Beware don't go in this hotel. Abusive, unprofessional staff. Not safe at all, never visit this hotel. Dirty rooms. Hidden charges in the name of pending amount. No help from Oyo customer support. No water in bathroom. TV not working. Bad smell in the room. I don't know how Oyo has listed this hotel.

They told me oyo boking is not matter what amount oyo charge, Hotel charge is different from oyo. If you pay at oyo app that is only room boking amount not the stay Amount, then they charge extra amount 1000 rup. After that i call to oyo customer care but no response.

Worst hotel, it’s worst than a gutter! Don’t go please.. it’s fraud!! They take help of OYO to get bookings and take triple amount when you reach hotel… no locks to doors, no lights in toilets.. see images, it’s worst than public toilets & general train toilets.

Premium Suites is one of the best hotels to stay in the area if you are looking at both the facility as well as the price of the place. My room was clean and spacious with all the basic amenities like a LED, clean bedding, AC, etc in completely fine condition. The wooden finish, the smartly positioned lights, and the wallpaper of the room changed the overall look and feel of the hotel room for the better.

I NEVER WENT TO ANY OYO. I do not even live in India. Some one has used my name and email to do the booking.

They are not providing room on the booking price if you are not agree with their prices so this property will cancel your booking

Staff is not co-operative. I have paid twice the amount of my Oyo booking
