We
almost
didn't
come
here
because
of
the
line
of
cars
to
just
get
to
the
valet.
We
turned
around
once
and
then
decided
to
go
back
anyway
and
just
wait
it
out.
I'm
so
glad
we
did!
The
line
wasn't
as
bad
as
it
looked,
and
honestly,
this
place
understands
how
to
make
a
wait
feel
like
a
good
time.
Once
you
get
through
the
valet,
they
take
your
name
and
encourage
you
to
wait
on
the
dock
where
you
can
enjoy
drinks
and
appetizers...
or
just
the
incredible
view.
This
place
is
as
advertised
("On
the
Water").
The
waiting
dock
is
plenty
spacious,
with
seating
and
a
small
ledge
all
the
way
around
to
set
your
drinks
and
app
plates
without
having
to
hold
it
or
keep
it
on
your
lap.
The
service,
both
on
the
dock
and
at
the
table,
was
great.
The
food
was
delicious
as
well.
We
opted
to
wait
longer
for
a
waterside
table
(instead
of
first
available),
and
I'm
so
glad
we
did.
Although
the
views
from
anywhere
in
the
restaurant
would
have
likely
come
with
some
sort
of
a
view
since
it's
almost
completely
open
air,
there
was
no
beating
an
unobstructed
view
from
the
water's
edge.
For
dinner,
we
enjoyed
everything
we
ordered,
but
I
will
say
the
ribeye
my
husband
ordered
was
probably
the
best
steak
either
of
us
have
ever
had.
He
hasn't
stopped
talking
about
it,
and
it's
been
2
days
since
we
were
there.
The
2
bites
he
was
willing
to
share
with
me
were
so
full
of
beef
flavor
and
melt
in
your
mouth
goodness,
without
any
unnecessary
extras.
It
was
perfection.
The
whole
experience
ran
us
about
$300,
with
tips,
for
4
people
(that's
including
dockside
service
and
table
service).
However,
that
price
was
by
choice,
as
we
went
all
out
for
Father's
Day
with
drinks,
an
app,
dessert,
and
entrees...
you
could
certainly
eat
here
for
less.
Just
note,
they
don't
take
reservations,
so
plan
to
wait,
but
also
plan
to
not
care;
it's
totally
worth
it!
I
would
highly
recommend
Cap's
On
the
Water
and
hope
to
make
it
back
soon!
