It’s was great. Yummy 🤤 I had dinner with my family. I had the beef and chip appetizer. So good and my granddaughter had shrimp 🍤 Alfredo so delicious. Then we had chips with 3 different dips. It’s a especial for $10 Wowwww.

I ordered online. First, the prices have gone up, and it's really getting to the point it's not worth it anymore. When I arrived for my curbside order, the time for it to be done came and went. I went inside. My order ended up being late, and I received no apology or anything. When the guy finally came out with my food, one of my sides was wrong. The service just wasn't good. Also, and this is a personal thing, the server had a big hoop through his nose and long fake fingernails. I realize people have their preferences (that I don't agree with), but Chili's, it's probably not the best idea to allow that sort of thing on the dining room floor representing your company. It just doesn't leave me, for one, feeling easy about that person serving my food. This location used to be a favorite of ours, but things have occured that have changed that.

Worse experience. Won't go back. There for over an hour with a three yr old. Asked for a manager so we could cancel our order since our child became restless. The 20 minutes later a manager came right after they brought food. Which we said we wanted to go at that point. And no credit to the bill. Nasty cold food. Appetizer was cold and also took forever

hey traveler friend, if you plan to go to this place with your family, friends or just I advise you not to do it, very unpleasant experience! We decided to go to this place because it said in the app that it closed at midnight, we arrived at 10:15 pm 10 people to eat after traveling 45 minutes only to be told that they were closing, then they told us that We were a lot to serve each other, after we waited 45 min "to see if he gave us a chance to serve us", we told him that there was no problem sitting at separate tables of 4 people, even so they made us wait, the restaurant was practically almost empty! We did not understand, they managed to seat us and when we thought that nothing else could happen after waiting more than an hour for the food, we asked the person who brought us the dishes to please bring us silverware, since the food was getting cold and We did not have cutlery to start eating, the 3rd time she came back with the dishes we told her that we had been waiting a long time to start eating that the food was getting cold, well, the girl yelled at us and insulted us that she does not reciprocate that That is not his job, he left us with the word in his mouth, the experience was so unpleasant, we would like you to check the cameras that Saturday at 10:30 pm (party of 10 people).

Slow service. We stood by the bar for 5 minutes before she got around to cleaning the bar for us. Appetizers looked like they were done in a hurry (even though they took for ever to serve) and had too much batter on them. Our bartender didn't smile much and was not very welcoming. She got our Margarita mixed up with a different type and looked as she was dissatisfied with us not taking what she gave us. She saved the rejected drink for later use (yuck). Not quite what I expected.

Horrible experience! The wait to be seated was not bad... 20 min. But the wait to even get someone to ask what we wanted to drink... 25 min. It took another 40 min for the food to come out which mine was wrong. My family finished eating before my correct meal was even brought out. The restaurant was not that busy, just very inefficient.

I went to eat here yesterday with my son and all my son wanted was a medium rare steak. Management brought the steak to the table and it was not even pink inside, since my son didn't want to be a prude, he said he didn't want them to cook a new steak cause he was really hungry and he would eat it anyway. If I was that manager I would have comped the meal or at least took 15% off the bill.

Janiya was very nice and attentive to myself and son. The steak was a little over well but sent it back and came out perfect!!

Best experience tonight! Came in around 9pm and our server was excellent. There was only one server for the whole restaurant on a graduation night. By the time we left, there was an hour long wait. It was nuts. Our service was good but I felt bad for the server who had to wait on 16-20 tables at a time.

The food was good. They have a $25.00 for two special. In Saint Agustine they can't sale alcohol until 1:00 pm. So keep that in mind. The waitress was really attentive.

Best chili's experience I can remember having... Our server Amber recommended a meal to me that was phenomal. Quick and efficient service, overall a commendable experience ! 12 out of 10 . ^_^ #WonderWoman 🧐😇✌️

Sad because we love the chips and salsa and feel like Chili's offers some great value but today we went and waited a super long time for a burger and 3 orders of boneless wings. It was pretty clear the wings and fries sat back there done for quite awhile before the burger was done. Not hot and fresh for such an easy item to get right is really disappointing. 😥

My family, which was a party of six, decided to go to Chili's for my girlfriend's birthday dinner. We were there a total of 2 hours and 25 minutes. We waited 10 minutes to be seated. The lounge area was almost full, there was nobody seated in the surrounding area but us. We were given menus and after 10 more minutes we met our waiter. We ordered drinks and our meal at that time. We received our drinks promptly, but then it took an hour and twenty minutes to get most of our food. Two of our entrees came about 8-10 minutes later, one of which was cold! The thing that made it SO much worse was being held hostage waiting twenty minutes after asking for our checks! SO DISAPPOINTING! We have gone to this Chili's for years with little complaints, admittedly this was the first time since covid, but this time sent us away cursing! We will NOT be coming back soon!

Server was great. The chicken wings were not cooked, totally raw and pink. Almost 24 hours later and my son is now sick.

Decent food and decent service. I usually get the Cajun pasta but went with the crispers this time, and enjoyed most of it. The corn on the cob was way too over salted, on each side, so I didn't eat that. I would probably ask for lightly salted or a different side all together. The rest wasn't busy at all, service was pretty fast. Right before 4pm, which is when lunch specials end.

The dining room was at 1/4 capacity on a Saturday afternoon which was unusual for a Chili, but Now I understand. We had waited an hour for our food while watching others being served food immediately at the bar with the waitress assuring our order was coming. We left and walked out. How difficult is chicken fajitas?

Ordered the lunch duo special consisting of a dry burger and salad. Also ordered a Avocado Bacon Chicken sandwich. No Avocado and chicken was dry. Couldn't eat it and returned it. Burger & chicken tasted like both were preparedin advance and reheated. Fries were not hot. Very disappointing! 6/8/2023

Chipotle chicken crispers, mashed potatoes, broccoli and soup, all hot and delicious and came out quickly. Oh, and I love their margaritas. Great service from our waitress (Jordan). Thanks for a great night.

Hardly any staff, still did a wonderful job. Loved the margaritas, food was great and to my understanding, the front of house manager was the only person able to work in the kitchen the day I visited. Spectacular job, all things considered. It is very difficult, to say the least, being in a restaurant with almost no staff. Thanks for a great time!

The cooks timing on the food was terrible! The chicken strips took so long cooking that the other peoples food came out dry, and terrible. Server was kind and nice, but tables were not bussed, had to wait to sit when there were tons of empty/dirty tables. I have been to a chilis in years and I’m definitely not going back

4 stars is not due to service... This locations has had some challenges and had a shortage of workers, like most others. We had a chilis gift card about a yr or more ago, happened to get Ashli as our waitress. She is awesome!! She's very attentive, always gets it right if the kitchen doesn't. Never have to ask for drink refill, it's there before you have a chance. Even remembers my weird order. We signed up for the reward program, and the dessert rewards keep us coming back. A couple things need attention. The devices on the tables really need to be thoroughly cleaned between customers. I hate having to use them. Exterior could really use attention. It's pretty dirty in entrance and around benches outside.

Our food took a long time to come out (about 45-50 min). Food was good once it came out. Our server was really nice though and apologized. I think maybe the kitchen was backed up. I have grown up in St. Augustine and have been to chilis too many times to count, it used to be my go to place, but ever since the pandemic, it has really gone downhill.

Not good. They sat us at a table for 4 even though we had 6 people and didn't want to move us. They sat us in a part of the restaurant that had no lights and no way to open the blinds right under the AC. We insisted on moving and they moved us to the table next to it...again, for 4 people. Still no lights and no window. Food was super slow coming out and nobody got soups or salads ahead of their meal. Worst part, the drinks just kept coming. The server kept bringing drinks. At one point, I had 3 full diet cokes sitting in front of me. We had to move all of our dishes and cups full of soda to a different empty table so we had room for food. They never took used dishes or cups away. It was weird. We were already cramped. Food was not good. The sauce on my chicken sandwich was gross...good thing they only slopped a tiny amount in the middle of the bun. I was able to pick around it, but it still wasn't good. I know we shouldn't expect too much from Chili's, but this time was bad.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. We had to wait for 30 minutes to be seated. Normal on a Friday night. When we were seated, there were at the very least 25 tables empty and waiting for diners. Our order was taken and then 20 minutes later the waitress flung our silverware in the table and walked away without speaking. We were just about ready to pay for our drinks and leave when the meal was finally served. Well over 25 minutes, and like I said, a nearly empty restaurant. 1 server checked on us during this time, and it wasn’t ours. She got the tip though.

Long wait but our server Jasmine was so kind and personable. She apologized for the wait and made us feel welcomed during our meal. Our food was okay for them being short staffed back and front. I applaud the staff for being so kind while the people next to us were terrible and throwing crayons on the floor while laughing. Give these people a raise!

Terrible experience. We got there and gave our hostess our name. She told me 15 min. Fine. We waited. After 20 mins I noticed she let two parties in ahead of us - I specially watched those people come in after us and give her their names. I feel like this was done on purpose. Maybe because of race? It was all very frustrating and we walked away.

Our waiter(I think his name was Chris) was AWESOME ...especially it being a cold slow day..food was okay...our steaks were a little over done but still edible. Wish chilis would go back to the old days where where no employee were allowed to walk by you without acknowledging you though. Didn't have the shot of liquorI wanted but that's fine also. Felt more like fast food then a dine in experience but all and all our server was amazing!!!!
