I'm writing this review on behalf of my dad because I had assisted him with his appointment because he can't speak English. Our experience was not great. My dad and I had been at the Sacramento Ear, Nose & Throat office for nearly 3 hours for his appointment and honestly nothing got accomplished during this visit. During his visit, he had his hearing test done twice and honestly it seemed like this was done deliberately to kill time. We were asked to move from one room to another multiple times, and finally when the doctor arrived he was there for maybe 5 minutes and couldn't look more disinterested. He did not give enough time to translate and communicate back with him and nor did he gave my dad time to share his concerns regarding his hearing. The doctor rushed through the 5 minutes he was in the room and handed us a pamphlet instead of hearing his patient's concerns and suggestions. The doctor left the room when my dad still had concerns about pain and questions without acknowledging either of us. My dad and I were quite sadden by our experience at this visit because it seemed like the doctor genuinely didn't care. I understand they were busy and the doctor had multiple patients to see, but if they were gonna rush us after being there for nearly 3 hours, they shouldn't have given us an appointment from the beginning.

Dr. Bowdish was a really respectful Doctor. Was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. Was respectful about me being more on the holistic and natural remedies side . He’s a really big guy and something about him make you feel comfortable kinda like a nice teddy bear . He was very knowledgeable and I liked that he brought up a couple of articles and research in our conversations. Will be seeing him again

Excellent staff from the receptionist, to the people who conducted the hearing test, to the assistant who did the interview intake and especially Dr.Groppo. He was extremely professional and personable during his examination and took the time to explain the results and potential next steps. Overall a very positive experience to hear results that I knew were going to be challenging for me.

I was very pleased that Dr Groppo fit me in to his packed schedule on an urgent referral. And he really took the time to answer all my questions as well as explain to me the timeframe of my healing process. And His staff were just as great as he was. Very happy to be his patient.

Dr Goppo is one of the best doctors I have seen in years. He gave me faith that our medical profession is not totally gone. His bedside manor was old school…True compassion. Highly recommend him for anyone.

We were seen right at our appointment time —no waiting! (Good to arrive early) The staff was friendly. Dr Evans was kind, quick and supportive of the things we asked for. My daughter was delighted with the toy afterwards. They have a little treasure chest.

Both the doctor and medical assistant were wonderful. Dr. Bowdish listened closely and was invested in my son’s health. It’s nice to actually be treated like a human, not just a number. We are fortunate to have seen Dr. Bowdish and glad we are in his care.

Everyone was very nice and professional. The doctor was very good at explaining my situation. I was there first thing in the morning and it was a very efficient process for a new patient. I didn’t have to wait more then 5 minutes. Best experience I have had at a doctors office in Sacramento. Well Done! Thank You!

Doctors are great at what they do, but waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time. At 20 minutes past I had to go ask about my appointment. My husband has Alzheimer’s and my time away from him is limited. I had to leave without my vertigo adjustment. Have not received a return call from my call yesterday to reschedule my adjustment.

LOVE this office! I lucked out and was able to schedule an appointment fairly quickly but I know they do book far out for new patients and that can be a challenge. However, the staff are so friendly and accommodating. My child had to see the audiologist before our appointment with the doctor and they were very patient and made everything a fun game. Dr. Hasday was absolutely wonderful! He is just great with kids. He completed a very thorough exam and asked for a detail history of the problems that were going on. He explained everything really well and made sure that myself and my child left the office without any questions. I felt really comforting overall and will definitely recommend this location and Dr. Hasday.

The front staff was very friendly. The intake nurse was compassionate. The provider answered all of my questions and gave me a satisfactory care plan. I felt much relief after the visit. If anyone is thinking about choosing this practice, do it.

I'm only giving three stars due to the front desk staff. We unfortunately arrived 10 minutes late (well... according to them) but still 20 minutes before the appointment time. When asked 30 minutes after my child's appointment started when we would be seen, the receptionist told me that since I arrived 10 minutes late that they don't know when I would be seen. That makes no sense whatsoever. An appointment starts at a certain time, when you check in before your appointment time starts, you're early. Why not give the paperwork they hand you to fill out electronically? Finally an hour after the appointment started (we were there for an hour and 20 minutes at that point, we were brought into a room. Dr. Schnepp was fantastic. I love a direct and forward doctor and with a teenager, I could use all the backup I could get. She was thorough and working hard to find an answer for us. She is the ONLY reason I'm writing this review. Thanks again!

Everyone working in the office was professional, courteous, and made me feel comfortable. I was able to get hearing screens and a CT scan during my visit. The doctor was very thorough with explanations and answering my questions. I left with written explanations of my visit, and by the next day had my surgery approved and scheduled.

Physician David was nice to explain why patient need hearing aids. However the hearing test was not done throughout. The staff needs to be more patience to guide elder to follow & repeat her instruction! Front desk was not too friendly, we got there 30 mins prior , asking to find out form. Some staff is not well train to help patient. 😕

Dr. McLaughlin is one of the nicest, kindest doctors I’ve ever been to. He was thoughtful, thorough, and answered my questions. More importantly, he listened. Everyone I came into contact with in the office has been wonderful. He has a very caring staff. My experience, though a difficult diagnosis, was a great one. I felt supported and cared for and know I will be getting the very best care. I am truly appreciative.

Wonderful team and experience! My original appointment wasn’t scheduled. I was told I would receive an email and didn’t. When I called back there was no appointment and then it was 3 weeks later. I had to cancel a few weeks later and was scheduled out to November! I either wasn’t told or forgot that I was apparently supposed to arrive 30 minutes before my appointment time for a hearing test and even earlier for paperwork. It does seem people are canceled typically for not arriving 45 minutes before a new patient appointment. Luckily they agreed to work us in since we had waited 8 months between scheduling and the appointment! We are grateful!

Dr Groppo has an excellent bed side manner. He thoroughly reviewed my case and set a course of action. However, upon him directly communicating to me that his surgery scheduling is six weeks out and that I should be a late June appointment, the scheduler called me and gave me a late August surgery date. I can only imagine that the main reason for such a discrepancy is poor communication between the doctor and the administration team supporting him. Would have given five stars if it hadn’t been for the notable difference between doctor expectations and scheduler reality.

I have very very satisfying experiences with this clinic. I am under treatment of Dr. Conor McLaughlin, an awesome caring perfect surgeon. He is brilliant and his helping nursing staff also. In every visit the doctor explained me the treatment he will perform. And asked me also if I had any questions. He operated my nose for my sinus trouble. Now my breathing is absolutely at ease. After surgery I did not require any pain medicine. That was great. Got back to my normal routine in about 6 hours after surgery in Fort Sutter Surgery Center, Sacramento. The best happened to me. Thank you very much.

Dr. Evans is clearly checked out and ready to retire. He didn’t offer too much feedback. I had to ask questions upon the evaluation. He didn’t even say bye or any last words when exiting the room. The medical assistant was far more helpful and friendly than he was. Hopefully his replacement has better bedside manners.

The nurse and Dr Bowdish were both very personable and not in a rush. My after visit summary was complete and correct with details of my visit and the plan moving forward. My pharmacy received the accurate RX. Great doctor and staff.

Dr McLaughlin not only is an awesome surgeon but also for follow on care. He obviously kept up with all the rest of my medical issues since our last visit. He’s competent and compassionate. The best

Very good doctor. He made me fell very comfortable. The procedure was explained to me and I had it about 35 years ago and I was not having it, as it went horribly wrong. He quickly did the procedure it was painless and not even uncomfortable. Very skillfully and very kind man. I appreciate a doctor with a sensible bedside manner as well Thank you very much. Mr. K.
