This hotel situated in the heart of Sahuayo has an exceptional location, but it also recives all the annoying sound from the outside, starting with the whistling of the police man, adding as well the car announcement since 7 am. The rooms are clean the air conditioning works perfectly and you can have a great warm bath as well

A lot of kindness but very old mattresses

The service provided by the personnel was amazing. The rooms were kept very clean and I even left my laptop in the room without a safe. So it's very safe to say that their security was high level. The only downside I didn't like it's the noise level. I was on the second floor and I could hear all the noise in the hallways and from the lobby. The phone kept ringing nonstop and the receptionist kept screaming for the helper to answer the phone at late hours of the night. Apart from that I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Place is under remodelación, but good attention over all
