The vet's and staff always take such good care of my fur babies. My little Tink was recently diagnosed with a spine disease and needed daily medications on top of laser therapy. Due to Covid restrictions I was not able to go in with her but they treated her as if she was their own providing her with love and comfort. I just want to say thank you to everyone for making her feel loved and safe during this hard time and thank you for making this fur momma feel secure when I leave my babies in your care ❤ I added some pictures that the staff took for me of Tink wearing her safety goggles for her laser treatments. The pictures speak for themselves about the love and care that is provided to each and every animal that they care for.

I appreciate that this vet hospital is busy due to their high quality staff. When I did have a recent miscommunication, two apologies and a rectifying of the situation was made, so I appreciate that. Both desk staff and Dr apologized which is wonderful. I trust this hospital and Dr Malek and Noak really know what they are doing. Dr Malek especially has a great insight to animals which is the reason he turned his practice into an entire hospital. Thank you 🙏🏽 for doing what you do to help us and our animal families.

My regular vet was booked out until the following week, but these guys had an appointment 2 days away. They were very sweet to my dog, and the tech took TONS of time talking with me about a cat behavior problem, even though I was there for the dog. They were very cool about what services/products that I wanted to shop around for and not buy from them. I was able to get an estimate for a future dental extraction we know is inevitable, and I appreciated them explaining the line items I didn't understand, and what to expect the day of the procedure. I liked that I could pay for my visit while still in the exam room. Everyone was super nice, the prices seem comparable to most places, (except Reagor which is ridiculously expensive). We had a very positive, no pressure, experience! We'll likely be back.

I had a less than OK experience at another vet in my area so after reading all of the great reviews for this vet, I decided to give them a try. I adopted my two cats early in 2022 and one of them is very hesitant of the carrier no matter how many techniques I try. They ask for a $59 deposit when you make your first appointment, which I knew about, but what I didn’t know about was their supposed cancellation fee. After trying for 30 minutes to get one of my cats into a carrier, I called the vet to get her appointment rescheduled. I was told it was no problem and that rescheduling for two weeks out was OK. There was no mention of waiving a cancellation fee or that there even was one. When I called today to reschedule again after another 30 minutes of trying, I was told by a very rude receptionist that the first rescheduling cancellation fee was waived and that if I rescheduled again, I would be charged a cancellation fee. I let her know that I would have remembered being told of a cancellation fee the first time around, but she reassured me that I was told over the phone and it is in the invoice they sent me so she “was confused on how I didn’t know”. I looked at the invoice they sent me and it has no mention of a cancellation fee. She told me that if I had called an hour before then I could’ve gotten the appointment rescheduled but why would I be trying to put my cat into a carrier an hour before her appointment? All I was asking for was some help and different supplements that I could give my cat that would be safe and calm her down much more than these pheromones they recommended would. So if you have an animal that is hesitant to go to the vet and go in their carrier, I would avoid getting an appointment here because they will not lend you any support or help when you are obviously struggling.

My fur babies are always treated with kindness and amazing care (even though they can be naughty). The staff is attentive and clearly have a great love for all animals. Dr. Noack is a great veterinarian and a huge shout out to veterinary technicians Becky, Lauren, and Clarissa!

I had a dog who was 15 years old and found out she was really sick. I ultimately had to put my dog down, but let me tell you how amazing this place is. They greeted my dog and gave her so much attention, the veterinarian was very patient and understanding. He reviewed all of her test results and gave me a second opinion and ultimately made sure it was something we would be able to accept and they were so empathetic to us. They made sure not only she was comfortable and cared for but us. The pure compassion they had words just cannot express how grateful I am to them.

Dr. Malek took such good care of our dear Tupac. Tupac lived over 16 years & approximately 3 months. We will miss him. He was seen as a puppy all the way through his senior years. All the staff is compassionate and professional. Dr. Noack cares for our Jack Russell Terrier. This is a place like family!

This is the most professional and friendly vet I have ever been with. They treat their customers and dogs fantastic. I trust them completely with my dog.

I love this place. when it came to my Marshall They made sure you was comfortable and felt no pain opening on his final moments. I take my 2 other boys both brothers there. And I feel that they really care about my boys health 💝

They go above what you expect they help me out so much the cost is a little high But the veterinarians and most of The staff is outstanding

I took my 2 ten year old kitties here last week to establish care. I was anxious and so were my poor cats. The staff helped us feel more at ease. They were very careful handling the girls and expressed sympathy and care for them. I was very happy with the service and with Dr. Abney's care.

I was recommended to this place by a guy who had a white Shepherd with chronic problems. My first encounter with them was wonderful as my dog had been sadly bitten they were waiting outside rushed her inside and did all they could for her. I started coming here at the time pre-pandemic I was working and had a care credit card. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars here after losing my job and my credit score of going to nothing. My dog nine years old needed gentle and other work they refused to extend me a payment plan even though she was and is in pain. I will never go back there again. I truly believe their number one priority is the dollar not the dog

Very friendly staff and always willing to go above and beyond. When other vets recommended we had no other option for our dog, they were able to provide viable options that worked. We greatly appreciate the service their staff provides, but don't everyone go here otherwise they'll get too busy. Kidding aside, they are truly helpful.

Highly recommend this vet. My dog broke his toe and after calling dozens of vets, this location was the only one we found with low cost payment options. They were kind and helpful, and it was easy to see they cared about my dog’s wellbeing more than the bottom line.

Dr. Malik was always great with my super anxious large cattle dog Lila who passed away last year. I just brought my new puppy Yoko in and the team was great again.

Okay, this is honestly the best veterinary clinic I've ever been to. First off, everyone was so beyond kind and friendly, it really eased my nerves (and probably my cat's nerves too!) because I have had less than pleasant vet experiences in the past. The clinic was CLEAN, and I mean spotless, which is a good sign to me, and it also smelled clean! I appreciate the thorough care Dr. Daryani gave to my cat, she was so gentle and sweet with her. I really felt like the doctor, the nurse, AND the reception staff went above and beyond to be awesome. I will definitely be returning with my cat in the future. Update October 2023: This place is awesome!! They were so sweet and friendly with my new kitten Pumpkin! Thank you!!
