I went through Drive-Thru and This time there were No problems at all, The young ladies working there were definitely on top of things. They could not only hear my complete order without either one of us having to yell , they actually read it back and told me how much it was before pulling up to the window and they never made me feel rushed to pay , they both were very polite, super quick in getting my order prepared and out to me and Best part for me , was when I arrived home and checked the bag , all the food was in there, a lot of places forget something that I ordered, but not with these two ladies. I was completely shocked and so pleased with the entire experience . Almost forgot , all the food was cooked perfectly.

I spent 27 dollars on the taco and burrito grande meal with 2 large drinks and they still tried to charge me 3.26 for 3 cups of water. edited they didn't even give us any hot sauce

Missing item (chips) and didnt grill the burrito on a mobile order, idk how you can't just read instructions especially since it wasn't busy.

I go here very often, and It's always a 50/50 on whether you're going to get the correct order.... I have limited time so don't always have time to check my order, but they really need to step it up in the kitchen or whoever takes the orders

I went through drive through around 4:30 PM. order of large Nacho fries. I asked the cashier to make sure my fries were hot. They were cold, never go again.

Well it took them 10 minutes to ask me can they help me with my order, food presentation was awful I had three tacos that I ordered have meats lettuce pretty much in the bag, had them remake my order

This location. At least to me, is smaller than it looks but that can also mean fewer people so if you want a less rowdy experience during busy hours that could work for you. But there are some issues with location such as accessibility, design, and atmosphere. Accessibility is a bit under in my opinion because when i went they had to open the bathrooms for me which was an inconvenience to both parties i imagine, and i also went to get some soda and the soda machine was turned off. I can guess maybe there was someone trying to steal soda before i came to get the drink but what do i know. The design of the place is as i said earlier rather small, but also a bit clunky for the size, as though they just wanted to fit in everything they could without much thought to how it should feel inside. The way that the kitchen is modled including it's clear view from almost any customer stand point at front of house is rather hostile to the employees. Customers can watch them like a hawk and there are areas that are trying to look like they have space, but i can tell that if i was trying to move past people in there (especially while they might be doing something and are unmoving) it could get to be annoying. The atmosphere over all just comes off as very half put together, and i think it could use a bit more love. But if you're just going for a taco, then you probably won't care.

Every time I go here my food is made sloppy and disgusting. Thin burritos and broken tacos. The worst taco bell by far. Would not recommend.
