    Been in this line for over 30. I would have left them times if I weren't trapped. People are literally driving over curbs to get out. I went here at the request of my mother and she tried to use gift cards. They ended up not even taking them after the 30 min wait and it's a dollar a weenie nugget in this flytrap. "Have a blessed day" doesn't really help. Never again.

    It is very clean, and the food is as good as expected for a Chick-fil-A. I do notice that the chicken in the chicken biscuit was about 15% smaller than the last time I got one about 4 months ago. I would rather see a small cost increase than a size decrease.

    Worst chicken fillet I've ever been to, order a sandwich, that I had together myself with no mayo, only two waffle fries the rest are crumbs, staff very rude when ask for ketchup. don't make your employees stand out in this Florida heat. Getting in and out is very confusing too. Just order online at a restaurant for better food at the same price.

    Mr. Bill, Robyn, and Bethany were top notch! Our whole experience from start to finish was 100% fantastic. We are from out of state and happy we stopped by.. the store is busy yet every employee is professional, polite and genuine! Thanks again for our experience!

    Chick-fil-A is closing down for A remodel. If you like to visit the Chick-fil-A, you're gonna have to visit the 1 on 16 and 95. That location's a lot smaller, and they have nothing for kids there. Unless it's a little Place matt they will put down on the table For your child to Eat But the place is very, very small. Can't wait for this original Chick-fil-A in saint Augustine to open backup.

    I absolutely love this location and usually never have any complaints. But today i was in line for breakfast, i entered the line at 10:15. 15 minutes before breakfast ends. The line was going super slow because it’s pouring and people aren’t t walking out in the rain. (Which i completely understand) The person came up to me at 10:30 and told me breakfast has ended. I feel like if you’re in line before 10:30 you should be able to get breakfast. Or at least on rainy days have some leeway for the customers. Really upsetting :(

    Robyn and Philip - two employees at this Chick-fil-a were ridiculously well mannered and friendly. I have never felt so at home at this restaurant- and Chick-fil-a is super well mannered so that tells you how much these two employees went above and beyond! They went out of their way to multiple times to check up on us at breakfast. They gave us mints and were super welcoming to us by telling us to let them know if we needed anything while we were sitting at our table. They explained to make ourselves feel at home and not hesitate if we need anything at all. Loved the experience at this Chick-fil-a. Truly hope this company takes good care of these two employees as they had AMAZING down to earth customer service!

    I hardly got any waffle fries, what I did get didn't even fill up the fry box. Worse yet when I was eating the fries I noticed that they tasted off, like they have a strong chemical taste to them. My husband also agreed that they tasted like chemicals. After I ate my breaded chicken sandwich and a few fries I am now having symptoms of food poisoning. I WOULD AVOID CHICK FIL A AT ANY COST!!!

    So appreciate the kindness shown to our family when we dined in today! We had a dietary need, and they went above and beyond to help us find something on the menu that would work. Everyone was so helpful! The kiddos were thrilled with their surprise!

    Long lines in drive through BUT moving swiftly. I was typing the chocolate shake into my app, and the young lady became available before I finished. I’m sorry, I didn’t finish yet…. “No problem, I can do it faster” ….. pulled around and very shortly, my shake was walked to my window. Looked at my receipt ….promo NC. It tasted even better!!!

    15 minutes in the drive through just for a single milkshake- watched everyone else get their actual food before me and waited so long they actually thought I had already received my food and was waiting on something 🫠 Milkshake was half melted by the time I got it. Had to spend the time I was waiting listening to 2 staff (I assume managers) lecturing some guy on how if he didn’t wanna be there he could just go home. They also forgot to give me a receipt and spoon, despite originally asking for one and being told I would receive it at the window.

    Ordered my breakfast at 10:10 AM. Didn’t receive my food till 10:40 AM. Did a mobile order. After a while, they asked me what my name was, since I had been waiting so long, And then one of the workers Chris mention that it didn’t get pushed through. Not sure what that means. He didn’t explain. If you’re in a rush, avoid this place.

    Love this place!!! Greatest chicken sandwich. Always extremely clean. But most of all after the chicken, is how refreshing it is to go to a restaurant where the employees are clean, neat, polite, professional, respectful, helpful, and treat everyone with dignity and respect. Not walking around looking at their phones every two seconds. I have much respect for Chick-fil-A the company for maintaining such a great reputation and relationship with it's customers. And I love the rewards and extra bonuses the Manager sends out. Great perk.

    The cashier was in training… name was Luis. 1/20. Seeing how he interacted with everyone made my day… if only everyone in this world could be as respectful and courteous… he should be a manager and be training others!

    Today was a smoother experience than I ever had. I suggest using the Mobil order app and the pick up at counter option. Legitimately the fastest way I've ever received food from Chick Fila a even as an everyday dasher. Mobil order counter pick up, is the way to go

    I want to tell you about an experience I had this morning at the Saint Augustine Chick-fil-A. The service was quicker than I’ve ever seen it. The staff was super friendly, it was my error, but I placed a mobile order before my eye appointment and thought I would have enough time and I didn’t so I had to leave because I had to go to my eye appointment and I didn’t want to be too late so I wasn't able to get my food but I was close by so once I finished I called and I spoke to Ansley the manager and let me tell you that the service was amazing when I went there initially when I went back, the service was even better, this was my mistake that I thought I had enough time but Chick-fil-A didn’t treat it it was my mistake or my fault. They told me to just let them know when I arrive and the manager Ansley brought my food out to me and they had double the order or the order had doubled somehow so I got twice the food the customer service at Chick-fil-A is what keeps me coming back every single time and to make it even better. They hand me my food and then they move the cones for me so I could get out and wouldn’t have to wait in the drive-through line ,the customer service was amazing huge shout out to the staff at Chick-fil-A as well as Ansley the manager that I spoke to and who ran my food out who was amazing,you guys made my morning !

    I have always been happy with service at chick fila until recently. I placed a delivery order on their app and received the complete wrong meal. I called the store to see how they could fix it and the lady Manager was very dismissive. She didn’t apologize at all and told me to contact DoorDash. I did contact DoorDash and they never refunded my money. I am beyond disappointed in the response I got from the manager. Very disappointing

    Not family-friendly. First time back since the remodel. While the service is what you expect from Chickfila, the newer atmosphere has gone downhill. Gone is the play area, and it seems UNSAFE for small children to enter the building. Its like walking through a NASCAR pitstop to get to the entrance door. The entire building is surrounded by vehicles for the drive-thru. Like the Mcdonalds' business model, this Chick-fil-A location departed from anything kid-friendly.

    Service was good but the lady that took my order didn't listen and didn't remove the pickles off my sandwich. She also upsized my drink and French fries after I said no thanks. I didn't know it until I had already paid. I still love Jesus chicken!

    I go to Chick-fil-A at least 3 to 4 times a week. One of the best places to eat . I can honestly definitely say that they have the best rewards program and they gift their customers frequently. Just an amazing place all around

    Service was so friendly, older man at the counter was so nice and our server Victoria was amazing, super sweet and wonderful, genuinely better service here from her than I’ve had from severs at much more expensive establishments! Much love from Ottawa Canada ! EDIT: Craig was also very nice!

    It's alright as far as food. When it comes to there specialty drinks they do have awesome iced coffees ,and milkshakes.Also you can never go wrong with the waffle fries. I absolutely love waffle fries

    Placed order in drive through and requested staff to double check order. They read the receipt to me and moved me on. I said “I trust it will be right” - drove the food to meet the rest of the family and my gluten free nephew had no chicken to eat because all the other orders were cross contaminated with buns and they forgot his order. I recommend that next time a customer requests to double check the order that the team checks the food packed against the receipt.

    The service was pretty quick and the food was good. We got chicken nugget meals with lemonade and a sweet tea. The tea tasted a bit water down, with hardly any ice left by the time I gad gotten it. Maybe it was made and sat I'm the heat at the window until we pulled around but besides that everything else was good.

    They have a very fast way to move the ridiculous amount of customers through. I strongly recommend you use the app and order ahead even if you are in 5 mins away. Everyone knows the food is addictive and great quality for the price. Some love their breakfast but I'm less of a fan vs other fast options.

    Ate here when we were visiting St Augustine and had a great experience. The food was excellent and the customer service was top notch. Staff checked on us to refill our drinks and they even came to our table to put fresh ground pepper to put on our salads! Didn't feel like a fast-food dining experience :) Highly recommend!

    Chick-fil-A service is always outstanding down to the workers, food and, the overall experience. It was almost closing time for dine in (4 mins before closing) even though they were getting ready to closed the inside they still accepted our order as if they just opened for business with kindness. The food itself was also fresh. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT!!!

    I love our Chick-fil-A, but have to say this evenings drive thru experience was not one of the best ones. The food runners seemed extremely confused on what order went where. I had three different people ask my name before receiving my order. I know everyone has to learn, but feel they needed a manager helping this evening.

    Truly the worst chik fil a I have ever experienced. This is the fifth time in a row our order is either missing items and missing sauces. Once they even forgot a whole meal. I’ve never seen anything like it honestly. Good thing I have a salad with no dressing on it for dinner tonight! 🙃

    This location wasn’t bad at all, the restaurant was clean, order was accurate, and food was fresh. The reason why I am only giving 3 stars is due to this… upon arriving to dine in we were met with a long line. We were prepared to wait and expected it since it was lunch time. We were encountered by two managers ( 1 male, 1 female) who was engaging with the rest of the crowd and claimed if we order from our table we will receive a free 30 count nugget and a gallon of sweet tea. To that we said, of course! It’s been 3 weeks and neither my wife, myself, or our friends that were with us received this reward.

    Don’t bother trying to use their mobile app. Tried ordering breakfast, app said I still had time to order, once I hit send it said breakfast was no longer available (still before 10:30am). I called and they said mobile orders stop for breakfast around 10:15 even though the app still lists it available. The guy on the phone said he couldn’t do anything about it unless I could get there in under 10 minutes. Wish they’d just fix the app to be correct since they no longer deliver with 3rd party services.

    I have always given Chick-fil-A rave reviews for their SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE etiquette, their food, and the speed of interactions from ordering to picking up an order. Well after being refused the military discount because I was not in uniform makes me feel … I don’t know?! 😔 Your thoughts? 🤔

    NOT A FAST LOCATION! BE READY TO WAIT. I don’t get the obsession with this location. Your waiting 10 minutes minimum when in drive through.update.: gave it another try the next day. Shocked me 18 min. That’s not on a busy time. I’ve waited for 28 min before that’s my record. Been there multiple times since it’s opened. Parking lot is terrible. Doesn’t help that they have 20 cones in the parking lot. Shouldn’t be making people wait that long.

    This was a very nice experience for a "fast food" restaurant. Very nice people, friendly service. The employees seemed to be happy. What a refreshing experience, all other places should be trained by them. Attitude is everything and they have the right one. Other places treat you like you're bothering them, they treated me like family. Very cool.

    Big line at the drive thru as expected but handled efficiently and things went smoothly. Can order ahead online and they'll start cooking on arrival. Food is the star here! Really tasty. Spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries can't be beat.

    The line for the drive through backs all the way up into the Home Depot lot and into the intersection to enter the area. They should be sued to stop this from happening. It makes coming here or the Home Depot a nightmare at certain times of day. How is Chick fil A allowed to do this? Very basic chicken sandwiches as well. Literally nothing special about this place.

    Chick-fil-A is always a big hit. We can't eat much on the menu because of our food allergies, but we do have a favorite menu item! There was a long line, but we didn't wait long. Everyone was very polite, as usual.
