Insanely crowded no matter when you go. Good luck getting a bench or squat rack even if it's midnight on a Saturday. This place needs to expand the hours of their other locations so that it doesn't attempt to cater to the entire population of South Sacramento, Galt, Wilton and more.

Not what I expected from a 24 hr fitness, Front desk was friendly. Steam room was down, sauna was packed like a can of sardines and smelled like it too. Women's restroom was to be desired, I waited to get home to use my own. I believe facility could be better, just need proper staffing.

One of the dirtiest gyms I have ever been to. Locker rooms are disgusting, weight/fitness area is always messy and unclean, all machines are covered in sweat. I have seen only one employee trying to clean up the entire time I’ve been here and other employees are no where to be seen. I understand it’s hard to “clean as you go” when people are actively working out but quite a bit can be done instead of having employees sit around and do nothing. People who work out here are rude and inconsiderate and take up space/equipment. I’ve never felt more harassed than when I come here. I don’t feel safe or secure. I did the 30 day membership to try it out and I will not be renewing. I want to work out here and I’ll be using the rest of my 30 days to do so because I don’t have any other choice.

This gym is absolutely disgusting. I went here years ago and it was a small but clean gym. There’s dirty shoe sprints all over the women’s locker room floor and some kind of white film on the front of all the lockers. You can’t even see yourself in the mirrors on the bathroom. The sinks and faucets are covered in hard water and grime. Same with the floors in the bathroom. Every single toilet is discolored and had feces somewhere on it. There’s a layer of dust on the toilet paper and seat cover dispensers because they haven’t been cleaned in so long. I’ve never been so disgusted by a gym in my life.

Let's start with the bad: The pool area is dirty. The only thing dirtier here is the bathrooms and showers. It's just filthy. People walk into the saunas with shoes. The Jacuzzi has a faint smell of human excrements. The good: the gym seems to be well maintained and is packed! It's also the cleanest area in this facility other than the reception, which has super friendly staff. If you don't mind the filthy areas, or don't need the pool area or the showers, then this place is fine. Still, this only gets 2 stars because of how dirty it is.

This isss to be a nice gym. I’d rather go to the downtown location but this one is closer. Some of the equipment is missing parts which makes it inoperable. The best part was how filthy the woman’s bathrooms and locker is. I’ve never seen an accumulation of random hair on thr showers and locker room. The bathroom oven better, covered in toilet paper confetti. All of the cleaning tools in a corner piled up readily available for thr people who pay membership to Do it their selves. The icing, about 7 employees at the front desk kickin it. Oh boy! Fire everyone and let us do the rest.

I was amazed how filthy and unusable the bathroom is this morning during my workout. It must have been weeks since the bathroom was cleaned. Of the two toilets, one was clodded, and the other too filthy to actually be used by a human. The whole facility needs a deep cleaning, which includes replacing the staff with staff willing to keep the place clean and usable. Corporate HQ needs to visit this facility to see for them selves and being it back to a gym people would actually enjoy using.

5/5/23 9pm. One of the dirtiest and grimy gyms I’ve been to. Staff doesn’t acknowledging you coming in at all they’re too busy on their phones. No greeting or welcoming. The floor is a mess with weights everywhere and every other machine is out of order. Dumbbells were missing and in the wrong place. Bathrooms were filthy, especially the men’s. Toilets and urinals looked like they haven’t been clean in days and some of them don’t even flush (yikes). There was even chewing gum in all the urinals which looked even more trashy. Just complete negligence of bathrooms unfortunately.

This place is disgusting 🤮 I regret for my subscription although it was my first day at this branch. I was so excited to join 24 hours. However, I have good experience in Rancho Cordova and Sacramento branches. The management of this facility must to take care of these reviews ASAP otherwise they lose customers, as I see there is no any positive review rather than 1 star. I wish I read these reviews before my signing up. You can not find any inch clean in entire facility. Equipments, ground, locker room, toilets, showers, pool, sauna and steam were full filthy. All the equipment is old and damaged and need to replace ASAP. I can’t imagine this dirty gym exists is such a nice neighborhood, Elk Grove. 😔

I’ve been a member for 3 years now and I never been so dissapointed until this last few months I’ve been coming in. Why? Because the cleanest part of this gym is their parking lot🤦🏻‍♂️ You got employees on their phone, no sense of urgency in keeping your gym clean. I have recommended multiple family & friends that had signed up for membership but I am regretting that now since the lack of effort to keep this place clean & equipments working. Will probably wont sign back after my contract ends not unless things get better. PS: The roof insulations are about to fall on your basketball court! It’s been like that all year, so don’t wait until somebody get into accident. And also, The court floor is so dusty & dirty.

Terrible pool maintenance. Water Always murky in summer, the pool heating broke, was told will get fixed in 4 days, by last Thursday. Showed up on Thursday was told pool is closed for maintenance and will be fixed Friday. Friday said Saturday, now showed up Monday said don't know when it'll get fixed. Oh the lady shower has been leaking for 4 months, said ordering parts....

They don’t have soaps in showers or faucet to wash your hands. All dispensers were empty which makes you wonder how long ago they cleaned the bathrooms and showers. This was around 9 am. The quality is just going downhill.

This location was clean but crowded. I recommend coming early in the morning. I got to the gym around 9pm and there was a good amount of people working out. I appreciate the fact that it was actually open 24 hours. The location on Elk Grove Florin road closes early. I'll be back!

It is nice to have this gym not too far away, but since it opened after the pandemia it is gotten worse, people get in the jacuzzi and swim pool without showing after they sweat in the machines or sauna or steam room. It is disgusting a and on top of that swinging pool is not being cleaned, you can see crup on the bottom, steam room walls are slime, locker room floors are moped with out sweeping first, they are always dirty, soap containers are offent empty. This is the Center Parkway gym

Haven't been here for quite awhile now and still like the place but, it really needs a deep clean or renovation. With the many years I haven't went to this place, I thought it would have been renovated by now. Workout area is fine even though the carpet is all worn out but the man's bathroom really need some cleaning/renovation including the sauna. Management need to do something about it.

This gym is by far the most disgusting one I’ve been inside. It’s obviously not cleaned or maintained. People leave their sweat rags all over the equipment and it smells like odor. The gym equipment is falling apart and needs to be replaced or maintained properly. Take care of your business and make others respect it.

Pros: Pool, Saunas and Jacuzzi. Minuses: Dirty gym, BAD SHOWERS without doors (only 3 doors, what about the rest?) , constant problems with HOT WATER! By the way, I paid $300 for 1 year membership and I got it... Thanks 👍

Well equipped with healthy snacks bar and accessories. Some equipments need maintenance but place has kept clean. 👍

Really good staff and very friendly. gym is very huge but I give 2 stars because more than half of the cardios are out of service. The jacuzzi is out of service for over 3 months now.

I've been to many 24 hours, and this, my local one is the worst (center parkway, Elk Grove). Oldest equipment, many times broken, and usually broken for a long time. Most crowded, no matter what day or time. Less variety of equipment compared to others. Wish I lived near any other 24, honestly. I am super grateful to 24 hour for sponsoring the Olympic training center since I have son that trains there, so thank you for that.

This is the worst 24 hour and even the products they sell are awful. Paid 24 bucks for a pair of swimming goggles that do not help at all no matter how much adjusting I do. I’ve bought cheaper pairs that work better. Managers were not very helpful and didn’t care what I had to say and, unbeknownst to me, they don’t let you do returns. Maybe that should be written somewhere or even if the cashier said “just an fyi there are no returns” but nope. Nada.

Reviewing as my membership anniversary is closer. Pool is great. Employees are friendly and always try to keep the floor clean. Yoga Stereo is well clean and maintained. lack of equipment maintenance: A few broken machines are not fixed & left sitting there from many months. There’re more broken machines now. Hooks in men shower room will never fixed. 5 outta 7 showers are now labeled as not working. compared to LA fitness I once used across the town, sauna need a lot of deep clean up or have a consistent cleaning. On quality of gym members: One ethnic group is seemed noticeably more than others. Many of them (adults in their 30+) use gym as their hangout place. They always chatting in their native language & often inconsiderate of other needs for equipment use during busy hours. They always bring “buddies” and crowded this place. That how you always have such group of people gathering at 1 machine with their stuffs all around nearby machines. “Buddy Pass” should be ended. Overall, it’s average gym. I won’t recommend to start with annual membership.

Busy as hell always. I’ve passed by and thought 11am Wednesday would be slightly chill…it wasn’t. Membership sales have to be way beyond over-saturation. It’s very dirty (at this location) rarely cleaned and organized during busy times especially. I’ll be going back regularly and to others in the area but they need to increase clubs and club sizes if 24 is going to be this aggressive with packing people in like sardines. Looking to sample other club locations above this one however.

A very busy club, parking lot pretty much full. Just done with the best workout I've had in years. Everything I touched worked well and was clean. The open shower I found was clean and worked great. I arrived about 9:30 parked at the front door greeted by informative staff who showed me around. I'll be back

Great place to work out. People are friendly and helpful. Thomas and Malik make sure we are welcomed every day. They make this gym feel like home. Pool is great for Physical Therapy which I am doing.

I love this gym so much!! Lots of great workout machines! I haven’t try the weights and pull up method! Thank you! You guys did amazing job and keep the business busy! I wish you guys have towels offers for us to use !

I am customer 24 fitnesses along time ago , I am very happy. But happen 3 months to now . Many customers need for Massage pool . But not fix . I feeling very bad

Work out area and equipment is OK. However, shower and wet area floor tiles needs better maintenance and deep cleaning! Shower heads heads need replacing…sprays everywhere but the body! Total lack of health cleanliness & safety.

So refreshing to be Greeted by the assistant mgr as I walk in, asking my name….. Reason being, I lost my Coach wallet several weeks ago, Debit Card, DL, Social Security card & more in it. And he recognized me in the picture although we have never met nor have I ever seen him at the time I come in. Especially great because I figured it was somewhere at home so I never cancelled anything! As a District Mgr myself with 9 Stores under my supervision, this is the type of leadership any organization needs running it. Thank You Sir!

Ladies locker room has only one disabled shower and the shower head cradle is broken so they have it hung at KNEE LEVEL!! So you expect your disabled customers to shower laying on the ground?!?! Such a simple fix to help your disabled customers. Fix your shower head people!!

A great place to work out. But in my opinion also needs alot of work such as, cleaner lockerrooms and the whole pool area needs a deep cleaning.

Gym was jam packed like sardines in the sauna hardly ever works and it doesn’t work right now and it seems like they like to keep it that way the only reason I join was to use the steam room sauna and Jacuzzi but they’re always broke down might as well go back to planet fitness better equipment
