I went 8 to 10 for a clean up, after the clean up after about an hour of clean up my upperlips got burned and turned black by harsh chemicals which they used. Later, on recommendation of a friend who seemed to be quite happy about the hair care services of the salon I went their for hair spa, the guy who is known as a specialist in their promised me that my hair fall will reduce after 5 sitting of hair spa's. The effect of hair spa always remained for 3 days, not even a single hair fell, but from 4th day hair fall doubled, I took 3 sittings and left two even after paying for them. After, a month or s the girl who recommended me to take hair spa also noticed similar pattern, but luckily her's didnt go that bad. Wont go back again and wont even recommend to anyone.

If there is an negative marKing I'll give them negative 5 they misconvey customer and blame back to them for their bad works no response no timing maintainability just doing work as for money not as profession and value they make my hair useless and too bad condition while I'm going there for smoothening they make it roughly

The level of service and professionalism demonstrated during my recent visit was appalling. First and foremost, the salon exhibited zero time management skills. Despite having a scheduled appointment for a simple haircut, I found myself waiting for an excruciatingly long hour before any attention was given. This blatant disregard for customers' time is unacceptable. Furthermore, the staff displayed an exceptionally rude attitude, making the overall experience thoroughly unpleasant. Their behavior was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful, leaving me utterly disappointed. To add to the disappointment, it became evident that the salon staff lacked the necessary skills to perform their work effectively. The haircut I received was subpar, highlighting a clear lack of expertise on their part. Regrettably, my hard-earned money was wasted on a service that fell far below the basic standards one would expect from a salon. I feel compelled to share this experience to caution others from making the same mistake.
