Transitions used to be the best clinic I’ve ever been too. Back when they treated people like family and cared about you. Now it’s become corporatized and they’ve hired all new people and doctors. The staff used to be happy but now I dread talking to them as the guy who answers the phone is always very rude and condescending. I’ve been going here every month for over 3 years but it seems it’s time to change. Very sad to as Dr. Flynn and the staff used to be amazing. They used to have donuts in the waiting room and the staff treated everyone like humans and had smiles on their faces but now as I said I dread going there as it seems nobody there wants to be there at all. Especially the younger guy who answers the phone, he was incredibly rude and condescending almost every time ive had to talk to him. It used to be about helping you and now it seems it’s all about the money. As I said before there used to be donuts in the waiting room and everyone was in a cheery mood and talkative, but now it’s silent in there and more like a hospital waiting room. Totally different atmosphere and I’m looking for somewhere else to go now as I feel as though I’m not welcomed here anyway.

Dr. Dupratt would be rolling in his grave if he knew what this place looked like now. They hired a medical director and changed everything up. Rude, hangs up on people, something this place would have never done. Charging astronomical amounts of money and the reason behind the increase changed significantly when I told them their original reason didn't add up. Something fishy it's going on . I went from a near 10 year patient to filing a complaint with the medical board. Their current practice it's pushing patients to harm, not help. I don't recommend them anymore.

All the staff is amazing. I have been going for over a year and they always go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of and never suffer. I love Dr Flynn he is the best and Richard and Mindy are both amazing as well. I would recommend Transitions to anyone struggling and is serious.

Dr. Flynn and all that work with him is like magic. I would NEVER gotten off opioids if it wasn't for the empathy and care I received. It changed my life and now I have the privilege of telling others about the joy I feel being off opiates. Where am I going to get the money? Can I find the supply? The craving if needing just one more and freaking out when I would run low. I am happy to say that used to be my story, but my story has been rewritten. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making such a profound impact on my life. Keep up the good work and keep changing lives.

Great experience, Staff is very loving and understanding. Dr Flynn is a very competionate Dr I've ever had. I assure anyone that inspite of their situation you will get help. The price is very reasonable too. Lots of guidance as to what is available (help/programs). As soon as you step in you will feel safe and help is a few minutes away. They all care for their patients to be successful. Thank you for your loving care for this past year 😁

I have serviced Transitions Clinic for the last several years and have seen first-hand how hard they work to address the opioid addiction in their community. In addition, they provide many other community outreach programs for neighboring families and patients. I provide IT service for a lot of clients; very few would rate my strong support like Transitions Clinic.

Best prices in town by far, was told my boyfriend's first appointment would take 45 minutes on the phone... 3 hours later I was still sitting outfront waiting for him. If your taking someone here for their first time for treatment be ready to wait awhile and take the appropriate time off of work. Other than that staff are great! Highly recommend

All I can say is WOW 🤩 the doctors and their staff are all so wonderful and you really get a vibe from this team that they are on your side! They want you to get better and genuinely care about you… they want you to live a healthy and happy life. It is very clear they are in this business to help you grow as a person and overcome the struggles of life… Not for the money like other doctors or private practices. I was fortunate enough to attend a group counseling session where (pizza and sodas were served, Walmart gift card was given to a person from drawing numbers out a hat, Narcan was issued to every patient attending because they believe in saving lives! they even have a manager named Parker who is on call 24 hrs a day through the app for life threatening emergencies) It’s not a secret, America is dealing with an addiction and opioid crisis, and this team is here to help.. these people should be wearing capes! They’re actually out making a difference in the community and helping people get and stay sober. If you are struggling with addiction and depression, anxiety… Do yourself a favor and reach out to transitions clinic in Sacramento. I am so fortunate to have found this clinic. Thank you Transitions. You guys are the best 🙏

If you have medi cal please just go SNAHC. Transitions won’t help you in the long run. In the 2 years since I’ve switch I apparently saved $5,400. That’s 2 years of $225.

This place is not a place for recovery. It's a place that teaches "harm reduction". That's a nice way of saying that you can still do drugs if you want to, but just try to cut down if you can. Just use clean needles. I brought my daughter in here for help with her addictions and because of the counselor Mendy, my daughter has been sleeping in her car for over a month. Mendy told my daughter that if she can't quit then just simply cut down if possible. Outrageous. So now she's using in her car and justifies it by telling me her counselor said it was too much to try and quit everything all at once and that if she could cut down that would be good for now. This place is not for recovery. It's simply harm reduction, or what I call enabling. It's like telling an alcoholic to just cut down on the drinking. Thanks for giving my daughter such wonderful advice. You guys should stick with the Suboxone and refer your patients to a real recovery counselor.

Ever since I became a patient at transitions, I felt a sense of belonging and inclusion for the first time since becoming sober….thanks to transitions I’ve been a patient there for over a decade and they make sure to help me in each stage of my recovery.. I’m forever grateful!!

They switched my appointment date. Then they said they'd call me but didn't, I had to call them! The lady I spoke to said she would have my meds sent out today. I went to pharmacy & lo & behold the meds weren't ready, seemed intentional but they ended up rectifying this by confirming that my meds were sent so I give em a 3 star review.
