This kinda service seems unacceptable. I visit fast food establishments so infrequently that my perceptions of "good service" may be slightly skewed, but this is disgusting. I was already on the fence about McDonald's in general, but this sealed the deal for me and I will never be eating at one again.

Absolutely disgusting. I will not only not go back to this McDonald's, but will never go to one again! What should have been a quick easy meal between appointments turned into a nightmare. The wait time was long, at least 15 minutes just to order. Finally got the "food" took one bite of my chicken sandwich and Almost threw up. It was hard and chewy and there was something like a blob of rubber in the middle. I went up to tell them and another customer was there with the same complaint. I was partially refunded for the sandwhich only with a few quarters and a couple of dimes. I threw the whole meal out and my daughter's because I just didn't trust it. I even threw her toy away which was a submarine and seemed strange after the recent tragic submarine event. The restaurant was also dirty with strange graffiti design on the walls. Never again!

This place has HORRIBLE service. Do better with your service. There is no reason a customer should wait as long as I have had to, in your lines. This has happened on multiple occasions. Today is the stay that broke the camels back. I am done with this location. I drove out of my way to the 207 location and had my food before finishing this review. Smh. I started it it line with 2 cars in front of me.

We came on 3/26/23 at 8:30am. We ordered and wanted to eat inside before we hit the road. Well we changed our mind and ate in the truck. I went 3 times looking for a place to sit that was clean. I could not find a spot. The tables had food crumbs and some were sticky. The seats had food crumbs and looked like it had either coke or coffee spilled on them. The floor was so tacky that you could see your foot print everywhere you walked. The lamp shades were very dusty. This place needs help.

The manager was a complete totall which. Nobody was taking care of the inside customers. I stood there second customer in line for about 10. She kept looking my direction but would not send anyone to take care of us. When I gave her a dirty look that only made her reaction worse. So I spoke up and said is anyone around here going to help us?? At that point someone that had already been taken care of in the lobby came up to get something. She directly pointed at the entire crew and said nobody go up front I will. She took care of the customer and went back to the back. Finally some poor innocent worker came out and took my order and I did apologize to her for making a scene that that normally is not need. The worker proceeded to tell me no need to apologize that's just the way she is. These people want $15 an hour, I get it as being the employee but to have to put up with a manager like that. I would not work there either. And I will never go back to that store again. The worst part about it is I had a tag on my shirt from the hospital visitors because my mother was in the cardiovascular unit and I was in very much of a hurry. 😡😢

I grab breakfast here once or twice a week. Breakfast is pretty decent. This location has the best quality food of any McDonalds in our area. Lunch and dinner's just not worth it any more. $3.99 for a large fry? And they only filled the box 2/3 of the way? Nope. I'll go to some of the competitors in the area.

It's McDonalds....what more can I say. Good for a quick bite that's easy on the wallet and yummy in the tummy. This location is far better than the others in St. Augustine. Fast, friendly and fresh food.

Unbelievable service at this location. One staff member on personal call while packing orders talking about inappropriate sexual activity. Yells at customers when he was asked why it was taking so long. No one in uniform ,half my order was missing and took 32 min to make 3 quarter pounders. Fries served cold. Manager was apologetic but absolutely worst McDonald's. No one cares.

The store is super busy in the drive thru so I went inside. Had to use the bathroom and the associates were really busy so it took a little while to get someone to open the bathroom door (the signs that they're locked) which wasn't true so I wish the had an extra sign or something because I stood there wait for a few minutes for help. Food was good fries & nuggets were fresh.

This used to be the place we took our kids to all of the time. The food has been served to us cold dried out and just disgusting. The prices have gone way up for terrible food. Hardees is much cleaner and the food is always fresh...too much competition to serve bad food to your customers.

Dawg I been going here for a while because it’s the only fast food on the island and I expect “fast food” from a fast food place. But instead I wait like 15 minutes for my food and they’re always rude. I wish Wendys was still in business.

Is there a no star option?? The worst McDonald's in the world!!! Not one thing right on the order.. Coffee is so weak.. looks like tea. Never again will I go back here!

I ordered iced sugar free vanilla coffee and and told manager this iced coffee doesn’t taste right and he sent guy who made it and the manager then got attitude toward me and he made another one and it was the worst awful taste I have ever tasted. Not going back to this McDonald’s due to mgr and employee attitude. What’s more the egg McMuffin was worse one, it had black charred around it and taste awful. I have emailed to corporation several times regarding issue with iced coffee that every stores are not same taste and they need better systems but never happened so they are losing several customers of mine.

Went to the drive-through and was told they were short-staffed and it will be a few minutes before they took my order. Waited about 5 minutes before they came on and took my order. The car in front of me probably waited around 5 minutes and impatiently left before ordering. So I waited close to 10 minutes to place an order. St least the food was fresh. That was the only reason I'm giving this 3 stars instead of one.

This has got to be the absolute worst location. Every time I ask for a mcflurry, the ice cream machine is down. I'm pretty much done ever going to McDonald's ever again. Has to be the worst fast food company at this point. Also, they should fire the owner of this location since he/she is fine with people waiting in line and then being told the ice cream machine is down, over, and over, again

Things were clean and the food works good, but the signs on the wall so I had 30 minutes to eat and get out, they limit you to two refills on soda, they do not have water available except to purchase a water, and the restrooms are locked so you need to get a key. I assume that they have an issue with transients. Just hanging out. They have a Coke machine.

This mcdonalds is hanging on only because of Ryan at the drive through window. He is always efficient, gets the order correct, and even smiles at customers. Please give him a raise.

We visited to get a few drinks at about 10 am. The drive thru was long, so we went inside. We walked in and waited to order but no human came up so we had to order on the kiosks (which I dispise). Then it took 20 min just to get fountain drinks that were poured by a robot. We were disappointed in the service.

Wow!!! The rudest people I've ever encountered. There was no one taking drive thru orders . No one taking the money.. so I drove up and 2 employees yelled at me! They took my order there but was so angry at me.. then, put water in my ice coffee.. and it looked like the biscuits were burnt on purpose. I wrote corporate & went to the other McDonald's by epic theater & they were nice and made everything over again. I would NOT go to this location. Drive by epic theater in St.aug. it's not far at all.
