Doctors are sitting there only to make money. Went for ECG and X Ray. The operator was just sitting even after 2 to 3 calls. He was just seeing the movie on mobile. Finally I shouted and then he said few disgusting word and proceed for X Ray. I will never ever going to visit again. This is third worst experience in this hospital. Wouldn't recommend this hospital to any one.

Caring, efficient and hard working staff. The care provided to the patient is beyond words and compliments. Competent and proficient staff. Well equipped infrastructure. On an all inclusive basis, quite good with an acceptable service.

Good hospital, my friend has been treated in this hospital. Staff behaviour need to be improved with any kind of patient. There should be equality in behavior for rich and poor patients. Doctors are fine.

Doctors are good and most of staff are good, need to improve the service accordingly the patient are charged for room. Staff is good Nd emergency services are good but, to many mosquitoes even in icu.. i myself killed around 20 in 1 day .

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Saksham Hospital for the excellent care they provided to my father, who was recently admitted to the ICU with heart disease. The doctors, Dr. Kamaljeet Singh and Dr. Sudhanshu, were very knowledgeable and compassionate, and they took the time to explain everything to us in detail. The nursing staff was also very attentive and caring, and they made sure that my father was comfortable at all times. I am so grateful that my father received such excellent care at Saksham Hospital. He is now recovering well, and we are so thankful for the doctors and nurses who helped him get better. The doctors were very thorough in their assessment of my father's condition. They ran a battery of tests and were able to quickly diagnose the problem. The doctors were very clear in their explanations of my father's condition and treatment plan. They took the time to answer all of our questions, and they made sure that we understood everything. The nursing staff was very attentive and caring. They were always checking on my father, and they made sure that he was comfortable. Overall, we had a very positive experience at Saksham Hospital. Saksham Hospital in Saharanpur and Dr. Poonam Makhija provided an exceptional experience during the birth of my child. The entire staff was remarkably kind, supportive, and helpful throughout the process. Dr. Makhija's expertise and guidance were invaluable, leading to a successful normal delivery, which exceeded my expectations. We reached the hospital at 3 am in the morning and by 9 am I was almost tired and was about to lose my hopes for normal delivery, yet the whole staff encouraged me and my child was born normally in a couple of hours. The hospital's facilities and care were top-notch, creating a safe and comfortable environment. I couldn't have asked for a better place to welcome my child into the world. We had a great experience with Dr Poonam Mukhija and glad to recommend her and Saksham hospital facility. Clean facility, and there is always sanitation staff available on request. Billing is also quick if you want to use insurance for cashless facility.

Best Hospital in Saharanpur for Urology department. Dr.Rakesh Kumar Pandey is very knowledgeable and experienced Doctor. He save my Damage kidney although In Delhi all Urologist told me now only removing option. We can't save your kidney. But Dr.Rakesh Pandey ji Save my life and save my Kidney. Staff is rude and Dr are very casual and mostly late. Does not provide information to relatives about the diagnosis. I have patient under Dr Sundanshu Shekar he is does not provide any information about the disease just signing prescriptions these medicines are required that are required. It just make me feel something like “Gabbar” movie in which dr just asking Medicines, staff are informing dr is looking but no information what happened what are treatment being provided. Rich and poor classifications are also can seen in treating patients. Overall bad experience at hard times support and cooperation is required, hosting staff and Doctors not treating in good manners.

Bad experience in competent hospital for their service and system method, there is no cleanliness inside deluxe room and washroom was clogged with water and dust is spreading around the room, foul smell from inside the room Is….dirty laundry

Dr. Poonam makhija She is a nice, polite and well behave doctor. Unki jitni tarif ki jaaye kam h meri 2 delivery hui h or woh bhi normal all thanks to mam. She is such a great personality. I love u mam and i highly recommend u for best gyno.

Very disappointed with the services. Patient care is missing. Any hospital, specifically ICU should atleast have one doc at all the time, but there is no one in the night, in case of need. Even in ICU, there is no proper monitoring of the patient. No exchange of Information with the patient's family. No one explains the condition of the patient properly. The doctors come on round as and when they feel like, no process, no protocol. No dietery instruction given for the patient. The staff is untrained, unqualified, unattentive. Not sure if they are unqualified but definitely unwilling to lookafter the patient. wondering if they are capable of handling any emergency situaion, if required. The staff is asking the relative of the patient to lookafter them.. they are mostly busy on their phone, specially in the night time. The diaper was changed on 3rd day after we asked them to. No empathy, no patience in the staff members around, The ICU should be neat, clean and mosquito free, but that is not the case. The ICU is located in a basement, which should have proper ventilation, the ACs are switchted off often. This is the situation of ICU, wonder how it is like to be in a general ward. The only thing good about this place is the equipments they have.

ICU facilities are horrendous. You are better off taking care of your family at home rather than expose your family member to this kind of neglect and poor care.

Hospital is very good. Staff is good. Doctors are also very smart, capable and friendly. This review is specially for Dr Daljeet Singh. I went to see him for my mother. She was having pain in her legs while standing up and had swelling in her ankle. Mr Daljeet dint even care to examine her closely. He remained glued to his seat. He dint check for any leg movement. He dint check for the status of swelling. He dint ask any questions. I would suggest no one to visit the doctor. He remains in his own zone. He dint share any reason why there is swelling or why there is pain. He just wrote 8 tests and shut us off. Wont recommend anyone to visit Dr Daljeet

One of the worst hospital. I have taken online appointment of ENT Dr. Neeraj for 02.10.2022 of 11:00 AM for OPD but the doctor is not available. On reception they told that today this doctor is not available. Kindly visit at 4 pm second doctor will come.Then I have again visited the hospital. This time no one is available at reception. I waited for 15-20 min but no attendant present at the reception. There is no intimation over phone via SMS for online booking. If Zero star rating is available. So I give zero star rating.

Neat and clean hospital.My mother was recently admitted in hospital and earlier she suffered from pneumonia and she was suffering from jaundice just a week before.She was not able to eat anything even not able to sit.With the cooperation of staff and doctor my mother came out of that condition & now she is recovering speedily I feel thankful to honourable doctor and staff as they provided a better treatment to my mother. I also feel thankful to saksham hospital’s owner who gave a fabulous hospital to our city🙏🙏
