The
General
Manager
of
this
location
is
extremely
disrespectful
and
not
a
good
representation
of
the
brand.
I
have
always
sent
my
employees
when
placing
an
order
for
our
lunch
to
pick
it
up.
On
8/1/2023
we
placed
an
order
and
sent
an
employee
to
pick
it
up.
The
store
was
very
busy,
they
stated
they
didn’t
receive
our
order
when
we
have
a
email
confirmation.
When
I
called
to
see
what
I
could
do
to
receive
our
order,
in
the
background
I
could
hear
the
female
manager
yelling
at
her
poor
employees.
In
front
of
my
employee
trying
to
pick
up
our
meals
and
mind
you
I’m
on
the
phone
and
can
hear
all
this
she
snatched
the
phone
from
the
girl
I
was
talking
to
and
was
very
irritated
that
I
was
calling.
While
checking
the
order
confirmation
to
give
her
she
hung
up
on
me
and
ignored
my
employee
who
was
standing
in
the
store.
I
use
to
work
at
this
location
years
ago
and
who
ever
the
owner
is
now
needs
to
know
it
never
used
to
be
ran
like
this,
it
was
so
much
better.
You
can
tell
the
Manager
is
unhappy
in
her
position.
If
that’s
the
case
maybe
she
should
find
something
different
after
all
no
one
forced
her
to
apply
for
this
job.
Also
from
Manager
to
Manager
don’t
treat
your
employees
like
that,
talk
to
them
like
they’re
human
beings.
If
I
was
the
owner
of
this
franchise
location
I’d
be
embarrassed
and
looking
to
find
better
leadership
so
that
maybe
the
turn
over
isn’t
as
bad.
