They say coffee is made with milk and little sugar but it is actually made with lots of water, little milk and sugar. I wasted my money on Hazelnut and Vanilla flavors and it actually tasted like "Zehar". It seems their coffe recipe was designed by a toddler. But with this I have learnt a good lesson and that is to always make your own coffee, really disappointed with this brand.

100 bucks for coffee made of water and milk powder, Extremely poor quality. Expect much much more from such startups. Other competitors coffees cost a fraction and are much better in taste and form.

Extremely bad coffee. Cold coffee is pathetic and poor quality! I bought their classic cold coffee and it has no taste, not even tastes like coffee. McDonalds serves better coffee!

Drink plain water instead. Worst coffee ever. water + thinner. No coffee taste. Stomach pain after drinking this coffee. You can smell thinner/ petrol. Bad experience.

I purchased sleepy owl hazelnut tin (100gm) for 475/- INR from natures basket Kandivali as I am coffee lover. Honestly I did not like the coffee and the hazelnut smell comes only when you open the tin however the hazelnut flavor is not at all felt when you actually make and taste the coffee. Overall other brands (Araku - INR 490/- for 250gm coffee , Starbucks (840/- for 200 gm) have much better quality and taste at the same price or at a price slightly higher but this coffee did not meet my expectations for the price of 475/- which seems very high as per the quality and taste

In case you face any hassle or have any feedback, please drop a mail to their customer service right away instead of going bonkers on the internet. They will take care of you and make sure your needs are met 200% Their products are damn good; their merchandise has its own fan base. So, go ahead and try them one by one. Gotta give it to them - the CX as a whole is on a different level altogether - could become a case study easily (must be already there I believe) Dayum. I've been having sleepy owl coffee since about a year now, and simply love it. To show my appreciation, i kept ordering and offering to friends with reference. Recently, i have been away travelling for a few days and couldn't get sleepy owl. Back to work, Had this coffee again and i realised, i'm not doing enough to appreciate it properly. This is the worst coffee I ever ordered. Tasteless , thin and useless. Such waste of money. The most pathetic part is that they delete the negative comments on instagram due to which you'll never get the true picture of the quality of the product.
