Om Nama Shivay 🧡 One of the best temple in the Kurukshetra. Shiva and Shakti are both given utmost importance in the day-to-day life of Haryanvi. It had more similarities to Dravidian-style temples as it has Pond and a Sacred tree in it. And most importantly Haryanvis knew about Karthikeya/Murugan and Palliyarai Poojai known only to the Southern states. One can find many temples on the way. Kaleshwar Mandir and Dattatreya Mandir are among them. I wish everyone the blessing of Lord Mahadeva 🧡

Very ancient temple of Lord Shiva. The Pandavas prayed here, over 5,000 years ago, to seek blessings of Lord Mahadev before the onset of the great war.

The divinity of Lord Shiva is felt strongly in the temple, as the atmosphere is charged with a sense of sacred energy. Devotees come to the temple to seek the blessings of Lord Shiva, to find solace in his grace, and to connect with their own inner divinity. The temple is a place of great spiritual significance, where the presence of Lord Shiva is felt in every corner, reminding us of the eternal nature of his divine power.

Spiritual and peaceful. A mythological temple of lord Shiva assumed to be very ancient ,of the era before Mahabharata. Lord Krishna and Pandavas worshiped the Lord Shiva here before the battle of Mahabharata. This place is nearby Jindal park, Sheikh Chilli tomb and Bhadrakali temple. Bhadrakali is also a mythological temple related to Goddess Sati, first wife of Lord Shiva.

Take his permission before visiting Bhadrakali Devikoop temple. He allowed me by patting my back with cold gushes of wind in hot weather. He is real thing. I felt his presence in his temple. I rarely feel gods in temples but he is definitely there. He made me feel welcomed 😘. I felt better in his presence. I didn't take pictures because I was too busy trying to feel his consciousness around me.

It's a wonderful temple of lord Shiva. It has a beautiful sarovar in which lord Shiva was sitting in the centre. A beautiful shivling is also played inside the temple. Very positivity inside tempy. On shivratri you will see a large number of devotees come to the temple. Har har mahadev 🕉️🚩🙏

Shthaneshwar Mahadev Temple is more than 5000 years old.. Very old and famous God Shiva temple.. There is a beautiful pond in the premises of the temple where Lord shiva's idol is situated in the middle.. Has a beautiful shani dev mandir too.. On the top floor, there are 12 rudraksh which have great significance in ancient scriptures.. The temple has a sacred water tank and the water obtained from it is believed to cure any disease.. The festivals of Maha Shivratri, Makar Sankranti, Kartik Purnima, Dussehra, and Diwali are celebrated with great devotion at Sthaneshwar Mahadev temple...

Sthaneshwar Mahadev Temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. As per legends,  Pandavas along with Lord Krishna prayed to Lord Shiva and received his blessings for victory in the epic battle of Mahabharata. Also,  The ninth Guru Shri Tegh Bahadur stayed at a spot near the Sthaneshwar Tirtha that is marked by a gurdwara just besides this temple. The temple premises is huge and houses temples dedicated to Lord Shiva, a secondary temple with 11 shiv lings, a gauri shankar temple, a Sai Baba temple, 9 devi maa temple, Shani mandir, Balaji temple, a Lord Shiva statue sitting in Yog mudra in the centre of huge water body and a HariHar statue on the eastern corner of the water body. Also, Just outside the temple is Kali Maa Mandir. There is No Parking outside the temple.

It is said to be one of the oldest Lord Shiv temple even prior to Mahabharat Era. It is said that Arjun came here and meditated here and got Gandiv dhanush.

This is a historic temple where Arjuna received his weapons (Astra Shastra) after offering his prayers to Lord Shiva. There is a small water pond here and has a Shiv Murty in the middle. A must visit !
