No clean bedsheet, unhygienic washroom,no hot water, no proper A/c working, no service at all just total waste of money for amounting 5k. When I asked for my refund hotel management agreed to pay via gpay still I am waiting for my refund..fooling public with false promises.

I have stayed here for 2days and I have see the cleanliness staff, place ,rooms and at cheapest price but I have give 4 star 🌟 because the door of all rooms are cracked or broken

We stayed there on Feb 14 and gave our adhaar card for id purpose...they told us to collect it on return from temple.They did not return it and on our way out we also forgot. Now despite repeated calls to Vicky and Parmesh to courier it no response.i have asked them to courier it at my expense but they are not doing it.Since yesterday they pick up my call but keep the phone away and don't say a word. So guys if you want to be cheated and harassed..then stay at hotel Sai rajaram palace. Rotten people and rotten place

Worst hotel ever ... Please do not visit and do not take any suggestions from staff for travel and transport . Staff and receptions liers. They provide fake promises . Never ever going visit to the hotel again.Even room was not cleaned. They don't even deserve 1 start.

Nice hotel specifiy room neet and cleen room

No clean room,no service,no hot water,no lift working. There charges are high.they are having chain system from hotel they have rishaw driver who leave you to prasad bandar where they cheated you to generate bill high. Must avoid....

Its the boarding point for all outstation buses from shirdi.. some shelters could hav been provided for the people waiting over there. No shops nearby, so plan your water bottles, snacks, food etc before reaching this spot.

Far from temple, also few basic facilities like towels were not available, rooms are not clean, also hotel is in interior, need to do auto if want to go temple.....

I only took a room for 1 hour just to freshen up. Initially the manager told 200 Rs then 400Rs and when I was about to leave, he agreed for 200Rs. Charging ports were not working, okayish room.

Not good experience nice from outside but rubbish from inside never listen to the people standing outside the hotel look around yourself and you will find a better deal in lower rate

I did not stay here but this hotel is a pickup point for Zing bus and there is a small snacks corner and a restaurant here so you can come a bit early and eat something then take the bus for Mumbai from here

Please bargain and do not settle for whatever price they quote. Rooms are good but wahsrooms are not as clean. They have geyser atlest unlike many other hotels there. They have 2 cute lil pugs too incase someone like to hangout with dogs.

It is too far from Shirdi Sai temple and the prices are the same as any hotel near shirdi sai temple.

Rooms was okaish. Best option for the freshup and very close to the Baba temple.

The owner of the hotel was soo rude firstly we were not ready to take the room but they insteaded us to take and gave untidy room then we asked them changed room and the rooms were very bad and all over the rooms they were hairs and later they dropped us near temple but asked us to purchase from their linked shop we didn't do they didn't pick us and when we came back through our own transport rickshaw they started shouting on us that black man who sits in reception waste fellow used bad words and I have a video proof and we were only ladies and it's washrooms are like public washroom no flush no cleaniness so request you to avoid taking this hotel stay instead go to holiday park hotel as they helped us alot as we were misrouted. Maharastra govt is wrost and the places in Maharashtra is so untidy. Think twice before u use this hotel

Worst experience. We got stuck in this hotel because of the staff who begged us to stay here. The rooms, bedsheets and blankets were very dirty and unhygienic. The staff also is very impatient.

Ok ok kind of place if just want stay for one do darshan and go one day stay. No complimentary food, breakfast, dinner etc. It is all on your own expenses.

The location is nice meaning you can get buses and autos from here. But the cleanliness in the hotel is very bad. There were hair on the beds. The washrooms weren't working properly. The only reason we went was because the bus driver stopped exactly in front of the hotel at 3 in the morning. If I had any other choice, I'd never choose this hotel. Absolutely not recommended.

Rooms were not clean.. Light and fan not working.. Bathroom and toilet both were attached so only one person can go at a time.. Bad experience and very expensive

Yes it was good they arranged auto to the mandir rooms are clean and the bus stop is at the door step. Om sai.........

Good hotels...they charge 400for freshup and 1200 for full day stay for a couple room.. quality of room is good..bus service available from door steps...only negative is bit far from mandir.. Rickshaw are available...

Good service although I have not booked a room there. But their hospitality was very good as I waited in their waiting room for 1.5 hrs for my bus.
