Small joint with average food. I hear al lot about this cafe. First of all i dont like thier sitting arrangment . Dont even have ac facility . Come to the food i ordered one veg paneer cheese roll and double chicken roll . Veg paneer cheese roll : taste was good. I love that they put grind cheese . Easy to chewing and sauses perfectly used. Little bit spicy but it was good experience Double chicken roll : chicken was perfectly fried and it was amazing in taste . Spicy enough that you can enjoy the both texture of chicken and suases. All over it was nice ecperience . They should work upon thier sitting plan

i Have tried double chicken roll and malai chicken roll. The bread was good, the chicken stuffing and quality of chicken was also very good, the best part is susage. Would love to try some new flavours from them. I hope they introduce some new flavours for chicken roll soon.

Great place for having Rolls.. Hot and steamy spucy rolls. We had : Veg roll Veg cheese roll Veg paneer cheese roll Veg paneer tikka roll All are freshly made and wonderfully prepared. Taste is wonderful, rolls are crunchy and spicy. Great experience.

I ordered a double egg roll and afgani champ roll with were worth the price and tasted good. Hygiene was maintained n food was also fresh... The only minus point is that they have limited seating space n the surrondings near the restaurant are not much clean..

we ordered 1paneer tikka cheese roll (60rs.)and 1egg roll(30rs) from ann's cafe which is located in phase 5, mohali. the order was confirmed from restaurant for both dishes. the total bill was 90rs. when delivery boy reached to us he said total bill is 90rs. when we checked there is only paneer tikka cheese roll. we didn't receive egg roll. at the end he charged 90rs. from us. the delivery services is very bad. this is not only for 30rs. refunding. this is only for the owner of ann's cafe who is very careless for their customers.

Disappointed due to preparing the veg rolls on the same tawa that is used for preparing non veg rolls without even washing the tawa after non veg rolls. so if u are completely vegetarian and dont even consume eggs this turns out to be a big No No in terms of rolls! Most of the times shakes are not available even though menu have them listed.

A very Dirty place. They are least bothered about the cleanliness. And when it comes to food its totally useless. Gone there to have rolls but they served the rolls without any salt and it seems they are not even worried what the customer says.. not recommended...
