Terrible.
I
went
to
your
doctor
under
the
impression
i
still
belong
to
the
network
provider.
I
even
asked
person
at
the
desk
if
i
could
still
be
treated
at
this
facility
and
they
said
yes.
So
i
am
assuming
i
could
still
go
there
for
free
or
paid
by
Medicare
but
they
tricked
me
into
signing
in.
I
would
have
not
gone
there
if
i
knew
i
had
to
pay
for
the
visit
and
they
never
said
otherwise.
It
turned
out
that
they
send
me
a
bill
for
the
visit
because
it
was
my
responsibility
to
know
who
my
provider
was
but
at
the
time
i
was
in
transition
and
did
not
know
however
your
agent
knew
this
but
accepted
me
anyway
without
considering
that
i
may
not
sign
in
if
i
knew
i
had
to
pay
for
the
visit.
These
agents
are
professionals,
and
they
should
have
known
this
but
they
accepted
me
anyway.
when
i
complained
about
having
to
pay
they
said
it
was
my
responsibility
to
pay.
I
will
pay
this,
but
i
think
i
got
scammed
for
not
knowing
the
system
as
well
as
they
do.
I
am
highly
dissatisfied
and
feel
dejected
because
of
this.
No
thanks
to
your
professionals.
