    The General Manager of this location is extremely disrespectful and not a good representation of the brand. I have always sent my employees when placing an order for our lunch to pick it up. On 8/1/2023 we placed an order and sent an employee to pick it up. The store was very busy, they stated they didn’t receive our order when we have a email confirmation. When I called to see what I could do to receive our order, in the background I could hear the female manager yelling at her poor employees. In front of my employee trying to pick up our meals and mind you I’m on the phone and can hear all this she snatched the phone from the girl I was talking to and was very irritated that I was calling. While checking the order confirmation to give her she hung up on me and ignored my employee who was standing in the store. I use to work at this location years ago and who ever the owner is now needs to know it never used to be ran like this, it was so much better. You can tell the Manager is unhappy in her position. If that’s the case maybe she should find something different after all no one forced her to apply for this job. Also from Manager to Manager don’t treat your employees like that, talk to them like they’re human beings. If I was the owner of this franchise location I’d be embarrassed and looking to find better leadership so that maybe the turn over isn’t as bad.

    Honestly the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Have been there multiple times and it hasn't gotten any better. Just sat in the drive thru for 8 minutes before I decided to leave. One car was ahead of me and as I left because I was starving I find out there was no other car in the drive thru other than the one still waiting to place their order! That McDonald's needs someone to turn it around or shut it down because it's honestly pathetic and makes the McDonald's franchise look horrible.

    The restroom situation hasn't changed, but the service is top notch (compared to other mcds). The food is better for breakfast, and better music, I went back to the 80s and 90s. I did enjoy my breakfast today ☺️ Thank you Md. . This was my original comment: "One toilet per restroom. I don't know what were they thinking".

    Extremely slow service considering we were the only customers inside the store. Then the fun began. Crazy woman came in. Broke some ornaments and attacked an employee. Cops came. With so much gun violence these days, we were afraid we might be next. Now I know why I don’t frequent fast food joints

    Everything was good. The food is good, considering it with McDonald's. The service was great and we gave them our coupon after we already ordered it and they didn't say anything negative. They just took it, and everything was perfect. They didn't forget anything. The atmosphere is good, but the line was really long and slow for McDonald's.

    Ordered 2 big Mac meals with 2 unsweetened tea & lemonade. First the drinks were tasteless so I ask for them to be remade only to be told that I had to wait. Then, I was told that they didn't have lemonade so I ask for unsweetened tea which I received with no ice. Then the French fries were undercooked & very salty. Sad display for McDonald's. I do contract work for McDonald's in the Chicagoland area & never have this problem. Tighten up this place.

    The atmosphere I think is nice because it offers outdoor seating as well as indoor. You are so close to the beach that when eating outside you feel like you are in that beachy atmosphere. This makes the meal and time spent at the restaurant so much more enjoyable. My kids love sitting outside and eating their happy meals. We end up staying longer than at any other McDonald's. The staff are really sweet and happy to help.

    Got my order wrong twice, out of napkins. Customer service was seriously lacking. Quick to point the finger at the cashier. The only one who was tje only one that did her job correctly 😳

    Waited over 15 mins at the counter for the lady to tell me to order on the kiosk and it took over 30 mins for us to get my food or drinks. This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

    I think everyone at this location has left their minds on break but the bodies returned. They are never in a hurry if they moved any slower they would be walking backwards. They like many other McDonald's can only handle one car at a time. That means when they take your order you go you pay when you go to the next window and get your food. That in itself takes forever but in the meantime they will not take another order until you have left the drive-thru. They process one vehicle and one order at a time. Meanwhile there is a line that is blocking traffic because this location is so slow again so are so many others. And each time I look in the store they're about 20 people working. They don't actually take your order any more you have to order from the kiosk so what are they doing?? I'll tell you what doing . They're having conversations about everything but work and apparently none of them can work and talk at the same time so they're standing around talking about nonsense when there are literally 20 vehicles in the Drive-Thru line.

    Placed a mobile order for lobby pickup at 9:15pm. I do this so that I don't have to wait in the drive thru line or risk any miss communication. All information on the door suggest the lobby is open till 10pm. App suggest 10:30. Doors were locked. All employees inside ignored me - despite my bag of food siting on the pickup counter. Completely ridiculous level of service. The app should NOT allow a lobby pickup order to be placed. The hours on the door and app should also not reflect a later time, if they're going to lock the doors. People with hearing or speech disabilities also rely on mobile pickup ordering as a way to minimize any kind of miss communication or mistakes with a drive thru.

    I know, it's McDonald's But i am sure by their own standards it was not what they are trained to do. The food was below par for even McDonals. Not clean and not friendly. The food was cold and had no condiments on it. The bun was soggy, and I had no idea what that was about. It was packed and could not be any slower.

    I waited five minutes at least while 3 employees walked by me and said nothing. 2 of the employees were playing around with cell phones instead of taking my order. I let the cashier know I was dining in and they bagged my order and called my number. I waited then for item wasn missing out of my order while employee walked by again. Finally the lady that took my order got my coffee and put my food on a tray and brought it to me. VERY poor customer service!

    Went through the drive thru for a quarter pounder and some nuggets near to closing. They didn't have any meat ready to make a new quarter pounder, so they gave me an already-made double quarter pounder for the same price. Friendly, good service, and totally understandable change given the hour.

    Sitting in the drive-through window with nobody there, I overhead a conversation between a handful of workers that reminded me of frat boy talk. Very unprofessional. After getting my order I went inside to order more items but nobody greeted me or acknowledged my presence. Five or six workers walked in front of me behind the counter without saying a word or even looking my way. I ended up ordering from the screen and received my order 10 minutes later.

    The day I went in the manager was too busy yelling at an employee instead of helping a new Trainee McDonald's is no longer reliable most of the time you don't get the food the way you want what happened in the flavor? I am a consumer. I will no longer take this kind of service and food quality. On my mother's ashes. I will never go to McDonald's again.

    Worst McDonalds ever! Sat at the speaker waiting to be greeted. After a little bit I spoke and asked if open only to be told that I could go ahead. Go ahead and what? Order? While waiting the workers were goofing off and throwing things at each other. Then while the guy was putting our food in the bag, the whole bag fell over and emptied all over the floor. He picked it up and walked it out of sight. Not sure if we got new food or the same. The fries weren’t even done, they were more white in color and the burgers barely had any toppings on it. So disappointing!!!

    I got curbside delivery in less than 5 minutes. I used the mobile app and drove right past a long drive thru line. I think it is outstanding and I use it often.

    Great food I've tried all almost all of the items on the menu this time I gotta make flurry oreo mcflurry it was really good we got ice cream as well It was great service all the food that I've always tried was great I do recommend getting food they have breakfast luncheon dinner as you probably know but it is very good mostly fresh only had one time where it wasn't fresh but it was a slow day during covid 19 all people are kind they are hiring as if 2023 starting January and such nice service I called ahead to see if their ice cream was working and they said yes very polite about it and was a great service the only bad part was it was a little dirty but that's fine it can be cleaned
