I like ace. They don't always have what I am looking for. But the customer service goes a long ways. I appreciate the service offered. And when it comes to lumber I think they may have home Depot beat.

I went to this business after looking for the parts for my plumbing repair at another store. The service rep Bo went directly to the part I needed and made sure it was what I needed. The service at checkout is very professional. Daelyn at the front of the store greeted as I walked in and directed me to the technician right away. Great experience and a very friendly business. I went to Ace hardware today to buy screws and bolts. There were about 20 employees in that tiny store and none of them knew what they were doing. They kept us there for an extra 10 minutes so that they could check every tiny bolt for individual prices. All of their prices are jumbled up and over complicated and none of the employees know how to categorize or handle customers buying the equipment. Everyone at the store is unhelpful and unreliable, and will waste as much of your time as they can.

Ace is a great addition to the Safford-Thatcher area. Recently I needed a can of contact cement for a project the next day. A competitor was completely out of both sizes of the product. I called Ace thinking if they did carry it, I would have to pay more. But not only did they have it in stock, but in 3 sizes, and at a lower price than the big box store. I left very pleased and grateful that our event wasn't disrupted by supply chain delays!

I just love this place. They don't let you run around trying to find things. They help you whenever you need it. They have a little if everything in there. Great people. I go there a lot. Easy parking in and out. They know what they have and where it's at.
