Service was slooooooooow. Took well over an hour for nachos and 2 fried baskets for our table. Water tasted like it was pumped out the back off the dock, and I’m convinced we could have gotten better seafood at Long John Silvers for less than the $20/person we collectively spent. I’ve had amazing Ahi Tuna nachos in Colorado Springs thousands of miles always from the ocean so was disappointed when these nachos didn’t even deserve to be at a cheap Mexican food restaurant scooping tasteless salsa. Left most of my $19 meal on my plate. This wasn’t our first pick for restaurants today, but was the only restaurant without a wait (we were on a timeline) annnnnnd I now know why. #rookiemistake Best part of this experience was Hyppo popsicles are less than a mile away and redeemed this meal. Would not recommend. 👎🏻

It was our first time to St Augustine and we wanted the true experience of eating seafood where the locals would eat. The restaurant is located near the harbor. If you want the smell of the sea and the view of sunset. This is the place. Don’t expect high end furnishing or fancy clothing. This place is perfect for a long day on the beach and you just want to grab some good seafood. Get the seafood boil! Large enough for the 3 of us. Fresh oysters is a must as well. Great service with great atmosphere. The drinks were delicious. We were so full and didn’t have room for dessert. Highly recommend Hurricane Patty if you want great seafood in St Augustine.

What a huge disappointment! We made a 5:15 reservation with a special request for outside seating on a Sunday. We got stuck inside at a corner table by an oversized pirate. Our server was very sweet and attentive. The food was good. Shrimp, Mahi and fish and chips were good. They don’t have milk for kids and they don’t have regular lemonade (for an Arnold-Palmer). The desert wasn’t worth it. The brownie was hard as tasteless.

We stopped here for dinner on a Sunday evening. It was pretty empty when we arrived, but filled up a bit before we left. The parking is a little confusing, as there is a marina next to the restaurant. I am not sure if we parked for the marina, as there seems to be a small lot for the restaurant, but it all worked out. There is ample parking toward the marina. Since you are next to a marina, there are lots of boats to watch and a beautiful water view of the San Sebastian River. Very nice. Lots of outdoor seating as well if you enjoy that. Overall, we enjoyed everything we ordered and the service was really great. My wife loved the Seafood Salad Stuffed Avocado and I thought the Shrimp and Grits were insanely good. The fried shrimp platter was another winner. If you enjoy a casual atmosphere with awesome views, this a great place to eat!

Food was disgusting, Me, my mom and my grandma got the fish and chips and none of us ate it, it was greasy and the chicken tasted like eggs and was see through. The hushpuppies were hard and tasteless! Both my mom and my grandma got sick after coming home and they only ate one bite of each thing.

I stopped into Hurricane Patty's for the first time with my teenage sons. What a hidden gem this place is! Our server Hanna was so helpful and cheery. We really enjoyed experiencing a Snow Crab Leg boil to share. We will be back to try more items and give further updates on this review. More to come. Thanks so much for the awesome tasty experience!

Beautiful spring evening and gorgeous sunset. Enjoyed sitting outside for sure! Drinks were cold and tasty. Mahi appetizer was incredible. Tarter sauce cold and creamy. Mahi dinner grilled with fresh squash and yellow rice was amazing. You must try the chowder too. Service was great and ample parking.

Sam I Am a Fan!! We visited the day the cook quit. We were warned ahead of time that we would have a long wait because the manager & busboy were trying to run the kitchen. We picked a table with a beautiful view, ordered drinks and said no problem. It was my granddaughter's birthday and she wanted crab legs. She was getting her crab legs. We were greated by a fantastic lady we soon found out was named Sam. Our service was well above the norm, it was excellent. The food was PERFECT!! I mean it doesn't get much better anywhere if at all. That hectic day they were having was our greatest day of vacation. If that's how awesome you are on a bad day I can't wait to go back on a good one!

The drinks were really good. Gator bites were great too. However, I ordered the Catch of Day (Cobia) came with rice and veggies for $24.95. I was disappointed in the portion and literally less than a 1/4 cup of rice and a small sliver of fish. Everyone else in my party got large portions of rice and pieces of fish.

I have been there many times and ordered the wings. Always been good. This time I ordered them to go. Got them home and half of them barely had chicken on them. Half of the bone was completely exposed no meat on it at all.

My husband and I stopped here on our road trip. It’s right off of highway one so it’s an easy pit stop! Our waitress was Laraine and she was very accommodating and such a delight. The atmosphere is nice - very laidback marina seafood joint. There’s a large bar with room for standing and there is seating inside and outside. The patio seating is big - plenty of tables for parties of 8. Although there is a lot of outdoor seating, there are only a few tables where you get a water view, the rest is just a view of the parking lot which was a bummer. We came at a very slow time (middle of the week for lunch) so we were able to get a seat close to the water. Indoor seating gives you a nice view of the water and marina! Their food was just fine - we got the crab cakes and the shrimp and grits. Neither was bad but I would not suggest it if someone wanted really good seafood. They have a handicap accessible ramp up to the restaurant as well.

This is my second time on this location! The first time the food was awesome, but the hostess was either on a really bad mood or having a bad day. This time however, the hostess and the waitress where awesome! And again, the food was delicious! I definitely love their hurricane shrimps! The fish and chips was delicious and crispy! I also loved their coconut shrimp!

Ian was our waiter and knocked it out of the park. We were seated quickly and our drinks were out super quick. My son wanted crawfish and he made it happen, even though they only had a half order left. The scenery was beautiful, the bar amazing. I ordered a drink not on the menu and it was made perfect. My husband and I both had the surf and turf and the lobster and steak were both cooked to perfection. The steak (medium rare) was so large I needed a second stomach just to consider finishing it.

Wonderful bar and grill right on the marina. Views over st augustine and all the boats. Huge deck for outside eating. Caribbean chicken salad with rice and black beans is a must. Lovely staff...I've been 3 times over the years.

My wife and stopped here for a late lunch today. We were seated immediately and our server, Erin, was right there. We ordered our drinks, crab cakes and Granny's meat loaf. Food was average but good, atmosphere was a true wharfside setting, clean and our service was excellent. Erin was on her game and works hard! Indoor/outdoor seating, good views and full service bar! Not a bad stop but I consider it an average location, just my opinion.

Came for a quick lunch and some drinks at the end of a long day of driving before heading to our hotel. Tucked off the beaten path, I’m glad I had looked up spots on the water because we would’ve missed it. Drinks could be served in these cute little tin camp cups — we tried a Painkiller and a Hurricane, both of which were their specialties. Definitely nice and strong. Split some things so we could try a couple — fish tacos were really good and rice and beans were perfect. Ambiance was amazing — had indoor and outdoor seating. We opted for a spot by the window but went out and sat on the porch to take it all in before we left. Highly recommend.

The food was great. They revised the menu and a couple of our usual choices were removed. Good news is we found new favorites. Service is truly outstanding. Quick servers who were very pleasant. The bar has a good selection of draft beer and very berry lemonade was a hit. Oyster starters were great with 6 or 12 as an option. Desserts looked good but we could never save room.

Nice atmosphere with waterview inside or out. Good service. Food ok, gator was a bit tough but flavored well.

Came here the other day for a late lunch/early dinner. We had spontaneously gone to St. Augustine the other day and I wanted some good seafood that wasn't fried. I reserved a table but when I got there, it wasn't super busy, so that sat us quickly. We were next to a huge window with a small view of the river. I ordered water and a fruity cocktail. My friend got coke and their sugar cookie alcoholic drink. My daughter had Sprite. I ordered the shrimp seafood boil. My friend had a burger with coke. My daughter had the kids shrimp and fries. Everything tasted great. I was too full to finish my boil. My daughter acted up a little bit so my friend and I got distracted dealing with her. We ended up leaving my purse and my daughter's jacket there. I'm so glad they found it and held it for us to be able to come back and get it.

Tried the gator and shrimp and grits here and were happy with how it tasted. The place is really cute and has great seating options. The drinks were great and our server was very friendly and prompt.

Really like this place. Funny that my buddy asked about the size of the grilled grouper and they said it's a good portion. My fried grouper was gigantic and his grilled was small. They made him an extra piece when the waitress saw the sandwich without him asking.

Nice greeting at the hostess stand, went to the standup bar for the wait and was promptly served by the nice bartender. Nice portions. The Hurricane Shrimp were delicious and now a favorite. The Salmon and Fish Sandwich were good, they were out if potatoes. Nice views of the harbor and spires off in the distance.

Lexi, our waitress, was so accommodating and friendly to me and my grandson. She is always so sweet and attentive. The conch chowder is delicious, and they made me a special fresh tuna dish that wasn't even on the menu. The chicken and french fries kids meal was a large portion and really good too! They oysters have always been good when I've had them also.

Everything about this place is great. I used to eat here regularly when I worked in St. Augustine, but hadn't been in years. My friends and I were not disappointed. Located on the water next to a boat ramp and docks, you have an interesting view from anywhere inside and out of the restaurant. The staff, pirate decor, and food were awesome. I had the Ragin' Cajun pasta with shrimp added, I enjoyed every bite. We'll definitely be back.

The lady had alfredo with shrimp. Good sized shrimp for only $4 extra and cooked perfectly as well as the noodles. The left over shrimp was good even cold the following day. I had cajun alfredo with shrimp added. The sauce was delicious and the andouille sausage added a nice spiceyness. No leftover shrimp for me. Her mixed drink packed a punch and my beer went well with my entree. IAN, our server was so accomodating and unpretentious. After our meal he pulled up a chair and told about things to do in St Augustine. The water views were peaceful. Heck a waterfront bar and restaurant but it was a perfect stop on our way up the eastern seaboard.
