The food and service was outstanding. The kitchen got it right and our server was running around like a pro, keeping up with her tables. Tip these girls well.

makes me wait to be sat even when the restaurant is competing empty. Not impressed by the food. Service is good. Went again 12/27-22 not super busy but they made it seem like it was a 300 dinner night. On wait for no reason waitress seemed flustered did not prebus well. Longhorn is way better

For an ordinary day Kristina and the easy going atmosphere made it memorable. I have eaten at every steak house in every city I’ve been to and this is the BEST experience of all! Kristina was great and my picky ordering she was still friendly and unwavering in her sunny disposition. All of the special attention was spot on.

Kristina was AMAZING!! Always checking on us and making sure everything was perfect. She made wonderful recommendations. We will DEFINITELY come back because of Kristina’s amazing service. I worked in food service almost a decade and she is someone who embodies top tier guest service!

Kristina was our server. She’s friendly, efficient and got everything right, smiling the whole time. Baked potato soup was yummy. Love the lunch specials!

Went to Outback for a late evening snack with friends and had the best time with our server Jordan! Great service, great food, and great margaritas!! Oh and Michael was very nice he cleared our plates so fast! Definitely a great place to eat 10/10 would eat there again! Make sure to ask for Jordan if you want good service and a good time!

A couple buddies and I got together at Outback the other day and it was beyond amazing. The food was amazing as always. My steak was cooked to perfection, and the mac and cheese was on point. Our server, Jordan, was amazing. She was very attentive, friendly and sweet. She greeted us very quick and got our drinks within a couple minutes. Best part was I never had to ask for a refill. She was on top of everything. If you want a great dining experience I highly recommend you ask for Jordan on your next visit.

We ate here and absolutely LOVED it! One of the best outback’s I’ve been to! We dined with Stephanie and she was very knowledgeable about our questions with the menu, she greeted us quickly and our drink were out in less than 2 minutes!! She even helped my elderly mother into the restroom, which was hard for her to find. Stephanie should own this Outback! We will be weekly returning customers but only for Stephanie!

I took my daughter out for lunch because we had a gift card from a friend. I have not been to an outback for about 7 years. I thought this one was really nice! It doesn't have the creepy pink lights that renders the eyes useless by determining the level of cook on one's steak.. The server, Logan was excellent. He recommended the prime rib, so I got it and I was very happy. The sides were good except the asparagus was a little bit tough because they didn't snap it off right. Other than that it was great.

I give up on this location. Past 9 years there's ALWAYS something wrong and usually over cooking my steak and is extremely tough. Yesterday I ordered Uber eats for a steak and ribs and I'm staying in a hotel with an injured foot. They didn't give me my butter and sour cream and I asked for extra. They didn't give me a fork nor napkins and my baked potato was unsalted. So I had to walk to a gas station to get a damn fork etc with an injured foot. The mixed veggies were inedible because has this WEIRD taste to it , and the ribs are a waste of money. It's not that flavorful. And the steak was more rare than a medium rare I ordered. I give up

Jessica is an excellent server - Friendly and attentive. Love the steamed Crab Legs & Steak special! My only request is that you get some tiny forks to help get all the meat out!

I was entertaining A young couple that are planning to get married shortly. There was some special needs for food. The does waitresses and servers were top notch. The food was wonderful. There was a price tag to go with wonderful food and top service, but was worth every nickel and more. The store is clean as well as the restrooms. There is also more than adequate parking even on the day we went which was immediately after church, one of the most crowded times of these week.

Logan is a wonderful server at outback!!!! He remembers us not only when we walk through the door but before we sit down he will know what we want to drink or eat too!! He is very dedicated to his job and the Outback Company! I Highly recommend him! He makes our dining experience very pleasurable.. one of the many reasons we go back there, him and the great food!!

Food was not cooked to order. It was cold, and when I sent it back, it came back cold. I had Shrimp On The Barbie Entree. I asked that the shrimp to be well done. It was not. My daughter had a steak that she wanted med. well, and it was well done and very dry. My husband's shrimp was also cold. It was not a good experience.

This was a one of a kind late arrival experience. At 8:55 I came pretty late for my 1 person dinner. Almost hard to pass the Hello-Lady. I picked an easy one to make it fast. And this one was what I got: You could tell about the frozen shrimps still in the same shape they ended up in the freezer. So on my plate. The steak both sides super hot cooked, dark brown and dry. The broccoli hard and raw. The overall message: Don’t come here after 5pm! Horrible.

Ate dinner last night at this outback. Food and drinks were good. Love the chicken on the barbie with extra seasonings. I guess server was overworked or having issues with her system. They had to put the order twice and only notice after others food was coming out. But overall good dinner

Thanks to Leah and Logan the bartenders we had this evening, for making the experience exceptional. I manage at an Outback Steakhouse in Homestead down in south Florida, and tonight’s ribeyes and smoked ol fashioneds were rare and divine! Just wanted to leave some Aussie love for my st Augustine cousins!

Party of 13 dining to celebrate 2 birthdays. Waitress was very effective in taking orders and delivering them correctly. She kept glasses full of appropriate drinks. She also was quick to remove dirty dishes from the table leaving more room. We furnished our own cupcakes for the "party" but she brought out clean plates for our use.

Stephanie was amazing! She deserves a raise! So sweet and smiling the whole time! I really enjoyed her! She seems like such a nice person!

Nice restaurant friendly staff. However, our waiter needs more training. After dinner, our waiter did not clear the empty dishes, making us want to leave the restaurant instead of ordering another drink. My sirloin looked like it was cooked in a flat press electric grill instead of a regular grill. Is that the new thing? Perhaps it is, and I don't know. Besides that the food was excellent.

Food was great and cooked perfectly. We go out to eat quite often and know good wait staff when we see it. Savy waited on us today and in our opinion, she is literally the best server and one of the reasons we make Outback our choice to dine out. We noticed the remodel and love the new look.

My steak was very bland. Cooked perfectly but zero flavor. It was more just a piece of warmed up meat. Mashed potatoes were not great. Fried mushrooms were outstanding. Burger was tasty but dry and no condiments were offered by the server. Fries were uneventful. There wasn't anything on the table I would come back for.

Very nice and clean. The staff are kind and courteous. The hostess was a sweet girl and very polite. The food was great! A little bit too greasy for the blooming onion which made it only half edible. Otherwise athe food was perfect😀

Bread and salad were delicious. The steak was very salty but eatable. Waitress service was excellent.

I am not big on chains and as such I had never been to an Outback before. Until recently we thought "what the heck" and gave it a shot. WOW! Some of the best steaks I have had for a while. Highly recommend.

We had not been to an outback since before 2020. I was impressed with the new salmon selection and my husband's steak dinner was more than he could he eat. The server was Sharee and she did and excellent job...has fantastic customer service skills. I would have left five stars , but they were out of steak sauce...which seems to be the norm for a lot of places these days.

We've enjoy our meals when we eat here. Last couple of bloomin onions have been on the small side, but otherwise, everything else is consistent and always good. We request Stephanie or Kaitlyn (tall) and get great service every time we've gone. We are members of their rewards program. They changed the way you earn, we prefer the old program. If you've had bad experience, give them another shot.

I was on crutches, and the staff was so great making sure we were comfortably seated, and had access at all doors, on top of that, the lavendar blueberry lemonade is perfect. I'm so glad that my steak was rare as asked, the one in Orange Park tends to err to the side of medium when I ask for rare. Overall, best outback I have been to so far.
