    Over the past month I tried getting a table 3 times to no avail (excessive wait times) but the 4th time was the charm and it was worth it! Destiny was my server and she was great! I got the Roasted Garlic Butter Bairdi Crab Leg dinner and a couple awesome Margaritas. It certainly wasn't cheap (total including tax & tip was $75) but was well worth it for a special occasion dinner! See you next time!

    We had visited in January for our daughters birthday which was a poor experience. In the end we hoped it was an isolated incident. Tonight for my husbands birthday the kids wanted to return but my husband was most excited about the endless shrimp…new flavors!! We arrived shortly after 6:30pm and when greeted by the host were told it would be “20-30 minute wait”. This seemed strange as even from the front entrance it was visibly NOT a full restaurant. Nonetheless we chose to wait. As we waited we watched 2 male hosts busy themselves with useless tasks as the restaurant literally sat empty. After one brief argument over the minuscule 11-6 happy hour written on the chalkboard between the “manager” and exiting older party our table was called. I was secretly wishing the dining/service experience was going to validate the bumpy beginning. When our server arrived, she shared they were waiting for the truck to come in so because of that they were out of “almost everything”. This meant no new flavors of shrimp nor could my husband get his preferred beer. Happy Birthday? To make a looong and painful service less uncomfortable for the reader, WORST RED LOBSTER EVER!!! Seriously you are better off going somewhere else…anywhere else!! I’ll leave a couple of photos to highlight the food quality and business level. Not shown are the numerous employees all seemingly too busy to clean or expedite food to the handful of seated tables. What started out as a celebration ended with us canceling my husbands only scampi refill (so much for endless shrimp) to leave ASAP. Whomever turned the exterior logo sign off has the right idea. Shut the doors and close down…unless the health department does it first.

    From the beginning I knew I would be a bad experience. We were not greeted by any of the 3-4 associates gathered around entrance podium. Once we were acknowledged we were told it would be a 25 minute wait but I could see 4 empty tables.Once wait was up we were seated me and my party saw it was more than 15 empty tables.Drinks were very slow to come and our entrees took more than an hour and a half to come out of kitchen.Very bad experience but them biscuits was bussin!!!!!

    Got a gift card, haven't been in 6yrs. And it hasn't changed a bit . Our server was overworked but nice. The meal was underwhelming. How this place exists, with all the other Amazing seafood choices in Saint Augustine, I'll never know.

    Unforgettable experience ever.First of all the staff was very pleasant, secondly when our food came I just make a joke with server that the lobster tail is too small lolz! She asked me if a need another one but I say no. After few minutes a gentleman I believe was the manager or the head chef came to me asking about my concern. I told him I was joking about the lobster tail being too small . Guess what after few minutes they brought me an other lobster 🦞 tail and never changed me for that. I will not forget this experience.

    My first time at this location in st Augustine FL. I'm always getting the endless shrimps. I'm loving the new tequila lime shrimps Everybody was Soo nice my waitress. Amelia was wonderful. She was working hard making sure everyone got what they ordered. Thank you Soo much. . The manager was on duty handling alot of task. Thank Soo much.

    My wife and I went in on Christmas Eve. It was my first time in quite some time. It's tough to eat somewhere like Red Lobster when we have so much great local seafood choices in St. Augustine. I will say this; they didn't disappoint at all. The prices have increased over the last few years, but the quality of the meal and the quality of the service definitely were worth it. The food was hot and fresh. The serving sizes were big, and the service was excellent. Seriously, the only thing that could have been better about our evening was if it was free. Definitely a memorable dining experience; my wife and I will be returning soon!

    I placed a curbside pickup order. Text message says to send text here on arrival. Food should be ready at 5:24 so 5:25 message comes back and gave me a message to turn on blinkers Food be right out. 5:45 I text back spot 1 thinking maybe that would help as nobody came out! 5 minutes Later I call and ask about my order. Lady says yeah we have a curb order. So I asked after she told me it's been sitting there for 20 minutes. So I'm like nobody looked at the curbside texts that said I'm here? She said apparently not but I'll put in the side of your truck. So I was lucky to pay $100 for cold lobster,shrimp,and steak. I've never been more disappointed in a restaurant service than this other than another time in Colorado year's ago. This was suppose to be my mom's birthday dinner and I bring her cold food that sat for 20 minutes and I probably should have just went in to grab myself but 3 cars in parking lot and I just wanted to give her a nice dinner instead I ended up putting stuff back in oven to try and give a 68 year old woman who works 70 hours a week a delicious dinner. Guess I'll try to give her a quality dinner tomorrow 😪

    Saturday night visit for a birthday party dinner. Not crowded at all but they were also short on servers (only 1 that night with a manager assisting) so it took over 30 min to take an order and almost another 40 min before order came out. My chicken was overcooked so wasn't happy about that. Broccoli and salad were good. Cousins crabs she said were nasty. Cant go wrong with the biscuits though 🙂 But it would not be my 1st choice if ever in the area again.

    I'm sorry to say that somehow the management here seems to be unaware there are customers who prefer timely service and complete meals. I have been here 4 times and only enjoyed the first visit. The last 3 were less than desirable. On 1 visit, we called and requested a reservation, we were informed that reservations weren't accepted, but they did have a list of some kind. We requested a party of 4 at 6. We arrived at 5:50 and gave our name for the list. We were told at 5:50 that our name ws already removed, and it would be a 40 min wait. Gave them one more chance after that, because we left that night.

    Kevin, our server is always attentive and very personable. He goes above and beyond to make sure our dining experience is always enjoyable and the best it can be. It’s not just our table. He consistently provides excellent service to other table as well. Kevin is always recommended and when you have him as a server you can be sure your dining experience will be exceptional. Sasha, manager, is always friendly as well and makes sure that restaurant is running smoothly and efficiently as possible.. She is always thinking ahead to make sure food, supplies, etc are stocked and readily available so customers do not have to wait. Kevin and Sasha are both extraordinary.

    Lobsters were very tiny & cold. Never order the Brussels sprouts. They were horrible. Don't know what they did to them but they were awful. Had to wait an hour & they told us 30 minutes. We're done with Red Lobster! The worst restaurant we've been in, in a long time.

    Went here today for lunch. Decided to try their steak and lobster with shrimp deal and a double order of Orzo rice. My daughter wanted the grilled shrimp with orange wedges and my friend had the chicken pasta. Food took a bit to get to us. When I got it, my daughter's order had popcorn shrimp instead of grilled shrimp, so we had to get that remade for her. My shrimp were coated with what I was told butter, but the coating was so thick, I had to wipe it on my napkin. When I cut into the steak, I noticed it wasn't rare either, it was Well. They remade it. But it was medium. I was too hungry at that point to care. The lobster was also bland. I had a better lobster tail at outback steakhouse last night. And that's a steak restaurant. I know I shouldn't order steak at a seafood restaurant, but if you offer surf n turf, please know how to cook it. Probably will be keeping Red Lobster off the menu, especially since we were informed so much stuff was premade.

    I had an amazing experience with Sasha Soto as my waitress, but found out she’s also the GM! She was so helpful, down to earth, and attentive to my needs. Superb service overall and my food came out fresh and just how I like it… I know it may not be everyday that the GM takes care of you and serves as your waitress, but today was top notch! So glad I met her and we had a great chat to end it all off! What a way to LEAD by example! Great service from great people still exist… Thank you!

    We had a gift card and decided that we just wanted to order a lemon cake and a dozen cheddar bay biscuits for takeout. The biscuits were good as usual, and the lemon cake was very soft and moist and good but small for a $7.99 restaurant cake. It should have been large enough to share but this one was not. The bartender was friendly, and service was good except it took too long to ring up our bill and pay for it.

    11/11/22 had dinner @ 3:30pm & utilized Veterans appreciation free shrimp dinner. Very busy with lots of vets/military but got seated quickly at the bar until our table was ready. Bartender Breanna was our server as well and took excellent care of us! The manager as well as cook checked with us to be sure everything was to our satisfaction which it was. We are in the rewards program because sometimes we just need a quick bite at the full bar (happy hour) after running errands since this location is convenient for us. Handicap accessible from the parking lot to tables and restrooms which we appreciate.

    Waiter was excellent. Checked on us often, very nice, did a good job of getting order right. The chef even came by to check on food which never happens so that was refreshing. My pasta had a lot of oil but was delicious. Everyone loved their meals. There were 4 of us.

    Good food but very poor service. It looks like they are seriously understaffed, probably in the kitchen. When we arrived the front lobby was completely full of people waiting for a table, with many people standing. The wait was an ok 45 minutes. However, when we got our table, we noticed that at least 75% of the tables were empty. They probably can’t handle a full dining room. After being seated, we waited 15 minutes for a server. Eventually I had to go back out to the lobby to ask for a server. After dinner (which was very good) we waited another 15 minutes for our check which we got by flagging someone down. It then took a lot of effort with the manager to get our receipt. Two hours at the restaurant with just 30 minutes being spent eating dinner. With all the good seafood restaurants in St. Augustine,I don’t need the hassle of this place.

    Had a wonderful waitress names Mandy. She recommended the lobster mash potatoes, omg she was so spot on !! Best potatoes I have ever had!! She kept bringing us bread and asking if everything was okay She was so nice and sweet I really enjoyed eating there She made me feel like I had a vacation from work and went on a mini cruise. We ordered 2lbs of crab legs and the chicken Alfredo wine and beer and salads everything was cooked to perfection and we really enjoyed our dinner. Thank you Mandy for making our night extra special. We will definitely be back to the Red Lobster in Saint Augustine

    The waitress was great. The appetizers were really good. We had 4 different appetizers instead of a regular dinner. The restaurant didn't smell clean, it was a smell that comes from just basic wiping down tables instead of a deep cleaning ever once in awhile.

    Tried to order pick up on line. Was directed to postmates. Ended up paying a service fee. Got a notice my order was ready. Was told by associate, it was ready except for the biscuits WHICH MEANT IT WAS NOT READY, I have had issues with other pick up orders. I removed Red Lobster app from my phone. Will not visit again, associates are rude,

    We had a party of 6. My coconut shrimp was fried too much to be edible, trash. 2 steak dinners we're well over cooked to again be edible, trash. 3 dinners came out perfect. The fry portions were way off. You could count the fries on the adult dinners on 2 hands, where the child portion was huge. Go figure. One dinner was comped, but we won't be returning in the near future.
