Horrible
place
to
live.
It
looks
nice
on
the
outside,
however
the
tenants
are
very
racist.
If
you
are
of
African
descent
don't
bother
living
there.
There
is
a
huge
problem
with
giant
African
snails
as
they
have
invaded
the
property.
Also
the
surrounding
area
isn't
too
nice.
And
keep
in
mind
you
will
be
trapped
indoors
by
flood
if
it
rains.
The
area
has
a
huge
problem
with
flooding.
I
am
still
living
here
but
I
do
plan
on
moving
out.
The
neighbours
make
it
a
terrible
place
to
live
as
you
really
have
no
privacy.
Don't
get
fooled
and
don't
waste
your
money.
Those
who
rent
here
don't
stay
for
long.
This
is
why
so
many
units
are
for
sale.
And
trust
me
you
will
have
some
leaking
water
through
your
walls
eventually.
There
are
some
families
who
bought
units
and
give
lots
of
problems
to
the
neighbours.
Please
save
your
money
and
go
elsewhere.
There
are
also
lots
of
robberies
in
the
surrounding
area.
