I want to say a huge - Thank You!!!!! to the team and the management of The Lofts Apartments! I can safely recommend it I will have to leave this place because of move, but I will have only pleasant memories My family found this apartment complex on the advice of our friends and we immediately fell in love with the loft unit. Attached garage, as well as spacious floor planning will not leave anybody indifferent. I want to pay special attention to the team that makes a lot of efforts so that residents can call this place their home. Friendly and always helpful staff makes great efforts to make your stay in The Lofts Apartments as comfortable as possible. The big plus is that the management is always thinking about how to make this place even better. With confidence I can recommend Lofts apartments , as well as expressing my deep gratitude to the whole team Great Job! We wish you the best!

My parents just moved into the Lofts Apartments and they really appreciate the customer service and how they were treated with dignity and respect from the management. I have to say they are in love with this place. The view from the window is absolutely stunning and the apartment complex is always clean and sharp looking. The customer service is top-notch as well. The management is always ready to hear any concerns or requests you have and they try to make the difficult experience of Moving in as smooth and enjoyable possible. My parents highly recommend The Lofts to anyone looking for a beautiful place to call home.

I absolutely love it here! Being a car guy I finally have my very own garage! The pool is beautiful and management in the office are so eager to help. Thank you Teresa you're the best!

- living here was great however I recently moved due to relocation , a month after moving I called Theresa ( manager ) in regards to my deposit , she told me it would take about 3 weeks to come in . After 3 weeks I reached back out to her . Finally after practically 2 months she sends all these diffrent charges and to add with me just knowing of the charges , I was sent to collections, without not ONE NOTICE FROM THE LOFTS until after I mentioned my deposit . On multiple occasions I tried to speak to Theresa ( manager ) and each time she was in a “meeting” MAKE SURE TO DO WALK THRU !!!!

I came to tour the lofts after having a horrible experience with a past apartment (unrelated to the lofts). My past apartment told us 22 days before move in that we would be unable to move in until october and provided zero accommodations or resources. I came to the lofts in desperation after touring other apartments in midtown charging $350 per month JUST to part your car, not to mention being just over 600 sq ft with so many apartments not even having doors on the bedrooms because the door would literally take up too much space in the apartment. I was losing hope and feeling so stressed, but meeting Teresa at the lofts was the silver lining and the god send i needed! Teresa showed us 4 different units, saving the gem for last, and showed me and my mother so much grace and kindness. She has put up with my insane amount of questions and anxiety in getting this lease squared away and has been so amazing and helpful. Teresa, the kindness you have shown us has been nothing short of amazing and you are incredible at what you do. I cannot WAIT to move in to my new space and knowing that Teresa is there to help with the process of move in makes me feel so calm. The actual apartments themselves are spacious, well kept, and the community areas are incredible! It is in a nice neighborhood and very residential. I cannot believe that some people below have left bad reviews! It baffles me. I cannot wait to call the lofts home :)

My bad I should have checked the apartments before I applied. They are not even one percent of luxury. I was really disappointed the day I entered the apartment they were not even clean there was dirt in bathroom tubs, floors were super messy not clean at all not moped at all, it was really bad smell coming from the apartment. And car garage is the only way to enter the garage and it is super tight that if youp ark the car inside the garage your car doors cannot open properly so if you have stuff in the car or someone wants to come out of car or want to sit into the car that is not possible. If you car is parked into the garage then you cannot walk through the garage with stuff They say two toned paint and pool view so not single thing is true . I dont want to move into the apartment but I signed the lease and already paid the deposit so I am ready to leave my deposit but cannot move into the apartment .

Absolutely no parking for visitors at all. Every spot seemed to say reserved and there is no parking signs all along the street outside of the apartment complex. If you have family that lives here don't plan on ever seeing them at their house cause that won't happen

This place was a living nightmare. They use cheap material to upgrade the apartments with and call it luxury. After mopping my floor for a couple months the floor started opening up and I’m sure they will try to charge me for it. I broke my lease two months early due to buying a house, and after down payment and closing cost they expect me pay a termination fee with no understanding at all. There’s nothing the manager can ever do, it’s always out of her control. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a soul. All they do is overcharge and squeeze every dime out of you they can.
