This place has gotten pretty scuzzy since the last time I was here. The towels were stained the lights didn't have lightbulbs and there wasn't even a tv remote. They only give u a small bar soap and a makeup wipe. It's bare minimum here. Their vending machines don't work either. It was cheap but I think even the price we paid was too much for what we got. I've seen some of these hotels be super cute and unique...this one definitely kind of scary

One of the best, recently remodeled, quietest, cleanest, updated, and even bigger-spaced hotel rooms I ever enjoyed. The young lady, Diane, at the reception office was wonderfully friendly and pleasant. The hotel is Lovely looking from the outside and very clean. Plenty of parking. And even the bathroom is prettily done, with the shower stall beautifully done in mosaic like glass-stoned design. I would so stay here again. Just wonderful.

Great little motel! Nothing fancy but newly renovated with all new updates keeps everything fresh and clean. Very friendly staff, and although not in the most popular neighborhood it's close to Curtis Park and just a short drive to downtown. We stayed several nights and would definitely stay here again if needed.

It's a decent hotel at best. Some of the site photos were misleading to me. Just know the surrounding area is rundown and so bad. I booked it here just to sleep and leave but I regret that. The staff was super friendly, rooms smelled of cleaning products so they were clean. The room was just 1 main room with 1 bed and a restroom wasnt spacious for more than 3 or 4 people. The entrance and exit is only accessed through a steel gate, somewhat safe. Honestly couldn't sleep comfortable. I would not recommend staying here.

The staff was incredibly nice! Right as soon as I pulled in I was greeted by a gentleman who offered to help me with our bags, he knew that I was in town for my sons treatment at UC Davis Medical Center & we usually stay at the Ronald McDonald House but the Ronald McDonald House that’s usually free to patients families were at full capacity so he waived the deposit for my kids & I with the trust that we wouldn’t make a mess or damage anything. They made arrangements for us to be in a handicapped accessible room, the room was very comfortable & clean. We slept very well! If we ever have to get a hotel again while we’re down here for my son we will definitely be staying here!

Great budget hotel! My 77-year-old mom has stayed here twice while I had surgery at UC Davis, nearby. She loved her experience both times, both the amenities and the staff’s kindness. When I forgot my iPhone charger for my hospital stay, Ahbi at the front desk gave my mom his personal one for her to bring to me. Above and beyond!

I stayed there for 12 days and the room I stayed in was somewhat newly renovated. New laminate flooring in the room and bathroom tiles. However, they need to do a better job cleaning. The first night I got there I took my shoes off and stepped on a piece of glass then I looked around I there was broken glass all over the floor. I called customer service and they sent someone who stood by the door and was trying to reach and sweep the room while standing outside the room!! (maybe they did not want to come into the room while I was there ???) So I took the broom and swept the room myself. The second issue was, I asked for the room to be cleaned while I was away for two days and I came back the room was not cleaned.

Newly remodeled, very clean everything is new. No dressers, so limited clothes storage but if you're down with living out of your suitcase all good. Coffee and microwave are at the front office instead of in the room. Also no iron or ironing board. For our purposes it was more than suitable. Also it was quiet, bed's were great. Managers very friendly.

This hotel is a testament to good management, and attention to detail. The remodel was beautiful. The customer service was wonderful. I checked in late at night, and the gentleman who helped me was very professional. I stayed in 30 hotels last year for work, and the cleanliness and attention to detail is on point with top-of-the-line chains. The neighborhood is terrible, and it’s a little scary when you first drive up because there is a huge gate in place that reminds you of being in another country. However, they have high-level security measures in place because they know that it isn’t the best area. They have done the absolute best with what they have. It’s incredibly impressive. Im a customer service manager, so I’m really blown away with how well they did. I would invest with these people... I stayed at the Roy Inn the next night, and it was horrific. The Roy Inn is filthy, scary and disgusting. The Greens is the same price, and 1 million times better. I would recommend the greens hotel to anyone who wants a clean, safe, well priced room. It’s great for UC Davis visitors.

This place is excellent! I was very please with the size and cleanliness of the room. I was also very happy that the room had a strong air conditioner and a mini refrigerator for my drinks. I'd also like to thank Robert, who check me in. He was incredibly fast and friendly and very helpful and I will be back to stay here anytime I visit Sacramento. Keep it up!
