One of the best hotel in Saharanpur, located at Main Ambala road. Easily approachable. Mr. Ashok is a good manager in all respect. Washroom hygiene and cleanliness of towels needs to be improved. Nobody attended intercom number at reception after multiple calls at night. Gathering and making noice at common area /corridor by guests creates disturbance to other guests in rooms; Hotel management should take care & control such movement. They are managing parking in front of the hotel and inside the petrol pump near by. Guards are taking care of parked vehicle. Overall above Average experience.

Well maintained hotel situated on Saharanpur-Ambala NH. Restaurant and Rooms services are very good. The prices are very nominal. You can enjoy it with family and kids.

Its located at main road but Crowded area and lots of dusty and dirty and no facilities for drivers and maid and too much rush on wedding season because party hall also attach with hotel ,noise problem

We booked their entire banquet hall for a wedding function. The lighting, decoration was good but not the servicing, their provided waiter staff were 'kaamchors' and their manager was incompetent in managing things. Though we hired 32 waiters on their suggestion for 500 people of gathering. And also there are so many places in here from where the food gets stolen away by their service staff. The executives should show up on the ground and take responsibility of their shortcomings. It was a bitter experience as their hospitality staff and manager ruined our function by their incompetence.

The service is not professional. They don't have dedicated parking for all guests and don't manage issues when events are held. They need to ensure parking is not an issue for their guests.

The rooms were very clean and food was awesome . Staffs were courteous and supportive. It was a pleasant experience to stay with them.

Rooms were neat and the unending hot water in the shower was amazing on a cold day.

Hotal location is at ambala Highway just at the entrance to the City. Rooms are good but food items is not upto the mark. Overall an average hotel with affordable price but don't expect too much. Good for small get together.

Good decoration for small family function but catering is worst. No taste in any food. Also has no car parking space all guests have to struggle to park their cars.

Excellent hotel to stay in Saharanpur if you are on business trip. Having good restaurant with variety of menu. Rooms available with breakfast inclusion. Rate wise also affordable. Wifi and parking facilities are available. Rooms are quite big with basic amenities. Cleaning of room and washrooms are good. Staff is very cooperative and friendly. Owner of hotel specially looking into customers service.

This review is for their marriage lawn where I attended a relative's wedding yesterday- it's an absolutely horrible place, extremely tacky and filthy. Toilets were unclean, yucky and messy. There were chicken bones lying around the commode :( Jet was not functional, no tissues, hand wash, soaps etc. The waiters were Mannerless and some of them were even drunk :( No dedicated parking space and you'll end up searching for a decent parking spot. Final verdict - firstly, try to avoid visiting this place but if you've to, then just be careful and extra cautious. Also, don't forget to carry your own tissues, paper soaps and hand sanitizer with you.

Stop in this hotel for bisness, not other more best options. Just not good sleep of condicioner noice. Out street noice not hear. Hot water, all necessary supplies were provided.

The music playing in the banquet of the hotel is too loud, and not able to sleep till 1:00 am. I have called the reception but no action taken from the staff. Please check there banquet reservation before booking your room. Such a bad experience .

Overall this is okay but with the following assumptions. Don't go with the expectation of good food.. that is very bad.. A few snacks like honey chili potatoes are good... i ordered Hakka noodles... i was confused it is Hakka or Singapori noodles.. in nt shell food quality is below average.. The staff is good.. the service is also okay.. one thing i like is the atmosphere.. if you want to spend time in silence and a calm place this is an option.. But yes one thing to add.. pls be careful while paying the bill.. these guys will charge you more than MRP of the product like water.. + GST.. it cost you more than 118% of the actual cost.. ideally this is illegal.. water bottle of 20 bucks will cost you around 47-48 buck approximately

Best stay till now, I have been to many different places and hotels but this one feels like second home, the members of staff are so helpful and cheerful (Mr Gupta and Mr Khem Singh to name a few) whenever you reach there and just ask for them they along with all other members make you feel welcoming and comfortable. A place to stay with friends as well as Family or others. Privacy is maintained and cleanliness everything makes it land in place. also close to Railway station for travellers.

We had family dinner here. Clean. Good ambience. Perfect for family. Taste of non-veg(chicken) was not so good but better than average. Veg was tasty. Quite expensive. Had boneless mutton too and taste and quantity of pieces(not curry) was good.
