    I was greeted when I first went in and registered. I was contacted immediately by Sharon who prepped me for the ct. she brought a cozy warm blanket because I was shaking from the cold. I was told when my procedure would begin and it was right on time. I was treated with consideration and was made comfortable. When the ct was done I was escorted to valet parking. Even the iodine infusion was well done.

    The parking was horrendous so I used valet which was amazing! Then the checkin process from when I walked in the door until I was “checked in” with a bracelet took 25 min. Once I was “ with bracelet “ it was only a 7 min wait for the technician to get me & bring me back. She was fantastic. Very professional, super fast, wonderful. Everyone was very VERY kind there from first walk-in through final valet pickup. Truly love this facility.

    Overall very good experience. The main reason was that Katarina was wonderful. She was caring and comforting. She made me feel safe, understood and she is truly there to help women. We need more of her in the world and especially in these kinds of environments, where you can feel scared, confused and alone. Also the check in was smooth and I was on time. It was efficient and I appreciated all the help I got from the various staff. Also the facility is really nice and the building is beautiful.

    The front desk staff was courteous, professional, and professional. The radiology technician did and excellent job of making me comfortable and in good hands. She explained the process and carried in out in a very efficient and professional way. She was a pleasure to deal with and I would choose her if I ever need a similar test in the future. Assuming I had a choice of course.

    For some reason, I did not hear that my appointment was at 9:30 "PM" and arrived at the indicated time in the "AM". However, the entire staff was gracious and found a way to fit me into their schedule. I had to wait an extra 30 minutes but was happy to do so. The technicians were very competent, got the IV inserted on the 1st try, were considerate and professional. I cannot overstate how much I was impressed.

    Stephanie , who worked the front desk, was very professional and polite when we arrived. The radiation order for my procedure was not there. So some how she was able to find it and than they hadn’t contacted my insurance company for authorization. But I told her we had a standing order for this and she was able to help us. People of her caliber is a blessing with dealing with cancer or any other medical procedures. We are older and appreciate everything.

    Rick was professional and did a great job. I was taken back right on time and when I was leaving, the woman who registered me said goodbye to me by name! It was really nice and refreshing.

    From the time I registered, the wait time for my ultrasound and X-ray wasn’t that long. The Woman who did the ultrasound came to get me exactly at the scheduled time. She explained the procedure and had a lovely personality. The chest x-ray followed it and it was all right. I don’t have anything to say that needed improvement. From Scheduling to signing in went smoothly.

    It’s always a pleasure going to Mease Countryside BayCare Imaging. If I can’t find a place to park, the complimentary valet will park my car for me. Someone friendly always greets me at the front doors, and takes my information. I’m usually checked in quickly after that. Today my technician Katie was wonderful. She came to get me in the waiting area, and put me at ease explaining what she was going to do. After my chest X-rays, She asked if I had any questions or needed anything. I was in & out in record time, without feeling rushed.

    Well organized, from stepping through the door, to meeting with the woman who double checked my info and did the hand scan, to the short wait in a marginally comfortable chair, to the professional duo who took the Xrays!! Even the Cafe coffee was passable!

    The technician Barb was extremely polite and helpful. I have mobility problems and she told me to take my time and made me feel at ease. She looked out for my safety getting on and off the table. Front desk personal were polite and efficient . I can not think of anything that could have been better.

    I was extremely nervous! After talking to Lea and following her instructions, I relaxed and was reassured! The entire team was excellent, very professional and completely concerned for my comfort. I knew what was going to happen before it did. MY TEAM ALL DESERVE GOLD STARS!!! THANK YOU ALL!

    Terrible. I went to your doctor under the impression i still belong to the network provider. I even asked person at the desk if i could still be treated at this facility and they said yes. So i am assuming i could still go there for free or paid by Medicare but they tricked me into signing in. I would have not gone there if i knew i had to pay for the visit and they never said otherwise. It turned out that they send me a bill for the visit because it was my responsibility to know who my provider was but at the time i was in transition and did not know however your agent knew this but accepted me anyway without considering that i may not sign in if i knew i had to pay for the visit. These agents are professionals, and they should have known this but they accepted me anyway. when i complained about having to pay they said it was my responsibility to pay. I will pay this, but i think i got scammed for not knowing the system as well as they do. I am highly dissatisfied and feel dejected because of this. No thanks to your professionals.

    Your PET Scan team of Janet & Rick are so good, I can't tell you how much I enjoyed them both. Their humor put me at ease upon arrival. They explained everything in detail. And Jan, what can I say - I bruise so easily and bleed at almost anything, but with her, the IV went right in and no bleeding. She was perfect. They're the best.

    Wow! I was dreading this appointment for 3 scans. I was blown away by the efficiency, care and kindness shown during my trifecta of scans. Results ready the next day and reviewed by my primary doctor. Fantastic health care here in Florida

    Overall great first visit to Imaging Services. The check-in process was very efficient and I liked there was no check-out process, and that everything was taken care of at the beginning of the visit. The admitting receptionist (sorry if that's not their title) came directly to retrieve me and the other patients instead of calling names out among the room. They probably indicate some kind of descriptors on the intake forms so the receptionist knows who to look for. It was a nice touch and did not go unnoticed. Another patient was there for imaging too and had another BayCare test later that evening. The receptionist put in additional effort to coordinate with the other office to see if the patient could get that test in right after their imaging instead of having to come back later - and it was a success. Great attention to detail and extra effort.

    Everyone was WONDERFUL! Even the lady who kept her hand on my calf during the procedure, it was so comforting just the human touch during my biopsy. The doctor was amazing and patient as I asked so many questions. Everyone was just top notch. Thank you!! God bless

    No need for improvement!!! The Staff I dealt with....RICK and JANET, should have clones made of them because they are wonderful people!! They explain everything in detail, put you completely at ease and do their job well! I have to also state that JANET has the best sense of humor I have ever seen in a hospital employee! I have always been treated very well at this facility!

    My experience with BayCare imaging services were excellent. Ally was one of the sweetest and most compassionate caregivers I have experienced, she is a true asset to you. George was also excellent, he was so kind and he was able to get my IV on the first try which never happens with me, I have a port and not very good veins. These two team members are excellent examples of team members. I will definitely return for services when needed.

    This was my second visit in 6 months with the Pet/CT team of David and Janet, and they were excellent. Janet's experience and compassion were very reassuring; she slowly explained the process, made me very comfortable, and made the best out of a patients health concerns. She is invaluable to Bay Care!! Peter

    Friendly staff, easy check in, procedure done quickly and as relaxing as it possible can be done. Thank you Jean (nurse who put my iv in) for being so kind! I had the same procedure done 7 times since 2013 at this location and it was always as stress free as possible.

    Had PET scan done. Brittney provided quick registration for me with a smile. David and Janet were great and took good care of me during scan. Janet also made the call prior to visit to prepare me for what's to come and what not to do prior to. Great team.

    Everyone was super nice and very pleasant. I greatly appreciate the service I received, all my people were just exceptionally awesome! Thank you again Dr. Terlow, Jenna, Kim, Shanika, Nurse Heather, and Morgan! You ALL made an otherwise annoyingly scary procedure for me an absolute breeze to get through and I was completely relaxed throughout thanks to you! :)

    I was informed the day of my PET scan that my Dr. would be sent the results that day. 6 days later I contacted you to find out why she had not been informed yet. I was told my Dr. was not in your system and had to be added. I asked why after she was added the results were still not sent out to her. I was told she would receive them today(that day), finally 6 hours later i was informed of the not so good results!!! SO YOU DESERVE NO STARS, BUT THAT IS NOT AN OPTION!!!

    The person who assisted me was empathetic and respectful, and she was very attentive to my needs at the appointment. The procedure went surprisingly well, as I've had uncomfortable experiences with the same procedure that was done outside of Baycare. Thank you very much!

    The staff is always pleasant and cheerful, even first thing in the morning. I always feel cared for when I go to the Baycare Imaging centers. In addition, I'm in and out very quickly. Can't ask for a better experience.

    I had a CT scan of my lungs without contrast on 12/1/2022 at Mease CS Imaging. The experience went very smoothly with the entire staff being extremely helpful. My Pulmonologist received my report rapidly and has already called me with good results. My husband had the same CT scan two days after me and also had a good experience. I am a retired RN and not always easy to please after 50 plus years in nursing. I gave you five stars and keep doing an excellent job. Thank you…👍🏻

    Everything was as wonderful as could be expected. The front office staff has the sign-in process down to a science, which gives the patients a minimum of waiting time. My technician, (I wish I could remember her name... Rebecca?) was extremely efficient yet friendly and concerned for my comfort at the same time. I would highly recommend the Imaging Services at Mease Countryside!

    They were fast, friendly and efficient. I totally would like to use them in the future for ultrasound and other imaging. They’re a great team. Saw them working with a child and really took the time to be friendly and make him comfortable.

    Your facility is clean, neat, professional, and the people are very friendly and nice. However, the last two times I have been there it seems to take an extraordinary amount of time to get to the front desk. This last visit there were problems with rescheduling an appointment on the computer. Now having said this the woman helping me was extra friendly and able to get me in right away just but going one extra step and making a phone call. The tech doing the imaging was excellent.
