Couldn't be happier with the entire process at RV Time. After going the dealer service route and being very disappointed with that, imagine my surprise when I saw an RV service center right in my neighborhood! I thought I'd give them a try. Ashley, and her little helper, got my appointment set up...for the following week! What?! I didn't have to wait a month or two? After I dropped off my trailer, I received a call that same day to provide status, that parts for one issue had already been ordered. A few days later, notified that parts were inbound for the second issue. All told, RV Time had my trailer for less than 2 weeks. Matthew and Ashley were super friendly and simply very nice people who seem to genuinely care about their customers and want to provide the best possible experience. Thanks again, and I'm sure I will see you again, for both those unexpected problems as well as routine maintenance that I can't handle.

Let's just say an AWESOME experience. I have been waiting years for a good experience with service shops on my RV. I'm done looking! Great work, no mess and the best part is I didn't have to wait a month for an appointment and pack up my trailer and bring into the dealer, I only waited a week for an appointment and they showed up to my house and changed my awning fabric. We just completed a 2 week trip in a travel trailer from RV Time. The service was excellent - the trailer was new, in excellent condition and perfect for our family of 4. Ashley and Matt were super responsive - when we had an problem with the remote braking system, they were available by phone to resolve the issue. They also met us at weekend times convenient to us to pick up and drop off the trailer. Very highly recommended!

Finally a place that makes it easy. Just took my fiance to the Lake for the weekend! Great price and thankfully for me they took care of everything! Nothing better than being able to have the little extra conveniences like a bathroom to shower and brush in the morning. Seriously. Plus Ashley and Matt really take the time to answer all your questions and make sure we were ready. We got the extra comfy matress and make huge difference. Really appreciate the extra customer service! So glad I have a 'RV' place when I need it! Next time I'm going to try the full service delivery to campsite so I don't have to do the slow drive to the lake!

If you're looking for a reputable company, look no further. They do things right the first time! Ashley, Matt and Tom are hands down the best. I had a new converter and a new toilet installed plus work done on my kitchen sink. Matt and Tom did a superb job and my fridge no longer ices over and the lights in the trailer no longer flicker and dim. Everything is perfect. I'm bringing them back in a few months to install a new awning. HIGHLY recommend!!!

This is by far one of the best places to go to have work done on your rig. Matthew and Ashley are absolutely the kindest, friendliest and knowledgeable people. I had some work done on my water heater and can't be any happier. They got me in on short notice had all of the necessary parts for the repairs. Kept me updated on the status and notified me of completion. I know that I won't be going to anywhere else when I need future maintenance or repairs. Matt and Tom came out to our RV park and installed a washer and dryer. They were on time, very respectful of our coach and belongings in the coach. The installation was done efficiently and in a timely manor. They kept us informed through the installation. We are very pleased with the service we have received from RV Time and will not hesitate to use them again.

RV Time is a great place. I called for an appointment. Ashley was very friendly & helpful in accommodating my request for a Friday. Upon arrival, Matthew explained the entire process for my awning fabric replacement and took the time to answer all my questions. Matthew and Tom did a quality replacement in a short amount of time. I called RV Time after calling 4 other local companies. They were the only ones who could get me in and I’m so glad they did. My roof was leaking and I had a broken skylight, broken bathroom vent and 2 broken sewer vents. Ashley and Matt were very concerned about the upcoming weather causing more damage to my RV and asked if I could bring it down right away and that they would store it inside until they could do the needs repairs. They are a great team and very upfront about their pricing. They even sent me pictures of the progress as they did the work. They completed all the repairs and the price was as quoted. Very happy with this company and will never take my RV anywhere else. Thank you Matt and Ashley for caring about other peoples toys as much as they do.
