like Noble Vegetarian, it makes the transition so much easier and satisfying. 👍🏿👍🏿

Amazing vegetarian/vegan food!! We had islands of paradise, Mongolian wonder, clay pot sensation, and Thai fried rice. My favorite was the Mongolian wonder, there was so much "meat" and flavor included in the dish. They ran out of angel at peace so I ordered islands of paradise. It was also very good, wish I had more of it! The clay pot was nice and hot but I wish they cooked it for a bit longer so the sauce was more of a gravy instead of a liquid. Otherwise it still had good flavor. Thai fried rice was spicy and it was okay. Btw, "vegeken" is "vegetarian chicken." It was a little warm inside the restaurant (70?) But it was also 116 degrees outside. Overall a great find, would definitely come back to try all the other food on the menu. Lots of vegan options here.

This place was very surprising. I try a lot of different vegetarian places, and none have come close to Noble. I eat a lot of meat and have always had my experience at veg places be meh. But this Spicy Cha Cha, had amazing texture, flavor and spice. How they even got the yam to be that meaty texture is beyond me. I also had the golden rolls, which were an easy 10.

So delicious! Amazing service and chill atmosphere! Was visiting for a bodybuilding competition and wanted something yummy and vegan for after! We got the curry soup, orange vegeken, ruby pearls, longevity rolls! The thai ice tea was also delicious! I would highly recommend!!

I came across this place one night when other places were closed and Google Maps said they were open. I've always loved a vermicelli bowl and I noticed they had it on the menu. A few weeks before my trial of Noble Vegetarian, I had one of the best bowls I've eaten in San Jose so it had stiff competition. This place is right up there with the best vermicelli bowls!! Also try the different rolls on the menu. All of them provide a different taste, and they're all delicious.

1st Time, but was eager to check it out & try something new. This became my Sunday Dinner. It was a Great Choice. Best Customer Service, Extremely Welcoming, Friendly & Helpful. My Food was Very Fresh & Very Tasty.

The burger was really nice and the fries were good. I was kind of leaning towards a four star because the tofu appetizer had literally no flavor and it came with a sauce which gives it flavor but it's all dependant on the sauce. The burger and and fries were good enough to make up for the bland tofu though. The food here isn't cheap or expensive so if you are looking for cheaper food this really isn't the place.

The quality of food here was great. I got the Basil Eggplant Tofu, with a side of brown rice, and the dish was excellent and large enough servings to serve as two meals. The gentleman that served me, Jacob, was kind, courteous, and helpful. The measures in place at the restaurant to ensure the safety of it's customers from COVID related issues was definitely welcomed. I'm looking forward to trying other things on their menu soon.

What a NOBLE Welcome to Sacremento! This Memorial Day I drove to Sacremento to find my next place for the next year or so! True to fashion, my first thought is: where is the best Vegan food? After a Google search and many reviews I chose Noble which was a few minutes from my AirBnb… Sacremento, they DID NOT disappoint… From my fav cashier/waiter (Omg forgot his name but his colored hair and beautiful energy I will not!!! He recommended my dishes and I came back the next day for round 2!!! Five stars for me!!! 👏

Incredibly clean, fresh, fast and nutritious. Another five stars for excellent service and attitude of the beautiful one who served me. The menu has a lot to choose from and I especially appreciate the organic nature of the food and that my order was made as requested, spicy and omitting specific ingredients. The vegetables were not too crisp or too soggy, even the broccoli was just right in a hot veggie dish, and the the vegan options for meat substitutions are better than I have had anywhere. THE FLAVOR, another five stars. There were people constantly going in and out to pick up their orders and now I know why! The location is easy to find and not far from Madison avenue, parking is limited but there is plenty available since everything is made for to go orders. I highly recommend Noble Vegetarian if you're in search for high vibrational, clean food and great portion sizes for a reasonable price and short wait.

If you like that place, you'd like this place. Love the booths. Despite the name, not self righteous or preachy at all. Slightly pricey appetizers, would return again to try other things. Nice staff, which is always appreciated. Cool music & vibe.

One of the best vegan restaurants in the area. Really good prices and portion sizes. I've always had great quick customer service here every time I visit. Try the golden potato curry and the fried rice. Yum!

They have a 4.7 star rating? That must be a total joke. This place should have a big fat 10!!!! Experienced it for the first time this evening with my family. Absolutely loved it. Always had to drive to the Bay Area to find real good vegan food. Finally we don’t have to go far anymore. We will most likely be coming once a week. So excited we found them. Thank you for the amazing food!!

My favorite vegan spot in Northern Cali. I drive all the way from Stockton to eat here. The lemongrass vegeken and Thai fried rice is amazing! Desserts are rarely available but if so, they are the best around. Staff is super friendly.

Best vegan food I have ever had !! Every thing I have tried on the menu has been delicious! I Love 🥰😍🤩❤ all the soups and curry!! The Jacfruit burger is so tasty! The drumsticks is an all time favor for my toddler,and my go to is the vegan tuna sandwich! Fries are clean and tasteful! But don't take my word for it ! Try them out !

This is definitely one of my favorite vegan restaurants in Sacramento. Food aside, the staff is always so kind and attentive. There's always good music playing too! But the food really is delicious. So flavorful and made with healthy and quality ingredients. I hope to eventually try everything on the menu!

Got the Vegan Mongolian beef & chow mein w/ sticky rice, where the host offered I try the wonder noodles, where the chow mein noodles are cooked-in w/ the Mongolian beef & it was not just wonderful, but AMAZING!!!

I wish I could remember the name of the individual that helped me, but I cant. Great choice! I got the Spicy Cha Cha & the golden rolls. Both were absolutely DELICIOUS, but the golden rolls.... and the dipping sauce...💜💜💜. I will be returning!

Jacob and Natalie were absolutely amazing! My mother is vegan so to go out to dinner can be challenging sometimes to find something we can both eat. I was skeptical about their vegan burger but I tried it. It was amazing!!!! You can tell its not meat but it so damn good. The service and food is always spot on, I highly recommend them!!!

Food is awesome and tasty. And so much! Explore - try things beyond the burger. Loved the Spicy Cha Cha shrimp. Staff is very chill, honest, informative and friendly. Music selection is relaxing - doesn't make you rush your meal. Would HIGHLY recommend this place.

I stopped by here en route to Truckee and the food is great! We ordered the Garlic Vegekan and Eggplant dishes Over the phone and it was ready for pickup in just 10 minutes!. Ask for them to made spicy and kick it up a notch.

Noble Vegetarian is awesome. The food is always delicious, restaurant is always clean and service is speedy. Our server Jacob was very sweet and did a great job taking care of us. Would definitely recommend for vegetarians and non vegetarians alike.

Noble is one of our family’s favorite vegan places! Everything is very tasty- I especially recommend the Mongolian wonder; the curry and orange chicken are good too. Ever since Covid they’ve raised their prices a bit and give you a little less so we don’t go every week like we used to, but still a very good deal

This place has delicious vegan food and very friendly service. No complaints. **UPDATE** I rated them 5 stars until tonight I had to change it to 3. I called in and ordered the Mongolian beef, which is delicious. I ordered white rice, chow mein and 2 golden rolls. The lady taking my order (Haylee) said the total was going to be $34.80 in which I was shocked to hear. The price seemed way too high. She insisted it was correct. My dad went to pickup the food and when he brought it inside there were EIGHT rolls, 6 more than I ordered. And we were charged for all of them. I called the restaurant and spoke with the Haley, the manager and explained everything to her and stated that we ordered 2 rolls, not 8. And she said "yeah, you said 2 so I thought you meant 2 orders". I said no... I said TWO ROLLS. She said if I drove all the way back (wasting my time and gas) that I could bring the rolls back to them and she could refund the roll money but that's just ridiculous. She made an obvious mistake and wanted us to pay for it. I've probably been here 6 or 7 times before and had an excellent experience every single time until tonight and now I just have a bad taste in my mouth about this place. We may or may not return. If we don't return that's HUNDREDS of dollars in future business lost over a simple mistake that could've been easily fixed. Haylee, the manager might need better training on customer satisfaction because we were NOT satisfied tonight. Very disappointing.

I stumbled across this vegetarian bistro inside of a n industrial strip mall. The food was served hot from a gentle server named Hailey. The music had a good low key vibe. The restaurant was clean but desperately needs a remodel. This restaurant must have the same exact food supplier as Loving Hut. Vegetarian food could be so Much more exciting. That’s what this city needs. It was served friendly and hot , good enough.

My friend & I just had lunch here yesterday & it was AMAZING! Thai iced tea is great, Sweet Potato noodles are fantastic, and customer service was impeccable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

It's good. I eat the chow fun and mushu rolls. I'm not a vegan or vegetarian. Just a healthier eater. I don't eat beef, pork, soy protein or tofu. I rarely eat poultry. So I replace it with veggies. So this is my go to place. If I dont want or have time to cook. I cook for a living so sometimes it's nice to go eat out or just pick it up. My daughter is however a vegan and she loves this place. My sister is not and she also loves this place. it's really good.

Amazing vegan Asian food. Fusion Vietnamese and Chinese. Their "meat" entree dishes are unique and delicious. Portions lean toward the small side. You won't be disappointed with the food here.

I came into this place hoping to find good food and it surpassed all expectations. They have a ton of options and it was extremely flavorful. This place has delicious food and delightful service. As an evacuee from the Caldor fire I stayed over at La Quinta on Madison. That was the worst place ever! But thankfully there was this little restaurant right around they corner from them. I am not a vegetarian, but I do try to eat my veggies on the reg. I went here for lunch most days and I think it helped a lot to be eating their healthy food and also getting their kind service as I got so much upsetting news as an evacuee.

My partner and I love Noble Vegetarian. Vegetarian means the food should not even include eggs, and that’s how the dishes at this place are made. Its unique using tofu, soy protein and lots of vegetables including vegeken, jimaca, etc. It’s our usual go-to food. Never say no to Noble. This time we got the A3 Roll, Kung Pao Vegeken, and Royal Soup. Do get their homemade chili paste. It’s flavorful with heat. All the food was spot-on flavorful and fantastic. Royal Soup’s base was bomb and we’ll definitely try it again. Service was quick. Server was considerate and checked on us. Their service, food, and decent/affordable price makes us want to come back over and over. Please keep this spot excellent the way it is. We’ll be back soon. Kudos!

the food is fantastic, the staff is wonderful, and after 9 hours of driving Vegas to Sac that I do pretty regularly, Noble is always my first stop when I get into town! (pro tip - the Ruby Pearls & the Wisdom Garlic Vegeken are AMAZING) been vegan 10 years and this place still blows my mind!
