Owners are very rude plus there workers were also rude. If you have to purchase for more than 10k then they will treat you well otherwise not that much interested in showing you jewellery. Not going again .worst experience. One experience if you have such a huge shop pls teach your workers to act well. No manners.

Editing my old review in a manner which is same as the shop it self. They don't behave good with middle class customers. The staff has ZERO manners. And the reason is the owner jaisa owner waisa staff. Middle class/ lower middle class costumers- Their collections are very nice but the prices are too much. You can get same jwellery at half the price in matke wali gali street no 13. Also The bridal haldi sets are too expensive. Upper class costumers - Their jwellery collection is so good. And all the party wear sets in AD and Polki etc are so pretty. A class shop for jewellery. Bangles , bridal bangle sets are so pretty. If you want you can over pay and get your stuff from here.

Uchi Dukaan, feeka pakwaan, they don't even have chairs for their customers, very big showroom but no cooperating staff, won't recommend... Kuch unique nahi hai inpe

Lots of product but of no use because staff is not so very interested to put much efforts until you are buying in bulk. The attitude of the owner, the staff .. oh my god. Its so scary to shop from here, i used to do under the pressure, that if i need this, I should not ask any question and just buy it. They don't entertain middle business man. The day when i just stop going there was, when i wanted to take 1 product out from my final order at the counter, because i thought its not required. The owner has such a temperament, he took all the products, and kept them back that " we dont want to sell any", even the half billing procedure was done. I literally felt Yuck what the attitude, I don't know what he is going to with lot of money and no respect. There are lot of vendors in the street, you just need to make little efforts, they are not the only one. And even when i explored there are lot of vendors, whose prices are much much less and good attitude.

Good place

A muti-storey store for all type of jewellery for every occasion. Must visit place . They have one more store on the opposite lane named as JIA. As it is situated in Sadar bazar , outside roads are congested.

i visited this place during some wedding prepration in family along with close relatives . i was stunned when i looked around the shop , mainly in ceremonial jewellery . the designs were fantastic , more beautiful then real ones and at good price , the staff was quiet experienced for suggestion about selection ,. The company seems to be pioneer about their selection . Company director seems to be master in his selection. they offered us nice tea , coffee during purchasing. Owner was jolly and very friendly and was very experienced about feminine choice and selection. One young lady might be was from director 's family escorted us to different sections of bug multi floored shop and kept helping us during all our buyings , nice experience , unbelivable at sadar !!

I had the worst experience of being treated as a costumer by the lady sitting at counter... She misbehaved like anything. I don't prefer anyone to go to the store for being ill treated by her.

Prabhat store is on Sadar main road.it is open from 11to 8.30pm.all type of ladies purse jewellery bridal causal funky is there.

I would not advise anyone to go to this horrible and very overpriced store. I am a US citizen who came to India on travel, and I was extremely disgusted by what I experienced. First off, I purchased 2 sets of jewelry priced at over 13,000 INR. They didn't even provide a proper receipt for my purchases. If the jewelry were to blacken or deteriorate in quality, I would have no guarantee. They claimed the jewelry to be of real kundan, but it was not. The jewelry was clearly not worth 13,000, probably 5,000 at most. When I tried to notify the customer service of the receipt situation, they were enormously rude and acted in such a pathetic manner, arguing me to pay extra. After explaining my situation, they cut off the call. If it isn't clear, I would never go to this store ever again and I advise people to avoid it at all costs, unless they want to get duped and scammed.

The owners /manager are not hospitable , plus they don't want to give the needed time to the customer ,also they are overpriced

I wish i had seen the reviews before going to the store, I wouldn’t have gone and get myself humiliated there. The staff is super pathetic, they don’t treat you nicely, not interested in showing any stuff and the prices are rocket high!!! As someone mentioned, i too saw that they treat their high class customers in a good way as compared to others.

Kundan sets were very beautiful at a very reasonable price.Bangles were too good.Owner were very friendly and cooperative.

Store for good quality of artificial jewellery but prices are on higher side.

The one star review is not for the jewelry that I bought from here but for the foul, repulsive attitude of the owner and the staff (almost all the staff barring a few). They're rude, don't know how to treat the customers with patience and show a sour attitude. The owner sat there with a perpetual frown, he seemed displeased with the fact that we were opting for online payment. They have a decent collection in great prices, however the negative attitude is off putting.
