Like their products. Don't like their WOKE attitude.

11/20 at 7:30 AM dealt with the rudest staff member Karen. Arguing about a drink that was obviously wrong since the remake came out completely different. Reported to corporate.

Completely rude staff on 11/4 at 8am. Ordered on the app. Waited around for food item. Rudely told that they were already sold out and to go to the register for a refund. Asked if we could just have a different item as that is what every single other Starbucks does and was barked at again saying ONLY IF ITS THE SAME PRICE! The item we were going to substitute was 40 cents cheaper and let her know. She yelled at us again “YA, I KNOW, I ALREADY LOOKED IT UP.” The Starbucks in this area have to be the rudest locations I have ever experienced.

The few times I've been there the drinks I order are good. If your drink isn't good then just tell the barista to redo it. It's there job, don't stay quiet, speak up. These last two sentences are for the people that don't say anything when the drink isn't good.

Staff is entirely unhelpful and rude. It’s a bummer that they go out of their way to be unfriendly.

Absolutely love the people that work there there amazing and nice. Atmosphere it's okay I give it a four-star because it's in a grocery store.

Ordered an apple crisp macchiato but received an apple crisp shaken espresso. I don't like espresso that much. However, last time I asked the female employees to fix my order, (mind you I was very polite about it) they made a stink face as they took back the order and fixed it. I don't think it would've been a big inconvenience for them if they took the right order. It's a hit or miss here.

The young man was nice enough to make me a drink that wasn't on the menu. Very nice, great customer service. Fast but efficient!

So sad. Your sign says open 6am-7pm but you close your espresso machine down before 7pm??? Machines should be shut down when you close for the day not before so can't make drinks.

Karen is the worst. She goes out of her way to be rude to my family and purposely messes up our orders. Let the store manager know but did not receive the phone call I was promised.

Same day service practically guaranteed. Staff not so friendly, particularly the heavily tattooed older lady. No greeting or acknowledgement.

This is consistently the worst Starbucks. I throw 99% of the drinks away because they’re just disgusting and so poorly thrown together. Doesn’t matter what you order, they’ll make it gross. Staff isn’t friendly at this location and expect reply unnecessarily long wait times.

Busy place. The girls working there are very friendly. Karen greeted me & served my drink with a smile. She's my favorite barista.

Poor service. Did not trust the server to not screw with my drink. Felt like I was posing on the employee. Too many instances of Starbucks employees being rude and non professional. Will not go back. Will go to Dutch Brothers next time I need a caffeine fix. Have a great day.

Asked for cup of tall pikes. No problem, until I asked for a small side of cream. Answered with" why didn't you order that in the first place ",as she rolls her eyes rudly. They act like they are doing you a favor by taking your order. Not friendly. I will not be back. Saturday, May 29, 9:00 am shift.

If you go to this Starbucks location don’t expect very good service. Not pleased with the customer service they provided. Not going back.

I drink the Americana which takes longer to brew, but, as I have been a customer for som etime, my order is always waiting without my request. And, with a smile and happy greeting. Now, I ask you, who could want it any finer?

The ordering process was smooth and the quick! The order came out fast and delicious. But the attitude on the employee, Alex was her name, is pretty bad. She shows you how miserable she is working there and decides to project it onto the customers.
