This hotel is an absolute disaster. Never choose offline payment as they will tack on additional bar charges without your consent. The staff is the worst I've encountered - unhelpful, rude, and engaging in fraudulent practices. When I contacted customer care, they simply shrugged off my concerns by claiming the manager had left. I tried to cancel my booking due to price changes, but they checked me in against my wishes, leaving me unable to cancel or stay. Save yourself the trouble and find a different hotel that values its guests.

Worst Oyo hotel I have ever seen, guys don't book this hotel ever. Staff is very annoying they kept talking loudly even in the night. when i asked them to talk slowly one of the guy started arguing with me. Rooms were third class and dirty. Staff is very less mannerd and they will charge you higher then Oyo site price, Must avoid going there otherwise you will definitely regret, even Dharmashala(temple rooms) are better then this hotel. Fun fact-They have taken my friends phone during checkin and gave themselves 5star rating so all these 5 star are by themselves even though their rating is so low.

So many Bedbugs (खटमल) on the bet. My back,legs and neck so much heart. Manager is very rude to behave. They charge for AC room but every 10 min they switched off and said electricity problem but all the rooms working fine because they give for couple for short time.
