Do not rent from here unless you enjoy roaches in the washers/dryers, tenants who constantly use your personal parking space, security who don't secure nothing and management who are lazy and do not do anything to fix the above problems. I've lived here for almost a year now and you really do get what you pay for. I rented here because it's the cheapest rent around for the 1 bedroom, other places are $1,200-$1,600 for a decent 1 bedroom, but at $950 a month I understand why it's lower than the rest. Rent elsewhere unless you enjoy foolery.

I wish I could give negative stars! This place is foul. I’m 9 months pregnant and have been dealing with the neighbor harassing me for months. The apartment management has not tried to do anything to help and told me it “wasn’t their problem”. On top of that there is a terrible bug problem with roaches and spiders no matter how many times I’ve sprayed. The gate doesn’t work so no point in having it and they have no respect or take any responsibility. Police have been to my apartment several times and said it’s the apartments job to evict the man harassing me and they said they would not do anything about it. Alma who is the manager is one of the most disrespectful women I’ve met. I wouldn’t recommend living here to anyone especially women or someone with kids. Save your time and money and find somewhere else!!!!!!

RUN AWAY QUICK!!! DON'T MOVE HERE I've lived here for about 4 months, and it has been pretty bad. The noise level is awful. All you hear is cars and sirens all day long, no matter the time of day. There are no ceiling fans in any bedrooms and also no washer and dryer. Our fridge started leaking oil, and it took them a week to send anyone out. When the person did come out, he claimed we spilled soda. We had to have him come back again after it leaked even more and he still found nothing wrong with it, claiming he was going to contact his supervisor but no one has gotten back to us about it after a month. People hangout in the laundry facilities and smoke inside, and the security does nothing about it. The laundry facilities are hot, and also the light is broken. Some of their washers even flood the room so wear your rain boots while doing laundry!! There is limited parking and people are terrible parkers, taking up two spots for no apparent reason. If you have 2 cars, good luck finding a free space. The gym is fair, and is always hot. I am not sure if there is any air conditioning in it. The pool by the gym has been growing pond scum on it for about a month, so I'm sure it is attracting mosquito. I am SO glad that my lease is only a 6 month one. I hope that they are not a pain when it comes to moving out!

I have lived here for almost 3 years but since August of this year is when I started having problems. The rent is too expensive to keep getting ignored or over looked when it comes to repairs being done. My air conditioner went out in August and maintenance put job completed even though my air wasn't fixed. I put in a work order for my light over my stove and chipped paint in my tub along with cracks that leaks and that's still isn't fixed. Then 10/26 the upstairs over ran there water so that I had water coming through the light fixture in my kitchen as well as wall socket. I reported it they came and opened up the holes but still haven't repaired anything. Maintenance came over a couple of days ago and looked around and had me put in another request for things that they found that needs to be fixed but once again haven't heard from them or the office. The way you get treated here is horrible, it has definitely affected my health.

Very poor management and bad neighbors, not enough space for parking management does nothing on this kind of complain if someone partially parked in your designated parking spot. the worst one is the pets they have lose dogs and they attack on. Management doing nothing after multiple complaints

They Scheduled my virtual appointments multiple times but their agent dint show up to the meeting. I have waited and wasted my time because of this. Very bad management . They dont take phone calls and only communicate over messages and once they set up tour they dont show up to that. one of the wort experiences i had.

Carmel Point apartment takes forever to do anything at all. I asked them to change my locks almost two weeks ago, but they still didn't get around to it yet. The main reason why I'm giving them one star review is the fact that I almost got hurt from a mud mess that took them forever to take care of. My mother wasn't that lucky and stumbled from the muddy concrete floor. It took several people stumbling or getting close to it for apartment to do something about it.

Living at Carmel Pointe isn't bad. Its a quite place and everyone seems nice. The property manager is nice and easy to work with. Sometimes her employees can be more difficult but you get used to them. We enjoy living here and they are really pet friendly, it's nice having the Dog Park so close!
