I honestly don't know what the hype is all about. My burger was soggy, Patty's were tasteless, fries were way too salty and not fully cooked. Overall, just not a pleasant experience considering you're paying around 20 per person. I would much rather go to competitors who I thought had better burgers and at a cheaper price.

Way to much money for what I got. Hamburger was cooked well but it was a $10 burger well. Also I asked for the fries to be well done as I like my fries crispy. Heard the cashier say "she wants her burger and fries well done" but alas they were not crispy. They were hot and seasoned well with salt but mushy. So in my opinion 5 Guys is not worth the time or money. Nice staff though

I ordered the cheese burger and that was it. I get it a business needs to make money but. I have to say the cost is way off. I paid almost $13.00 for just the burger. No drink or fries. The burger was just ok nothing to get excited about. I think the burgers are way too expensive. The burger tasted to me like a generic big Mac. Like a cheese burger you could make at home. That's about what the burger tasted like. In and out is better. 🍟 and a drink for a cheaper price. Sorry 5 guys you need to lower your prices. You're too expensive.

Bad customer service. Cashier was impatient and had an attitude. Even told her it was our first time but cashier seemed annoyed when we were asking questions about the menu. Expensive menu and burgers was bland and fries had way too much salt. My fingers were covered with salt trying to eat the fries. Only stopped by here for a quick bite since it was close by but not worth it.

Had to kill some time around lunch so I actually drove around and searched for the business I'd land to eat, like literally drove the 3 corners of N. Natomas. I wanted to try a new spot and landed at 5 Guys. The place was pretty empty around 2:30, the guy taking my order was nice to review the 5 Guys menu since I was unfamiliar with it. Before I get into what I didn't like, I'll finish with the good. The burger was very good, but I had a hard time keeping all the ingredients together, I think next time I'll order a single. I tried the Cajan Fries and although I liked it, I was not liking how much of the seasoning was powdery, like eating Cheetos. I might go for regular fries in the future. The only bad, if you will, is that I dined in and I guess everyone gets a to-go bad, I wish they had trays for dine-in customers. Also, and this is a weird one to complain about, but I ordered small fries and I got a huge order of them and I LOVE that they were fresh, but they also covered my burger in the bag making me have to sift through hot fries to grab the burger. For the most part, I liked the place and appreciated fresh food and good service.

Food was good but it was uncomfortably hot and lots of flies. I ate my delicious French fries while they were hot and took my patty melt sandwich to go. The sandwich did travel well but I would have preferred to eat it while it was fresh.

Now I see why I haven't come to this place in years. Wish I could get my tip back. They took my order, which was a to go order, and didn't even bother to make my shake so that I'd have it before the food. I'm sitting in the restaurant now waiting for my shake and my fries are getting cold. This is how you treat me after giving you a 20% tip at the register? Won't ever be returning. I don't care how many years pass. Service will still suck. They also gave me a vanilla shake, not the salted caramel I asked for.

This was the worst experience ever from five guys and because of it I will never eat there again and I will be encouraging everybody and anybody who listens not to eat to eat there either. Website was down so I placed the order on the phone took four times for the service agent to get my order right so I had him read it back to me, it was wrong, we ordered it again, read it back wrong we ordered it again, had him read it back wrong again, fourth time he had it right still had a couple of tweaks. Attempted to give him my card was told oh we won't take your card over the phone, why not, we just don't do that, but your website is down I can't place the order on the web I'm sorry you have to come in with your cart sir I'm housebound my sister's coming to pick it up sorry we can't accommodate you. Do not eat at the five guys in the raley's shopping center on del Paso it's possibly the worst fast food joint in Town don't eat there.
